This property was perfect for our annual girls trip (5). The number of bedrooms and baths worked out great. Kitchen is well stocked, lots of games/puzzles and space to spread out. The deck with the ocean view is perfect for taking photos. Communication with property manager was excellent when needed, questions were responded to in a very timely manner. We will definitely keep this house on our list for future trips!

We love this house! It is beautiful and spacious and such an ideal location! Sat and watched the most amazing sunsets from the perfect deck every evening. We will be back!

We came for three nights with three generations of family, hoping to enjoy time with young grandchildren, celebrate a big birthday, and watch the Super Bowl. We did it all in comfort, while also cooking a feast of fresh local crab and taking a short but vigorous hike to the beach. And the views of the ocean and the rugged coastal landscapes are spectacular. We will be back.

This property truly had everything we could need and more for a multi-generational family gathering. Spacious, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, etc. Great location. Close to trail leading to beach. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage especially on the one rainy day we had. Clean and well maintained. Hope to stay here again. Thanks!

This home was so perfect, we booked it for next year! Fully stocked kitchen (more than we expected). Kitchen appliances were high-end and knives were sharp (if you cook a lot, you appreciate this). Comfy beds, lots of space for our group with children and dogs. Randy was very proactive and responsive in communications. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful property with a beautiful location! So well set up for children or pets with everything enclosed and so spacious that even our large group felt like we had more than enough room. Gorgeous views and lots of extra amenities made this a wonderful holiday vacation stay for our family. Excellent communication from very accommodating host. Beautiful property! Great location! Very comfortable for a party of 10 adults. The house is well stocked. The hike was longer to the beach than expected, but was very doable for this 62-year-old and an old dog. Five Stars across the board and will definitely consider staying here again.

This property was perfect for my son’s wedding weekend in Bodega Bay! The house is beautiful and well appointed for family meals and just hanging out together. Everything was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it and will rent it again myself in the future.

The house is layed out so there is a lot of room for everyone. Upon arriving we let ourselves in and found it to be super clean and lovely. The patios in front and back are wonderful to let your kids or dog play. The beach is just around the corner so its super close. HIking this area is wonderful as there are many beautiful trails. I can't say enough good things about this place. This is my families favorite place to stay so far and we've been to many places. Thanks for your great customer service.

Amazing home-away-from-home with incredible view, excellently equipped kitchen, ping pong and shuffleboard, two great trails to the beach, and lovely deck and hot tub!

Comfortable and a great location! It was near the beach and not too far from shopping.

A kitchen for the best cooks, an enclosed patio for cocktails and sunsets, a super large dining table for family dinners, games, a large bbq, hot tub, really a wonderful place. And it was spotless. The property management group made sure we had everything we needed. We even saw a bobcat across the street! The Master Bedroom is spectacular, 2 other comfortable queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the hall. Note that the 4th bedroom is off the kitchen with no windows.

There are 9 high school buddies that go away once a year. Seems like we’ve been doing this forever. 45 years!!!! This wonderful home had it all. Very clean & plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. This will be the first time my girlfriends have asked to go back to Bodega Bay & book this house.

We had a great time at the dolphin beach house this past weekend. We rented the house with some of our family and friends while we were in Bodega to get married at nearby Schoolhouse beach. The house was big enough for all of us to sit and visit while still having our own space. The outside deck and fire pit was a favorite hangout spot. We packed a couple extra chairs just in case, but there were more than enough chairs for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. One bedroom is right off of the kitchen so I suggest designating that room for the early riser in your group 😊. The master is enormous and has beautiful views. The host was very communicative and helpful. We filled the trash and recycle bins and they sent someone within a couple hours to come and empty them for us. We also ran out of propane for the fire pit and they offered to come bring us more (a 45 minute drive) at 9pm. We were able to Locate another tank from the bbq, but I thought that was awesome that they even offered. All around, it’s a great house to gather and visit, which is exactly what we wanted. One thing to note: there is a beach trail right across the street. However, the end of the trail is VERY steep and would not be suitable for people who are not too sure on their feet. We were able to Locate an easier trail to another beach, at a different place within the neighborhood.

This is the second time staying at your beautiful home! It is perfect for dogs with the enclosed front and back areas. Just as we remembered. This time the plants were way overgrown at the front entrance and made it difficult to get in and out. Gardners showed up on our last day before check out time at 8:30 am with power tools blasting and a crew around every window and door! It was loud and annoying!! They should have come after check out time. NOT on our time!! This I don’t understand.

This house was just lovely-beautiful views, open spaces, a sheltered outside sitting area and a fabulous hot tub. We continually exclaimed how perfect it was for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to visit with friends while cooking. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Well stocked, well labeled, clean, accurate, beautiful view and trail across the street goes to the ocean. Would def stay again.

We stayed for 5 days. 8 of us ages 1- 76. My mom has mobility issues and this house was perfect as well as for my granddaughter, very safe. The house has so many special touches. I loved all the lighting. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. And the games in the garage were a huge hit! We enjoyed our time here very much and are already discussing our next trip.
