Dieses geräumige Strandhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Außendusche und Ankleidebereich befindet sich am 246 Ocean Blvd W, westlich der Strandzugangsbrücke. Es liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und Unterhaltungsangeboten. Eine der vielen tollen Eigenschaften ist, dass das Cottage nur 50 Fuß von seinem eigenen privaten Strandzugang / Promenade entfernt ist!
Das Cottage wird vom Eigentümer und / oder vom privaten Verkäufer des Eigentümers privat gereinigt / inspiziert / gemäß den Standards des Eigentümers gewartet.
Von der überdachten Veranda, dem Sonnendeck, den Wohn- und Essbereichen sowie den beiden Schlafzimmern an der Boulevardseite genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen benötigen.
Ein Teil des Umbaus des Hauses begann im Jahr 2010 und wurde im Jahr 2014 abgeschlossen. Es werden jedoch weiterhin Aktualisierungen im gesamten Strandhaus vorgenommen! Keramikfliesenböden und eine verbesserte Beleuchtung wurden im gesamten offenen Grundriss des Hauses hinzugefügt, der den Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich umfasst. Die Küchengeräte wurden auf Edelstahl umgerüstet und neue Möbel für den Wohnbereich angeschafft. Für alle Betten wurden neue Matratzen gekauft. Auf der überdachten Veranda und der überdachten Veranda erwarten Sie neue Wippen aus massivem Holz. Im gesamten Haus wurde ein aktualisiertes Dekor für ein frisches, einladendes und klassisches Küsten-Design verwendet, damit Sie sich in diesem Ferienhaus wohl fühlen.
Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind unter anderem neue Kissen, neue Matratzenbezüge, 2 Fernseher, DVD-Player, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Sonnendeck, Außendusche, Holzkohlegrill, Grillplatz im Erdgeschoss mit Holzwippen, Wasserschlauch sowie Bücher und zeitschriften zum vergnügen lesen.

I write a review every year (2024 is #35) but they are redundant. Each year we have a great time. The house is older but has a perfect beachy feel. It’s clean, comfortable, well equipped, close to the water, big front porch (partially covered so you have sun or shade) and the owner is easy to work with. I encourage you to consider this house, just don’t take my weeks!

Our first visit to Holden Beach and we loved it! House was perfect with plenty of room for 8 people. It was clean and comfortable, with a lovely front porch. The additional shower downstairs came in handy when we returned from the beach each day. The location was great, just across from beach access. We would definitely recommend this house!

My family enjoyed our stay at Another Day in Paradise. Holden Beach is definitely my family’s happy place.Made a lot of wonderful memories . Love the large front porch and seating under the house for entertaining. Having beach access across the street is definitely a plus. One of my favorite times of the day was having coffee at 630 am on the porch and watching the beach come alive and counting the pelicans as they flew by. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Just the house for our family of eight. We have been coming here for the past five years and love it. The house is a little dated but very accommodating and clean. We especially like the private beach access right across the street. Jane is a wonderful host.

The Ausley II is a FANTASTIC house. It’s stocked with all the extras in the kitchen, appropriate number of towel bars and hooks in the bathroom. The best part is is that it’s has its own private beach access directly across the street. 5 out of 5 stars!

This was second year of our annual family Mother’s Day/mom’s birthday celebration. House is perfect for multiple families, easy access to beach and convenient to restaurants, etc. Still looking for the sea turtles on the beach. Maybe next year!!!

This was our second visit, and we hope for many more. The cottage is perfectly situated with a short walk to the ocean, and is very comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch rockers on the sunny days and the back porch shelter on the rainy ones. Holden Beach is more family oriented, with good food and shopping, but the kitchen and dining areas in the cottage are perfect for meals "at home." Another Day in Paradise is a great place to stay.

Great location. Steady traffic most of the day, but easy walk to restaurants and beach. Cozy house with well-equipped kitchen and plenty of games, beach chairs, etc. Nice porch rockers on front, back, and patio below house.

We came down with our kids for a few days during spring break and had a great few days at the beach during the off season. The house had everything we need and the location is excellent, right across the street from the beach access.

Quaint, all the amenities needed present. Rustic feel spacious for family fun! The beach was literally a hop, skip and a jump from the front door. Beach life 2.0!!!!!!! Basic commnuinity stores and resturants very close. The kids loved it too!

Our family came together for Thanksgiving for first time in Holden beach. The home was cozy and a wonderful place to make new memories. The home made you feel you were home. It was clean and comfortable. The front porch with rocking chairs was a special treat. I hope to stay there next year and for years to come.

This was our all time favorite house to stay at! It was in a perfect location, with a great view of the ocean. All 4 bedrooms were decorated so nicely . We would love to stay there again.

House was nice and clean. Plenty of space to spread out with 2 adults and 2 kids. Also, a big plus that you can walk across the street to the ocean and not have to worry about parking. Loved the house and will definitely look into a future stay here.

This is a very well-equipped, ckean and roomy vacation home. I loved that the beach access is literally straight acriss the road. We decided to stay an extra night and the ownet was wonderful to work with!! We will be back to this house again!!

House was very clean and kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook any meals. Location to the beach was only a two minute walk and road to cross wasn’t very busy this time of year. Jane was very quick to respond to any messages I sent. Would definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a classic beach house with ocean view from rockers on the front porch this is your place. Nice, no frills and clean rental that provided all we needed. Beach access conveniently located right across the street. Outdoor shower nice and kitchen was organized and well-stocked. Jane is so kind, awesome to work with and easy to reach!!

Everything was perfect. The house was a lot bigger than we thought. The pictures online does not do the house justice. It’s really big lots of room has everything you need for your vacation . The beach is only right across the street so you don’t have far to go to enjoy the sand and the water. We really loved staying there . We definitely will be returning. We love the house and Holden beach.

We have been staying in this house each summer for 30+ years. We started out staying 1-2 weeks but since retirement we have extended to 4-5 weeks. Location, layout, owner communication are all top notch. Owner steadily makes updates. Plan to spend many more weeks in the years to come.

The pictures actually don't do the house justice. The furniture is updated since the pictures. Yes, the beach access is across the street but not only that, it is private. Only 6 other homes can use that access making your area on the beach less crowded than most. We really enjoyed our time and we will absolutely be back!

Enjoyed the house tremendously. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The washer & dryer inside the house were VERY useful. Love the location, just across the street from the beach. This was our 2nd time at this house and we were very happy.

This house is perfect. Great location-steps to the beach! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we cooked every night. This was a girls trip-a mom. 2 daughters, and 5 nieces. We loved the porch with the rockers. We loved the sitting area under the house. The outside shower came in very handy. We enjoyed every moment. We would definitely book again with Jane!

We love everything about this house! The location, the layout of the house, the multiple seating areas. Nice new couches in the living area. Cozy rockers on the porch. Extra seating under the house near the grill. The ocean is right across from the house with a nice newly updated private boardwalk. The owner, Jane, is lovely and very fast and responsive. We already booked again for next summer.

My family had a wonderful time at Another Day in Paradise. Loved the covered porches for morning coffee. Kids liked the seating under house to play games and hangout. The beach across the road was enjoyed by all of us. The kids liked the Italian Ice cart that came around on the beach. Do note they only take cash.The tv in bedroom worked out great when it rained for my grandchildren. They brought their Xbox and played games on it. Several trips were made across the bridge to shop and enjoy all the ice cream shops. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Another Day in Paradise really delivers on that name. The location couldn't have been better, with close proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. It's a shell-hunter's dream! There were uncontrollable factors, like 15-20 mph winds a couple of days and a roaring generator across the street where repairs were being made to the beach access walkway, and we STILL has a great time. Holden Beach is a great place, and this was a great place to stay. We hope to return!

This was a short visit for my 2 daughters and I. It was sunny but cool and very windy so going on the beach wasn't a good option. This cottage's front deck is so comfortable with great seating and areas to be in the sun or shade. We would definitely rent this home again.

It was very comfortable and clean… could have use more than two kitchen trash bags 0r include on the client bring list…maybe a flyswatter. Sand spurs were bad out back and couldn’t enjoy the back yard.. Hose and shower outside was well appreciated. Looking forward to making this a annual gathering.
