Gorgeous Oceanfront Terrace Condo - Near Beach Club!
B301 ist eine wunderschön aufgerüstete Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Bädern, die sich im obersten Stockwerk des B-Gebäudes befindet. Der offene Grundriss bietet gewölbte Decken, einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Lagune, tropisches Dekor und neue Fliesenböden. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher, während die komplett renovierte Küche mit Top-Geräten und Granit-Arbeitsplatten ausgestattet ist. Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit separater Badewanne und Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten (die auf Anfrage bei der Buchung in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können), einen Flachbild-TV sowie ein angeschlossenes Gäste-Badezimmer mit großer ebenerdiger Dusche. Diese Nichtraucherunterkunft befindet sich ein paar Stufen oberhalb der dritten Etage (keine Aufzüge).

The condo was gorgeous

B301 is a super location for the terraces and the view is amazing. Condo is well equipped but unfortunately we had plumbing issues with the master shower and was unable to use it. However management said they would credit one night for the inconvenience. Other than that all was great.

Great location, clean, well equipped overall but would have preferred more saucepans with lids. Convenient to the water. Great bbq facility

Beautiful condo in a great location
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this renovated condo. The owners did a wonderful job choosing appliances and furniture. The location was convenient to the pool and about a five minute walk to the ocean. The snorkeling was the best we’ve experienced on any of the Hawaiian islands.

This is a very nice condo, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was a perfect location and approx a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches! The neighborhood is great and well-kept. A perfect neighborhood for morning walks, jogs, etc. Shopping nearby with a few places to eat. And it was very well managed. We will definitely stay her next time we're at the Big Island!

Very Nice Stay!
This is a very nice condo, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was a perfect location and approx a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches! The neighborhood is great and well-kept. A perfect neighborhood for morning walks, jogs, etc. Shopping nearby with a few places to eat. And it was very well managed. We will definitely stay her next time we're at the Big Island!

The owner Danny, was a gem to work with, he answered every question and concern I had prior to arrival. He also made sight-seeing recommendations that were great. I'm looking forward to a return visit and hope to convience friends to come along (but they can find their own special unit). The entire Mauna Lani resort area is just outstanding. The Foodland market, within walking distance, is great. I am a senior, and took the trip with a long time friend. We both loved the unit; each had our own bathroom I selp on pull-out in living room. We like that it was only 7 steps down.... you know how senior knee's can get! Thank you, Danny.
