Really enjoyed our stay at Regency 111. The property had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen essentials, and beach chairs/wagons.
The short walk to the beach via the greenbelt was nice with all the beautiful vegetation. Location is close to everything including Old Koloa town and Port Allen if you want to do a Napali coast tour from the southside.
Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have stayed in this condo many times as the location and comfort of the condo is great. We came to vacation and primarily to visit with family who live on Kauai. We had lots of memorable visits with family which was awesome! We swam in the pool, boogie boarded and body surfed ar Brennecke’s, hiked the Mahaulepu trail, went zip lining ( Back County), and went on a sunset/snorkel cruise with Blue Dolphin. We ate at Wranglers in Waimea and got lots of shave ice from Uncles, burgers from Bubbas and pizza from Brick Oven. This particular condo is extremely comfortable. It has air conditioning which was a must for our family. It was very clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed. There are lots of kitchen items and cookware as well as silverware. It was nice to utilize the BBQ just steps away for grilling. We would highly recommend this condo as you won’t be disappointed!

The rental was perfect for our family of four (1 child, 1 senior, 2 adults) as we navigated the island. A lot of tours begin in Poipu, so the location of this rental was really ideal and most drives to the various tours we took (i.e., Ziplining, horse back riding, and Na Pali boat tour) only took between 5-30 minutes to get to. The layout and amenities were accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. Also the managing service provided alerts, reminders, etc. that were helpful for our arrival. Would definitely come back to this rental if we ever come back to Kauai! Thank you for making our trip relaxing and fun!

From the minute we stepped onto the property we were in paradise. The property is so well maintained and lush. The unit itself was clean and had everything you could need. All of the cookware was quality along with plates and etc. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay and slept well in all the beds and pull out couch. The unit provides plenty of towels and beach toys. The walk to the beach is short which we loved. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re able to return.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It is even better than the pictures- very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make your own meals. The lanai was great for morning coffee and eating outside every night. The property itself is so well maintained-gardens and pools were lovely. A short ten minute walk down to Poipu beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets, swimming and turtle and seal viewing.
We were impressed with the property manager as well. We had to call her about a smoke detector issue and she promptly came over to assist us (thank you Vicki!).
We would definitely rent this property again and do not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We spent an incredibly wonderful 10-day vacation here as a family. Our four children and we were delighted with the apartment. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the quiet location with the parking lot, the nearby pool with two great Weber grills, the excellently equipped kitchen and, to our great surprise, the many beach utensils, e.g. bodyboards, snorkeling equipment and toys.
We found the apartment very nicely decorated and immediately felt at home. We never had rain, so we were always at the pool, on the beach or in the club. However, if it should rain, there is a TV, games, books and of course the club on site. You can also go shopping in Lihue.
The communication was so good and everything was so clearly described that we had no questions for the reception. We felt very well informed and everything went very smoothly.
We wholeheartedly recommend the apartment 100 percent and will be very happy to return.
Thank you very much for this great opportunity to enjoy a vacation in Poipu.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Felt very comfortable immediately. The condo is located where beautiful pathways lead to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. The condo was stocked with lots of things like laundry soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. We would love to come back!!

The complex is well maintained, with beautiful gardens about. The condo itself was pristine, not to mention absolutely gorgeous inside!! Spacious, spotless, and seated perfectly within walking distance of everything you could need. The hosts have left many amenities, including a light meal for a first breakfast in case you get in late. The beach supplies were very useful, and in great condition; they came in very handy! (especially the wagon, chairs, and the reusable coolers) This rental really did come with almost everything you could need to enjoy the 3 wonderful beaches that are only a short walk away down a well illuminated path.
100% would stay here again! Mahalo!

Regency 111 was our home base for 12 days. Everything and then some was at hand. Lovely views and beaches were a short walk away. The only small downside is that the pool wasn’t warm enough for some of the “older” guests to enjoy and some other guests were allowing their diapered kids into the hottub. Overall we thorough enjoyed our stay!

This property was so great! The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and well organized. The kitchen had everything you could need without being overstocked. It was one of the best rentals that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in while on vacation. Communication was so easy and text were answered almost immediately. This apartment was amazing. We’ve rented in many cities in Europe and this rental was the best overall. Very large with plenty of space for hubby and I in one bedroom with en-suite and my Mom in the second bedroom with the main bath for her. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen - you could actually cook here with every pot, pan, cooking utensil, and appliance you could think of. I particularly appreciated the rice cooker! Loved the lanai - we sat out there every morning and evening. Laundry was so awesome to have, and great for my 81 year old Mom to be on ground level. We used the hot tub a lot too. It’s great that’s it so close to the unit - we could easily check to see if anyone was in it before we left the unit. We had a little trouble finding the unit in the dark when we arrived but after a few laps of the parking lot, we found it - probably just tired from our flight :) Highly recommend!

The condo was amazing! It was wonderfully furnished and tastefully decorated. The area was so beautiful and well maintained.
We were less than 30 minutes from the airport and helicopter ride. We went zip lining and tubing adventure....all within 30 minutes.
The ocean beach was a 5 min walk thrubthe resort grounds. We saw green turtles in the evening on the beach. We boogie boarded right there!! Thanks for having all the beach supplies we needed!!

We had a wonderful visit to this condo. This is our 3rd time staying in Poipu and this is the best equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in. We loved how close it was to the pool but it still seemed very private. We walked down to the beach several times and utilized the pool toys with the kids. As someone who cooks a lot I so appreciated having a well stocked kitchen. The management team was very communicative and responsive. We hope to return to this unit again.

We were very happy with this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. They had many amenities in the apartment both in the kitchen and for the beach. The living area was nice and comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
The location is very central and convenient. The on-property pools and jacuzzis were very nice too. Overall a great place to stay!

This was a wonderful condo, fully furnished with an abundant amount of beach supplies. The condo is clean and will maintain plenty of cooking supplies. To our pleasant surprise, it also had coffee for us in the morning as we got in late the night before. I would highly recommend this condo. It was perfect for my family of 5.

We had a great time here. Condo was surprisingly stocked with essentials such as condiments, cooking ingredients, toiletries, and beach gear. It is right next to the pool and hot tub, so the kiddos were able to keep themselves entertained. Beach was great for boogie boarding and snorkeling. Huge sea turtles! We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Great location, well stocked, beach toys and gear, extra toiletries, access to pools, good communication with management. Cons: Have stayed at this condo several times before and found that this time it wasn’t necessarily as clean as it usually is. The condo could use a deep clean and perhaps some updated furniture. We found yogurt pouches under the couch as well as crumbs from what appeared to be cereal. This is the first time that we have ever seen any insects in the condo and this time we saw a rather large cockroach. There were several damaged furniture pieces that should’ve been taken care of and we alerted management right away, so we were not held responsible for any of the damages that had already been done. I do hope that management keeps up on this condo because it is a very nice condo at a very good price and I hate to see it to go downhill and not taken care of.

For our family, the location was perfect! Walking distance to Brennecke's beach for boogie boarding, sunsets Poipu, and a pool with a BBQ right next door. The condo was spacious and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back in the future!

We just returned from our stay and I already wish we could go back. This was our 4th time visiting the island with our best friends. We love staying in this area and this particular unit was perfect for us. We have never stayed in a unit that was so well stocked! They had everything one could need, especially in the kitchen. The patio had nice furniture and having access to all 3 pools on the complex was great. There was work being done to the whole building while we were there (painting the outside) but that didn’t affect our stay. Love the proximity to the beaches and all of the walking paths surrounding the area. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely recommend this unit if you are visiting Poipu.

This property was extremly clean, well stocked, beautiful, luxurious, accomdating, and accurate as listed.Location to the beach, pool, restaurants, walking and hiking path, grocery and Old Koloa town were super! Overall, this condo was. So highly thought out, well equiped and CLEAN that we regreat we didn't book longer. Hope to rebook next year! Thanks for a great stay!

Recently updated unit, with new beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Well stocked kitchen and pantry, with sharp knives too. Just a few steps from the pool, hot tub and grills. Overall a great location in poipu, with a nice walking path to the beaches.

Communication with Vicky was very easy. The condo is very comfortable. Loved the lanai with the blinds for privacy and keeping the place cool. The BBQ on site was super clean. Really enjoyed the wagon, boogie boards and chairs for the beach, not to mention all the towels! There was even tennis/pickleball courts! We had a great stay, thank you!

Perfect location just a 11 minute walk to Poipu beach. The condo is very well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. Pool and hot tub is close and there are two Webber grills which we used several times. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent condo. Plenty of space, beautifully maintained & decorated. The kitchen has WAY MORE than your average rental as far as utensils, dishes, spices, travel mugs, etc. Easy walks to several beaches. The beach chairs/boogie boards were used often with the wagon. I will definitely see if this place is available if we are ever able to return to beautiful Poipu.

We had such a great visit to Regency 111! We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (the toaster oven was great), the lanais, the variety of fans and a/c, and the easy access to Poipu’s beaches. We would love to stay there again someday.

We stayed 3 nights and were here to attend a wedding. It is spectacular location next to the pool and hot tub, restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails, 5 min walk to the beach. Beautiful, lush green Island of Kauai, Hawaii. Would highly recommend it.

This was absolutely well organized and stocked places we’ve stayed. Everything had labels in the cupboards and closets which made it easier to find things. Nicely furnished and most of all clean. Vicki was easy to reach on the phone every time I called to ask a question or to inquire about something.
The location was perfect, nice short walks to the beaches and relaxing pool right out side.
We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. Our visit was too short but would definitely come back to this cute condo. Great location, super close to the pool. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The walk to the beach was awesome and the short distance to restaurants and shops was great. Couldn’t of been more perfect!

Thus Condo was beautiful - gorgeous interiors - incredibly comfortable - and in a phenomenal location. Was just magical. Kitchen is well stocked and you could prepare a gourmet meal if you so desired.
The only thing mussing was an iron to press packed clothes. But that is just a tiny thing.
I will most certainly return!!!
