Unit 609 is even better than the pictures. It is clean, everything is super comfortable and stylish, plenty of space to hang out and relax or cook a large dinner. Everything we needed was in the unit. I preordered some groceries from Steamboat Grocery Mom and it was all delivered before we arrived. The concierge team and everyone at OSP went out of their way to make the stay incredible. The location of the unit makes skiing so easy. Everything is right where you need it and gear is taken care of. The spa was a nice ski break. You can’t go wrong with this unit. The owner was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions so quickly. We will definitely return to this unit and OSP. Perfect location for family fun in Steamboat!

Our stay allowed us to experience all in one home. Location, location, location (must be emphasized). One STEAMBOAT Place is situated on the base of Steamboat mountains ranges, in Routt National Forest: Mount Werner Sunshine Peak, Thunderhead Peak, Pioneer Ridge and Christie Peak. Amenities offered.

We had a fantastic experience. We had 7 adult men who were in town for a professional conference at The Grand. We had plenty of room. We were close to everything we could need. The One Steamboat Place service and staff was also fantastic. If I am in Steamboat again this is the exact same place I will stay in again. Thank you Kay and everyone loved the huge leather couch!

Amazing Condo and Place to stay for a family ski trip. Located right next to the Gondola. The property has all of the amenities you could possible want and the service of the staff is great.

This property is beautifully appointed. A wonderful extra is the staff at One Steamboat Place. They are very well trained, helpful, friendly, eager to solve any situation to your liking.

A beautiful property and very clean. I’ve stayed in 2 other units there and this one is our favorite. I didn’t know we wouldn’t have guest services except for trash and towels. We were only there for 4 nights so it wasn’t really a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful ski in/ski out condo. It was in the perfect location, very clean, very comfortable and our kids loved it! The driver on call was also very convenient with our small children that were with us. We would love to return!!

Beautiful, spacious space. Perfect perfect location

We were 3 generations during Christmas week for a family ski vacation. The condo was so comfortable with a well outfitted kitchen for preparing home cooked meals. We felt at home in the condo. The building offers something for every age group and the slopeside convenience for skiing is fantastic. The service for getting your skiis ready in the morning and drop off at the end of the day is the best. We hope to return in the future. My granddaughter said it was the best vacation ever! That says it all.

Gorgeous condo in a perfect location! This was my 3rd stay in this particular unit. I have been twice with my entire family (including 7 children) and once on a girl's trip. The accommodations could not be better. The layout of the bedrooms works great for multiple families and individuals alike. The furnishings in this unit are lovely and make you feel right at home. My kids LOVE the bunk room! The service at OSP is unsurpassed. The staff absolutely bends over backwards to meet your every need. They offer a light breakfast each morning and then when you are ready your skis are waiting for you. A few steps lead you to the goldola for a day of skiing. After skiing you can ski straight from the base of the mountain to the ski valet and take an elevator directly into the members locker room. They take care of the rest. It is certainly care free! The Apres Ski in the afternoons with beverages and hors d'oeuvres is a nice time to mingle with others or just sit and relax by the grand fireplace. Our children love the hot chocolate with marshmallows after skiing each day. The location of One Steamboat Place is great for walking for dinner/drinks at multiple eateries in the evenings or the shuttle is able to take you anywhere in town. After shopping for necessities at the local grocery store the staff even goes so far as to carry your groceries upstairs for you. AMAZING! The pool and spa are also a lovely addition to this property that can't be missed. We hate to leave after each of our stays but we can not wait to return. We will definitely continue to visit One Steamboat Place for many years to come and continue to always stay in this unit when available. Thanks for another perfect stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

One of nicest condo's we have rented as a family. Four large bedrooms and baths. OneSteamboat is ideal for families to ski. Condo had everything one could want to cook or hang out after a long day skiing. Its situated at the base . It's just steps to the slopes with the gondola right around the corner. The concierge handles all your needs. We went snowmobiling one afternoon which was a great day away from the slopes. The spa is very nice and pool/jacuzzis very nice as well though we didn't use them. Every day there is appetizers and free drinks at 3 pm on 3rd floor which was appealing for the adults in our group. In the morning there is a light breakfast set up as well. One steamboat offers rides to town, movies theater and almost anywhere in town you want to go. They carried groceries upstairs for me and will help you with anything you need. I've already recommended One Steamboat and the Kimbrough's condo to family and friends. Definitely worth the price.

This residence is beautifully decorated and the layout is perfect! Plenty of room for multiple families, we had 3 couples with 7 kids and there was more than enough room. Every room had their own private bathroom which was great. The pool area is great and we loved that there was 3 hot tubs! Our kids loved the tykes room and the big kids/adults loved the game room. The location of the condo building in Steamboat is just perfect. It is just a few steps away from the gondola, the ski school and all the restaurants & shops. The staff at One Steamboat Place could not have been more nice and helpful! They were always happy to answer our questions, make us reservations for restaurants or activities, or give us a ride to wherever we wanted to go! It was one of our best vacations ever, we didn’t want to leave!

We came to CO on vacation to get away from the Texas heat and for some outdoor adventures. We got exactly what we were looking for. The place we stayed at was breath taking. It was perfect for one family or multiple Famlies. The amenities were amazing and catered to kids of all ages and adults. The condo was perfect in every way. We enjoyed our evenings cooking in the beautiful kitchen and watching the sunsets on the patio. We will definitely be coming back and staying in the same condo.
