Decken und weiten Blick auf den Strand und den Golf von Mexiko, werden Sie einen Urlaub Strand bekommen erleben weg, dass selten zu finden ist. Genießen Sie eine große, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit einem Weinkühler, neue Edelstahl-Geräte, und gefiltertes Wasser. Beginnen Sie Ihren Tag mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den weißen Sandstrand suchen und einen Spaziergang in der Dämmerung nehmen, wie Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Entspannen Sie sich am großen Strand mit Pool und Whirlpool Bereich, der auch Bäder und neue Holzkohlegrills hat. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Blick auf den Golf und den inter Waterway und sind schön eingerichtet. Der Master BR mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Matratze mit Kissen, verfügt über einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, 40 "HD-TV und eigenem Bad. Die 2. BR hat ein französisches Bett mit einem Stearns und Foster Matratze und einem großen Doppel-Schrank. Das Hauptaugenmerk ist die übergroße Küche mit Granit und Raum für 4 auf Barhockern zu essen. Jeder wird genießen auch die großen Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem 55 "HD-TV und zwei Sofas, eines mit einem Queen-Size-ausziehbares Bett. Ebenfalls enthalten ist ein DVD-Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet, und Netflix. Bücher und Puzzles sind für Innen-Genuss zur Verfügung gestellt. Tennisschläger, zwei Fahrräder, einen Kühler, Liegestühle und Spielzeug, Sonnenschirme und Strand Vordach sind für Ihren Gebrauch zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Park mit einem Spielplatz und einen Basketballplatz, einen Tennisplatz und einen lokalen Coffee-Shop. Es gibt viele wunderbare Restaurants in der Nähe. Freizeitaktivitäten gehören alle Wassersportarten, Radfahren oder zu Fuß den Strand. Johns Pass ist 5 Meilen entfernt, wo Sie Restaurants am Wasser erleben können, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wasser Ausflüge (Jet-Ski und Bootsverleih). Unsere lokalen Stern "Winter" aus dem Film "Dolphin Tale", befindet sich an der Clearwater Aquarium etwa 20 Minuten nördlich. Busch Gardens und Adventure Island sind eine Stunde entfernt. Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios und Sea World sind alle innerhalb von 2 Stunden Fahrt. Die Suncoast Strand Trolley, die nach oben und unten Gulf Blvd. 15 Meilen geht hat eine Haltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Für nur $ 5 können Sie ein und aus den ganzen Tag Hop, von Clearwater nach St. Reisen Pete Beach. Overall the condo itself was beautiful! The lobby of the condo smelled, and the elevator took forever and sounded old, but get pass that and enter into the condo that is right on the ocean and absolutely beautiful.

The condo had a beautiful kitchen that was very well designed and equipped. We loved watching the stunning sunsets from the comfortable balcony. The beach and pool were perfect and accessible within a minute or two. Our stay was very enjoyable!

We loved our stay in this condo. The view is simply amazing for watching the ocean, sunsets daily and the ocean storms. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you may need. The owner Michael answered any questions I had and was a pleasure to deal with.

The condo had everything you could need, including for a day at the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded and you were 5 minutes from several restaurants and activities. The local restaurants did not disappoint.
The pool and hot tub were nice but we spent most of our time at the beach. We rented a pontoon boat at Madeira Beach and saw a lot of dolphins on the inter coastal waterway. We also rented jet skis at Johns Pass. Would highly recommend Woodys for jet ski rentals.
Some construction going on during our stay on the building not the condo. They didn’t start working until 8 am and some days we didn’t hear them at all.
Will definitely be back!

I gave myself the gift of turning 40 in beautiful Redington Shores and this condo provided the most wonderful home away from home. I traveled with my 2 teenage daughters and we spent the week moving from the beach to the pool to the couch and back again. The condo was so clean, extremely comfortable, and had everything we could think to need. The owner was so nice and accommodating! The beds especially were super comfy— we had an amazing time. Thank you so much for providing such a great place! We loved it!

Michael's condo was a wonderful place to stay! Had a great balcony with amazing views. The beds were very comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need. Lots of towels, blankets and linens. Everything you need for the beach and pool included. We will be back!

This was the second time we stayed at the Cromer’s beautiful condo. It is super clean and beautifully decorated. Loved having use of the cart to get all of our things to the beach. It was great to have beach chairs available in the storage closet. We enjoyed lounging by the pool after a day at the beach. Would absolutely stay again.

My family and I stayed in this unit over Christmas. This was our third stay at San Remo, and the second in this condo. We had an absolutely amazing time. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to many wonderful attractions and restaurants and the owner's provide a listing of many of these in the condo information packet. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

This was our second stay and we were just as pleased as last year. Wonderful property and location. The owners communicate as needed making the check in process easy. The unit itself is spotless fully stocked with anything you or your family might need . The balcony is still my favorite. We watched dolphins daily and just can never get enough of the sunset views.

This was our first time visiting Redington Shores, and so happy we stumbled across this condo. It was spectacular it had everything and more including beach chairs, boogie boards and sand castles which is wonderful for us since we fly so we didn’t have to purchase any extras once we landed. We will 100% be back!

We stayed here in July and loved every minute if it! The location is perfect and the views from the condo are amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. We cooked a lot! And the washer / dryer was a blessing. We did lots of laundry. Everything you need is provided. We had lots of blankets, pillows and towels! Can't wait to book another stay here

Perfect for families with younger kids. Access to both the beach and pool! Having beach and water available great - didn’t need to bring or purchase any toys to play with. Property clean and comfortable…felt like we were at home!

Our 2nd time in this condo. It is perfect! Great views, great beach and pool setup. Clean, very well stocked with lots of things you wouldn’t expect. Mattresses in both bedrooms like sleeping on a cloud.. The owners very responsive. Lovely decor. Beautiful sunsets and bird sanctuary next door is a plus for us. Will go back as soon as possible. Convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything we needed or wanted as a family of 4 with younger children was there, we truly could have just brought our clothes & food. The beds are extremely comfortable, ocean view is breathtaking, the pool is very family friendly, the beach was not overcrowded whatsoever. So many great local restaurants & ice cream shops, & very convenient location to larger more tourist areas. We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Our stay at San Remo was the perfect way to close out the year. The condo is beautifully furnished and the beach views were wonderful. The weather was fabulous and the beach, pool and spa were very clean. We loved watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door and enjoyed seeing rehabilitated birds released back to the wild. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Perfect for our family. The salt water pool and hot tub all within close proximity to the beach worked great for us. And the fishing off the beach made it even better. We had everything we needed for a great stay. It was far enough away from the traffic of clearwater beach but close enough to the action. Great restaurants are plentiful and everyone we met was very friendly- besides "Karen" who didn't like the fact that a pelican got caught up in our fishing line. Through quick action the pelican survived unharmed. But what a great story we have to tell. We cant wait to come back again next year. Although I was a little shocked at the mask police still existing in some establishments as I know the governor removed the mandate some time ago.

Our family has been coming down to this area for spring break for the past 10+ years. This is the first place we have stayed in where we want to come back to the exact same unit! The view is absolutely perfect! Loved the large sliding patio doors. A gulf front master with patio doors is a must for us which this unit had as well. The living and kitchen area is very large and we felt like we had more than enough space for our family of 4. I really liked that there were basic staples leftover from previous guests (baggies, spices, condiments, dish soap, soap, etc) so we didn't have to buy those. And bonus there was soap at every sink in the condo. The storage locker with toys, boogie boards, chairs, shade tent, wagon, etc were used every day. The pool was heated warmer than any other pool we have stayed in before. And the hot tub was an extra bonus on those cooler spring days. We were able to walk to a few nearby restaurants for dinner which was super convenient. But we always love ordering delivery which we had delivered right to the pool several times during our two week stay. We will be back for sure. Thank you Mike!

We were extremely pleased with our stay in San Remo 506. The condo is updated and the appointments went beyond our expectations. We especially appreciated the attention Mike and Carol have given to cleanliness and the simple yet tasteful details in decorating. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything we needed, but the best part of this condo may well be the view! We enjoyed morning coffee watching dolphins and evening sunsets on the comfy balcony. Mike is very responsive when needed. I can’t say enough about this wonderful little piece of paradise. Thank you for sharing it with us. We are certainly hoping to come back and this condo is where we want to stay!
