Place was dated and kitchen was very poorly stocked. We had to go buy cups. Dishwasher kept falling out from under cabinet and even cut someone.

This is our second time staying at this house. We had another fantastic time!

We rented this home to house family while they were in town for the weekend. We had several issues that led to missed expectations and a poor rating. First, there was a pile of stinky garbage in the garage when we checked in. Garbage needs to be kept in the garage due to bears, and I was surprised to see the trash cans overflowing with food and household trash from previous guests. Some other reviews spoke of cobwebs and other signs of wear. Vacasa replied saying that these problems would be addressed. They have not been addressed. Lamp shades and decorations around the house haven't been dusted for quite a while and it shows with spider webs and grime. Smoke alarms in the basement have been disconnected. The screen door leading to the hot tub is busted from what looks like someone's foot having gone through the screen. The majority of the sleeping areas are in the basement. Six of our 9 guests were sleeping there. There is a locked utility closet in that space. Around 1am an alarm began sounding from inside the closet. It would go off every 73 seconds (Yes, I timed it as I was laying awake in the middle of the night) making it nearly impossible to sleep. The listing claims that there are local managers, but we didn't find this to be true outside of business hours. I called the host using the number in the listing. After waiting on hold for 17 minutes, the call center told me that they would be unable to get a manager to the property before 10 or 11am the next morning. There was no commitment of a refund or help to offset the inconvenience. Instead it will be up to the local manager to come in afterward, assess the situation and decide if a refund will be given. We love the area, and enjoy hosting guests during the summer and winter. I'll be choosing a local host next time and avoid the "professional" management companies.

Very nice home but fire place broken hot tub water low with no way to fill it up s some windows letting in cold air but location was awesome and kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils-

House worked fine for 3 couples. Thermastat didnt work so it was super hot, especially in the lower bedrooms. Noisy boiler room. Jouse needs some attnetion - snow removal area thin, beds sosso, dishwasher on its last legs, well stocked kitchen. Dog poo all iver the deck outside of master bath. OVerhead garage door broken. Good house layout for 2 couples and a bunch of kids.

Beautiful home. Everyone enjoyed the place. The location is nice and close to the resort as well as big sky. Hot tub was big and clean which was nice. Definitely recommend.

My friends all had an amazing time here. Great spot to go to for seclusion, and relaxation.

What a beautiful house! We spread out during our week stay and absolutely loved this house. Very well maintained, everything we needed was there, great views off of the deck and such a great location - close to everything. Would spend another week here in a heartbeat!

Hot Tub was great in the evenings looking out across private hillside backyard and mountains out back. Very nice and secluded neighborhood with the occasional wildlife gracing us with their presence.

The accommodations were beautiful except the dining room and living room furniture is very worn and uncomfortable. More instructions would be helpful ( trash disposal, key code entry, ). The residence was stocked sufficiently. Decorations should be changed ( Everything was Christmas) all that was missing was a tree. Plenty of wildlife outside was a plus.

This property offered everything we needed. The deck was great to enjoy views of the mountains. Perfect location, perfect place. We got to experience wildlife roaming around in the front yard! Yellowstone is less than 1 hr away with a beautiful and peaceful driveway! We absolutely loved it! We will be back for sure!

It was so comfortable and quiet. It was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed our time here!

Place was beyond expectations, very accommodating.

We had a great time staying at this property. Layout worked well for the 3 couples and 2 kids in our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. Entire house felt clean. Hot tub worked great - we even had a red fox visit us while relaxing in it after a long day! Only hiccup was the fire alarm randomly went off for a few minutes one morning and one seemed to be dangling in the main living room. It only happened 1 time, so we didn't call about it (and the baby stayed asleep so it really wasn't a big deal!). My suggestion to the owners would be to provide a few baby items (ex: pack'n'play, baby gate, etc) to better provide for a range of renters. We'd definitely stay at this property again if we're in the area!

Nice location.

We rented this home for our group of 8 while skiing at Big Sky. The location is very convenient as it is situated halfway between the resort and the Meadows (the village below the resort with restaurants and other amenities. The home is spacious and accommodated our group very well. The hot tub was a plus. It’s very private and has plenty of parking. Sadly, this home lacks basic maintenance and upkeep. Nearly everything was either broken or about to break. That hole in the living room floor from the roof leak? Oh just throw a rug over it, they’ll never notice! Roof shingles on the ground from the ice dam on the roof, ripped couch cushions, filthy bird nests right above the hot tub, cracked dust pans, broken dining chair arm, loose faucet handles, the list goes on. Despite all this we enjoyed l our stay.

Great property in an easy location with everything you need. Perfect size for 2 people!

The house was great and suited our needs for our guys ski vacation perfectly. Plenty of beds and lots of space to hang out in, the hot tub is a big plus and a three car garage. Great location between the town of big sky and big sky ski resort.

My friends and I had a wonderful time here. Very close to skiing and town. We had a few things at the house not function properly, but it was fixed quickly.

Went to Montana for the first time. The house is located at the bottom of some mountains providing great views every morning

What a fun home, perfect for our whole family. So many bathrooms, beautiful views, lots of play areas, great hot tub. The house itself needs a little Handyman TLC (loose door handles and chair arms and loose floorboards in the living room) but it didn’t damper our trip there at all.

This place was beautiful with lots of room for us to spread out. The view are just as amazing, nice and quite. While the main rooms, and surfaces were very clean, my only concern was all the detailed cleanliness. Lots of cobwebs everywhere, which makes you question how clean everything else is. Regardless of my one concern I would book this property many times over.

This home was very comfortable and spacious. Clean, comfortable home in a quiet Neighborhood with great views of the hills out back. Loved the BBQ. My kids also enjoyed the scooters! I would have given it 5 stars but we did have some maintenance issues during our stay. No power to one wall to the basement that ran the TV which was fixed via a long extension cord, patio door screens had large rips from dogs so we had to keep those doors shut, the spa wouldn’t turn on for 2 days which we had to call multiple times about. We also missed having an AC. All in all everything else was in good working order and we felt This home was a great value vs staying in a hotel.

Soft spots in floor on main floor near fireplace, roof is leaking in master bedroom, hot tub was cloudy and not clean, screen doors were all in bad shape (ripped screens). You couldn't seem to ever get the house to cool down and heated floors would not turn off. We had to purchase our own laundry and dishwasher cleaning supplies, when listing implied they were provided. Listing stated no dogs, however, there was evidence of dog everywhere including a large kennel in the garage and spilt dog food in corridor connecting the house to garage. Many lights in the house did not work including master shower light and light above dining room table. Broken furniture as well in dining room area. Over all this is the worst house we have ever stayed in out of the many properties booked on Vrbo.

Reservation was efficient and got detailed emails immediately. Place was clean and had more than enough amenities. Great views and road was plowed.

The house was in a good spot between the mountain and the village. Nice neighborhood. The house was well suited for large groups, and lots of twin/bunk beds, which is what we needed. The downfall of this house was the upkeep. It felt tired. The kitchen utensils/accessories were old and some, like knives, were completely broken. We lost hot water twice, and couldn't relight the pilot light (property management folks had to come fix). The hot tub stopped heating completely, and the spa serviceperson needed to come out (old, worn display on the tub the culprit). The audio cabinet was missing a door, and the speakers only worked in a few rooms. I just expected more.
