Pros: The unit is updated and beautifully decorated. It is a very comfy condo with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Loved the mirrored hallway which made the unit feel even more spaciois. The master has a sleep number bed and is spacious and has a nice view of the beach. Having two balconies with one facing A1A and the river and the other with a side view of the beach and A1A. You can see the beach from your recliner or the river from the couch. The unit was clean and well stocked. The washing machine was so wonderful to have. There is an extra drink fridge which would be helpful to some. The utility room even has a soaking sink! Communication with the owners was very easy and friendly. The location is very central to food, groceries, and attractions. You can also Lyft or Uber easily. It's right across the street from 2 ice cream shops and right beside Peck Plaza or Top of Daytona which was a beautiful building. Umbrella rental was very easy to obtain and reasonable. Cons: Keys and Locks on trips are usually frustrating. I prefer keypad systems so multiple tenants can come and go as they please. The traffic on A1A is great for people watching but did get loud some nights. The parking garage was to tight for a large SUV. The water for the east coast seems alot more turbulent this time but the ocean was very pretty. You can't hear the waves from the balcony usually due to traffic. The elevator is pretty slow and no air so it gets muggy in the heat of the day. Parking even on the main level is tight with large vehicles but can be done. Not a pro or con, but as with all condos the last few years make sure to bring trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, as the unit didn't have extra. They did have paper bowls which we used and replaced, solo cups and cutlery. The kitchen was very adequately stocked. If traveling to the area again, I would highly recommend this property for my stay with a family or multiple couples.

There is a lot of space to enjoy in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils. There are two balconies with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. The pool was nice and clean but rather small. My only complaints were that the master shower had not been cleaned and there are some sort of emergency light switch looking things all over the condo, I’m assuming that set off the sprinkler system that have signs that read “minimum $800 clean up fee if you set this off”, which made me a nervous wreck all week. They look just like a regular light switch and I was so scared one of my kids would accidentally turn it on. They really need some sort of box over them or something. Other than that we had a wonderful week and really enjoyed this condo.

Very nice condo with plenty of space. I loved that all bedrooms had a bathroom and balcony access. Perfect size kitchen and laundry room. Comfortable king size beds and spacious bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, everything was great. Bill was excellent answering questions we had before and during our stay. My wife and friends agree that it was an awesome place to stay and relax. We could watch the ocean and the road from the main balcony which supplied half our relaxation and entertainment. The king beds, amenities, and space were more than adequate for 6 adults. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and kitchen items for guests to use. Parking in the garage made it easy to remove doors and leave top down on a Jeep. Shopping carts and luggage racks also were plentiful to move everything to and from the unit/garage.

We absolutely loved staying in the condo. It had great views of the river and ocean from two different balconies The condo has a well stocked kitchen. Rooms were great sizes and the bathrooms were all good especially the master. Cable and wifi worked great. The people we ran into from the property were very nice. Having the private pool and access to the beach was nice. The only thing was no beach towels available in the condo and I hate wasting space in my luggage for towels. Definitely would stay again.

Exactly like listing. A bit noisy from drills as they are working on entire building. Pool was clean and warm. Property manager in office helpful. Essentials available in unit. Would be nice for beach exit to have keypad instead of key lock.

Booking was very easy. Mr. Young was available to answer any questions. The check-in process was really quick and easy. The condo was beautiful and the view was very nice as well. Condo was clean and furnishings were very nice. The bathrooms didn't have any towels hanging up, but we finally found some in the master bath closet. We could have used more towels in general, but we made it work. The condo is on the 8th floor which gives outstanding views, but the elevator was not working when we arrived. My daughter and I walked up the stairs to get to the unit to get the keys and garage door opener and it florida heat that was not pleasant.... the elevator was very unreliable during our whole stay and from talking to other visitors this seems to be a on-going problem. I wouldn't recommend this complex if you have any handicapped or wheelchair bound travelers with you because other than the elevator not working properly there are only stairs down to the pool and beach area with no ramps or other way to access. We really enjoyed the condo and the balcony was excellent for early morning coffee and late afternoon games.

This condo was a great place in which to spend a week with the family. Location was excellent, condo was roomy and well equipped, and the views were beautiful!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 young children enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room. The pictures and details were very accurate. The grandbabies loved the HUGE tub in the master bedroom. The Young’s were excellent to work with had very clear instructions from check-in to check-out. If we return to Daytona Beach Shores, we would love to rent this unit again.

We had a marvelous experience. The check in was easy and the condo was very comfortable. With four children under 10, the washer and dryer helped us stay up with laundry so we did not have a lot to do when we got home. The storage area in the garage and the ramp to the beach made going to the beach so easy. We are already looking forward to another visit.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway! We were extremely happy about having three king sized beds and updated tile showers. The kitchen had ample appliances, dishes and flat wear, It was wonderful having a clothes washer and dryer just off the kitchen. The views were fantastic - from the ocean to the river! Reservations were easy and it was a great value. The owners are readily available if there is ever any problem. I highly recommend this property.

We absolutely LOVED this condo! Very roomy with plenty of space for everyone and everything we brought. The kitchen was fully stocked, has everything we needed including a crock pot. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed which was great for my aunt with an injured back. We couldn’t get the t.v’s to work but I’m sure that was more a user error than anything. We didn’t contact Bill to try to use them, as I was quite enjoying my kids being unplugged from YouTube. If we could have stayed here longer, we all must definitely would have! We would love to come back and stay here!

Perfect space! Quiet this time of year (December). Condo complex well-kept. Condo unit very beautiful, kitchen and bathrooms newly remodeled, very clean! Owner very easy to work with and accessible for questions if needed. Grocery stores within a mile. Nice ocean view from south side balcony, nice patio furniture to take advantage of the ocean sounds and catch some sun rays. sunset views from west side balcony. All three rooms with bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Nicely decorated, felt like home! Definitely can't wait to stay here again!! Heading to this area, stay here!!

We were canceled by our Golf Shores booking following Hurricane Sally with about 3 days notice and my brother suggested Daytona Beach. We found this place miraculously with plenty of square footage for our huge family and he kindly overnighted the keys. It is a beautiful place and we felt at home instantly. The littlest child asked if we were rich, because it is so nice. Haha! The place is safe and secure and even the residents in the building were so nice. Thanks!

Booking was easy and communication with the owner, Bill, was timely and effortless. After checking with his cleaning service he even allowed us to arrive earlier than the stated check in time. When we first arrived, we were quite surprised because the condo had not been cleaned at all since the previous guests had left. As we were on the phone with Bill, the cleaning person arrived and we were asked to leave the property for at least 2 hours. Not a great start since we had our 8 month old and 3 yo grandsons with us and they were already tired of being in a vehicle, but we left and returned around about 2.5 hours later. The condo was much cleaner but still not clean. We chose to do it ourselves and move on with our vacation. This property met our needs for space and location. The kitchen was roomy enough for two of us to easily work together while preparing meals and cleaning up afterwards. The balconies were large and had a good amount of seating. The building is very close to a vehicle beach access ramp and the pool and beach access were very nice and easy. The condo itself was okay. While searching for a rental I had checked oceanfront and child friendly. I take full responsibility for not realizing that it was oceanview, as that is how it is listed. I'm not sure what happened there. As for being child friendly? I would not recommend this for anyone traveling with small children. There are way too many plants, decor, coasters, and other things (like the long hall and dining area that is all mirrored) that can be broken. The only other item that I had an issue with is the dining arrangement/set up. When a unit is listed that it can accommodate 8 people, 9 with the roll away bed, I fully expect it to also have enough room for that many to eat together. Families take vacations to spend time together. Coming together for meals is a key part of vacation for us and we were not able to do so. The table seats four people and that's it. There are two barstools but they made my adult son and his girlfriend feel like they were "sitting in the kids area". I also want to mention the parking and beach storage. Both were FANTASTIC! The parking garage was safe and secure, and the reserved spaces were very spacious. It was great to not have to take sandy beach gear up to the condo every day. While everything may not have been perfect our family made the best of it all. Wonderful memories were made and that is what really matters.
