Large home with plenty of space for a big family with children. Loved the covered outdoor space and even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was very close and nearby stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again :)

very spacious house for a family vacation, more than what we expected. Loved the Neighborhood. Nice room upstairs for the kids to have time to have down time to watch shows or movies. Only problem we had was when we went to use the grill it was really dirty my husband took about 45 min to clean it out really well for us to use it. He try to have it cleaner for the next group of people that were coming in after us. But we had a great time at this house for the week. We would really recommend this place for any family to spend the week.

Overall, our experience was very good. We did have some issues with getting access to the pool and I’ll show. Also, one of the rooms upstairs was very very hot. The house was in driving distance to the boardwalk. The best beach we found was at Gordon’s point park.

We loved this rental !!! Our grandkids wished they could move here 😁 . Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Huge living area and kitchen. Walking distance to the pool a plus. And biking trails ! All in all, a wonderful experience for our family, thank you 😊

Positives: Beautiful home, great location Plenty of room for 3 families Clean Plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Host was very responsive, understanding and accommodating. Negatives: No towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or paper towels. (Only list this as this was the first time I have ever had to bring our own, I knew ahead by reading reviews, but not listed in description) Only 1 trash can for a solid 5 days of trash for 3 families 15 people that make most all meals at home. Many of the pillows were very stained and old, time for new. Grill was not taken care of by past renters, was very dirty, we cleaned but the caked on grease and spills clogged holes for propane to get through so would not heat up enough. All and all this was a beautiful property with a very gracious host that I am sure would take care of all.

I had a wonderful time, it exceeded my expectations! For checkout, had to wash all bedding which was difficult due to checkout being in the morning but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with host was great. Overall loved it!

The neighborhood was great, and it is in a nice location to get to the beach. Whoever is cleaning it, could do a little better.

The pictures of this home do not do justice to how beautiful it is! You walk in the doorway to a bright open concept home. Great space for family time. We spent allot of time on the enclosed porch. Bedrooms are spacious. Julie was quick to reply to any questions I had. Use of the pool(s) was a great bonus. I would highly recommend this property/ owner.

We had a wonderful family vacation here. I must say that the pictures listed on the Vrbo website didn’t do the house justice, it is far more beautiful in person. Our group consisted of 3 families, totaling 11 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone. No one felt crowded. We had very good communication with the owner. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was that we had a problem with getting the key out of the lock box at the front of the house and the garbage from previous guests was not put out; but that was quickly taken care of after reaching out to the owner. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you Julie for everything.

Overall house was vey good. It did have some issues. The door lock was very difficult to operate. I feel for what we were paying,more amenities should have been provided, like toilet paper and paper towels as well as dish soap. It is a lovely house but not close to beach as route 1 is a nightmare. We did have a good time and the neighborhood is very quiet. Great screened in porch and master room shower.

Nice open concept home for our family to be together. Great location for beach, and restaurants and walking. Safe quiet community. We enjoyed the screened porch and close proximity to the community pool. Kitchen is well equipped. Julie was very responsive. Highly recommend

Really lovely house, has everything you need for a good beach stay. Bringing our own linens/towels was no problem and expectations were stated up front. It was very nice, no complaints!

The property was just as described excellent location grounds are very well kept Short walk to the pool short drive or even bike ride to Rehoboth. Our host was quick to respond to any requests and questions. I would highly recommend this place

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family (8 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies). Close to shopping, restaurants, and beach.

The owner did her best to correct several issues. Overall this is a very nice house. It’s sparsely but adequately furnished and comes with a bunch of bicycles, some of which needed adjustments, and beach gear. We enjoyed our stay.

Our first getaway to Rehobeth Beach and we had a greAt time. Julie’s’ home was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. We would certainly consider staying their again.

We enjoyed our stay! Very pretty property inside snd out. Know you must bring sheets and towels and t-paper, paper towels, Kleenex, beach towels. Plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. Worked very well for our group of 9 adults.

Very spacious and nicely appointed, modern house. Great for our group of 6 adults in town to celebrate a friends nearby wedding. Julie was a very responsive host throughout the whole process. I recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful and spacious home. Everything was just as described in the listing. The neighbors were very friendly and the location was perfect

The property itself is spacious and nice, but the pleasantry of our stay ended there.We stayed at Julie's place with our family for my brother-in-laws 30th birthday to celebrate him and do a deep sea fishing trip nearby. Once I booked the house with Julie, she sent me a contract to confirm everything. And this is where the unprofessionalism started. The contract she sent was not only several years out of date, but multiple items were just incorrect on it. When I asked her to fix it, she told me to just mark through things. I just let it go and did just that. Then came the communication, or should I say lack there of. Per the contract Julie was supposed to send us the check-in instructions one week before our stay (and we booked the house about three weeks before the date). I contacted Julie on THREE separate occasions through both the Vrbo website, through text and then finally had to call her to get the code to check-in. We received the code and instructions nearly THREE hours after check-in time on the day off, which is completely unacceptable. The stay portion of our trip was fine and the house was big enough for our group of 10 people where everyone was comfortable. And here comes the last part.Three weeks later Julie sends us an invoice for an additional cleaning fee because some of the sheets were not washed. Her listing clearly states that linens come with the property and that check-out time is no later than 11am. Our group had to leave at 9am and she only has one washer and one dryer, so it is simply not possible to wash sheets, blankets, towels, etc. fold them and put them away for 10 people before 9am. Not to mention that we paid a considerable amount of money already to stay in her house for two days during the off season. We have stayed at over 100 short term stay rentals, both in the USA and abroad, and have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a host. From her lack of communication and professionalism at the beginning, to her unreasonable requests and her flat out rudeness - I truly can say this is the WORST experience we have ever had. I highly recommend that you find another place to stay, as this place is just not worth it.

Very bright and comfortable, nice modern place. The house is very convenient (short drive) to the boardwalk and everything on Coastal Highway. There is a nice brewery Revelation really close. There is tons of space in the house and the screened in porch was a great place to relax in the evening. My son was playing in a baseball tournament and the house was about 25 mins from the fields. I would recommend without hesitation.

Great location, close to good restaurants, nice neighborhood, easy access to the beach.

This home is spacious and excellent for a large extended family. The screened in deck with the outdoor grill made our evening meals very enjoyable. Julie is an excellent host and she was helpful and responsive to our needs.

Good sized house that is a 5 minute drive from the beach. The community pool is also a nice bonus. The house is well equipped with beach gear, bikes, etc.
