Das Fraser Crossing ist ein modernes Ferienhaus in unschlagbarer Lage, nur 150 Meter von der Basis des Winter Park Resorts, der 10-Personen-Gondelbahn, den Restaurants, Geschäften und zahlreichen familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten im Freien entfernt.
Wir befinden uns auch in der Nähe der Haltestelle Winter Park Amtrak Train, mit der Sie bequem von Denver nach Winter Park gelangen.

Very nice condo with comfortable bed and absolutely everything we needed and more. Close to the village and nice restaurants. Parking was a breeze with the QR code. Building and grounds are beautiful. Will definitely stay here again!

My son and I recently had an unforgettable snowboarding trip at Winter Park, and our stay at the Winter Park Studio Condo was simply fantastic.
The studio condo was immaculate and well-maintained, boasting a cozy and inviting ambiance. The space was thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of every square inch. The decor was tasteful and charming, blending modern elements with rustic touches that perfectly complemented the surrounding winter landscape.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the large windows. As we woke up each morning, we were treated to panoramic vistas of snow-covered peaks, which truly enhanced our snowboarding experience. It was a joy to sip hot cocoa by the window, watching the snow fall gently outside.
The condo provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was well-stocked with cooking essentials, allowing us to prepare hearty breakfasts before hitting the slopes. The cozy living area was the ideal spot to relax after a day of snowboarding, with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a crackling fireplace that added to the overall charm of the space.
The location of the condo was unbeatable and with equipment lockers for the gear made it awesome coming in from riding. It was just a short distance from the ski lifts, making it incredibly convenient for us to access the slopes.

This was perfect for our family! The studio is quite large and spacious, and they had everything we needed. The place was clean, hosts allowed us to check in a couple hours early when we got there early, and the quick walk to the restaurants and skiing was awesome. Highly recommend, we had a great time!

Incredibly convenient. 2 minute walk to the gondola. Great parking in heated garage. Views of the ski hill. Would recommend and stay again next time we are in Winter Park.

The location of this condo is fantastic! The end unit has a fantastic view of the mountains with easy access to the base. The condo is very comfortable with great amenities. We have stayed in this building in the pass and hands down this is the best studio in the building!

Chris is wonderful with communication and makes the arrival process super easy. We are fortunate he was able to accommodate us with an early check-in so we could get started on our Winter Park plans. The condo is clean, in the perfect location to the village, and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We appreciate the hospitality we received and would absolutely stay here again!

Our third time to WP and we love the Fraser Crossing location. Such an easy location for the resort and skiing. The town is a short, short drive or bus ride away. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The communication was great, we had all the information we needed everything was incredibly smooth/easy. We will definitely rent again! Thanks again for everything, your place was great!

We enjoyed 2 nights in Winter Park for a wedding. We were directly across the street from the gondola and had easy walking access to the entire resort. The town was a very quick drive away. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The extra fan was great for putting in the window to cool down the room during the day. Parking was easy and the luggage carts were so helpful! We’d stay again.

Fraser Crossing is a quick walk to the gondola and a perfect location to do a trip without a car. For arrival we took the Bustang from steamboat to winter park Cooper creek transit then the free Lift to the condo. On departure we took the Amtrak snow train to Denver - all within steps of the condo. Loved the condo and Chris was super helpful and responsive. Hope to come back soon.

This property is on the top floor of the Fraser Crossing bldg so it's the closest to the gondola, which is great. We appreciated all the amenities (board games, books, extra towels, humidifier...). Bc it's on the top floor it's quiet, but also warm. We couldn't get the temp down below 73 while we were there. The sofa bed isn't awesome... it's pretty saggy and uncomfortable. Otherwise we found things clean and in good shape!

We LOVE staying at this studio condo in Winter Park. It is the perfect location for our family. It is quiet and away from the hustle bustle of the base village, but yet right there next to the base when we want it. We love the proximity to the slopes.
The condo is great. I love the extra blankets, and have always found towels readily availability. The kitchen is adequately equipped.
We feel lucky that we were able to book this place for multiple weekends this winter to enjoy WP. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The studio was very clean, quiet and had all the basic creature comforts of home and even a pretty well stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook. The property is super close and convenient to Winter Park village with shops, restaurants and ski lifts just accross the street. The owner's communication was very prompt and helpful prior to and during our visit. You will not be disappointed!

Christ and heather are a great host. They are quick to respond to any questions I may have and very helpful in every way. The condo is in a great location and I would choose to stay here again. One thing that can be improved is the mattress. It’s uncomfortable and it sinks in several spots. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location for a ski getaway!
My partner and I absolutely loved the location of our stay. It was very clean, all amenities were included, and the location was fantastic! Our host kept great communication with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We definitely recommend this location, and look forward to staying again in the future!

Of all the VRBO‘s that I’ve stayed in this is by far the best. Attention to detail and cleanliness was superior. All of the little extra things that they’ve had to just made our stay like we were at our own home. I hope that when I’m in Winter Park again, that is unit will be available again. Weekend Getaway
The Studio unit is updated, very comfortable and in good condition. It is perfect for two people. The white noise machine was a bonus! Chris and Heather responded quickly to questions and requests. We were quite disappointed that the Hot Tubs were NOT operational, and haven't been for many months. One is broken down, the other has warm-ish water and non functioning jets. This has nothing to do with Covid restrictions. Sadly, we booked this unit because we desired a hot tub after daily adventures.
