Great house for a beach stay. Really cozy house with a great outdoor area. Easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny. Hard to beat the location, private but connected. We definitely would stay here again.

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to Hilton Head for a little R and R. The House was the perfect size for 4 people. Located on a quiet side street we barely had any cars go by. Great pool in the backyard with chairs to sit on and umbrellas to provide shade when it got hot. The beach and walking trails were just a 5-minute walk away. Coligney was a 10-minute walk away so you could get your steps in and do some shopping at the same time. Also, restaurants and grocery store are close by also. I can't come up with anything bad to report so if you're looking for something a little smaller and a little cheaper and still getting the same amenities as the bigger houses this is your place.

The Cottage on Park was a great escape to help create memories for a milestone birthday celebration! There were 3 of us and we each had our own bedroom & own bathroom. There was plenty of space & character in every corner of the home & it was clean. The pool was cute & receives full sun all day, a comfortable size to cool off after a day at the beach or adventure away from the house. It was important for us to have close beach access & distance to Coligny Plaza, this was an easy/quick bike ride to both. Getting rideshare service to various spots around the island was easy as well. Overall this was a positive experience!

This was the perfect home for our summer vacation. We loved it! It was so clean and inviting and had ample space to enjoy time together cooking meals, playing games and relaxing by the pool. The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. We will definitely book this home again if we return to Hilton Head!

7 of us stayed at The Cottage on Park and it was a perfect rental for us! We especially loved playing games at the huge dining room table in the evening. Walking to Coligny and the beach was easy- even for Grandma who is 83! The beds were super comfortable and we found ourselves sleeping in longer than usual!

We recently spent five nights at The Cottage on Park with family members, including a 13 and 10 year-old. Everything was as advertised and we were quite pleased. The location is excellent if you want to be near the heart of Hilton Head without the noise. The pool was small, but great. The outside grill was new and while the tank was empty, it was not an issue because there was a spare in the shed (and when we reached out about the empty tank, the office was very responsive!).
The kitchen was was well stocked with utensils, etc. They could use some new frying pans, but overall, they had everything we needed and it easily accommodated our group of six.
The house was well cleaned and charming.
The pool and beach gear was well-stocked with chairs, a wagon to haul stuff to the beach, noodles, chairs around the pool, etc.
The only complaint, which cannot be helped in HH is that the large oak tree in back constantly shed leaves and seeds in the pool and all around. It was hard not to track this stuff into the house and my only recommendation would be for a rug to be placed inside the sliding door so this stuff didn't end up around the house. That is a nit-pick. The house is great and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house is nicely decorated, clean, and was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the reading nook and pool. The kitchen is the perfect size for family meals and it was very convenient to have a table for games/puzzles and another for dining. There were plenty of linens, blankets, and bath towels. The cottage on Park felt like home the minute we walked through the front door!
My husband and I stayed in the Master Suite adjacent to the Reading nook. Our ensuite bathroom had a washer and dryer. The open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen was the center of the cottage. Our daughter and our son-in-law stayed in the second Master suite at the other end of the cottage. Our grandchildren, ages 18 months and 4, shared the third bedroom, which was adjacent to their parent's suite. It was absolutely the perfect layout for our family.
The cottage had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful for the wagon to haul the beach chairs and cooler to the beach. (The lovely, shaded walk to the beach took us about 7 minutes.) Whoever decorated the cottage creatively had every detail perfectly designed for a vacation with a peaceful beachy vibe! We all loved the cottage!
While our 18 month old napped, we returned to the cottage and took advantage of the heated pool. We paid a little extra to have it heated which was so worth it! The temperature was perfect. The pool was just the right size for us! The pool area was nicely laid out!
The walk to Coligny Plaza was about 17 minutes. We enjoyed exploring the restaurants and little shops.
We also enjoyed the ice cream and live music!
Our vacation was perfect! And we would definitely stay at the cottage on Park again! Best vacation ever!

The Cottage on Park was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The beach is a quick walk across the street and Coligny shops and restaurants are a 1/2 mile walk away. The pool was a nice amenity, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, absolutely every need was met. Additionally, the hosts were readily available, answering any questions we had extremely quickly. We love visiting Hilton Head and will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Took family down to meet family who stayed in a condo. This place was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, very close to the beach and very close to everything; property was very nice.

We had a great time here. Be sure to look outside for the beach chairs and beach cart to take everything to the beach. The Piggly Wiggly grocery store is a short drive away. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.The pool was wonderful for everyone, but especially our granddaughters. The kitchen was well-equipped and the grill was good too. We highly recommend this property!

We loved this property! The pool was wonderful for the kids, and the home was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach, and they supply a nice wagon and beach equipment including chairs. Exactly as advertised
Every detail was exactly as expected. We can’t wait to come back! We learned that we could rent chairs and umbrellas and have them set up for us on the beach within walking distance from the cottage from Shore Beach Service, that was helpful.

Great, old friends reunion, house
Loved this house. The attention to detail in anticipating what might be needed was perfect. Host was attentive and got right back to us to inform us where the hidden fuse box was (after multiple people using blow dryers blew a fuse). I definitely would rent here again!

Amazing place, location and vibe!
We’ve probably rented 2-3 Vrbo place each year the past ten years and this one knocks them all out of the park! Amazing location to the beach, chairs and simple sand toys at the house. Pool was comfortable and kids played in it for hours every day. The inside is just as great and the pictures don’t do it justice. Overall great stay!

Family fun on HHI
We met up with our two adult daughters and son-in-law for a great getaway at The Cottage on Park. The house was just as described and what you see in the photos - beautifully updated and decorated, comfortable, clean and plenty of space for the 5 of us to relax and occassionally work remotely. The kitchen and grill areas had what we needed for eating in. We were glad to have a washer and dryer. The backyard patio and pool was a fantastic option for when we weren't at the beach which was just a short walk from the house. We also loved being a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza where we could pick up groceries, get ice cream or shop. The iTrip staff was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions or a request.

It was amazing! The house is clean and SO CUTE! Just a couple minute bike ride to the beach and to Coligny! We grilled dinner and played at the pool everynight!

Amazing place!
Our family enjoyed a week at this awesome house!! We have always loved the North Forest Beach location, and this home was in an ideal location! A quick few minutes to walk to the beach, or a fast bike ride into Coligny for shopping, dinner or ice cream! We loved all the amenities at the house, including the option to heat the pool to our Midwestern taste :) , grill out for dinner, and the 3 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was perfect place for our family to start and return to each day! Everything was very clean and perfectly decorated to make it a relaxing stay! We had bikes delivered to the house and used the house beach wagon to head out for beach days! Would LOVE to return!

Really nice property close to all the action at Coligny Beach
This house has it all. Looks like it's been recently refurbished and its been done with soft and subtle tones. Has 3 bedrooms 3 Full Baths so enough room and space for a large family. Also very nice sitting area and living room. You are walking distance to Coligny Beach and the Plaza area
The only downer was that it was chilly outside, the pool was cold. We realized on Day2 - that the pool was heated but nowhere in the materials does it mention that we could get the pool heated for a nominal charge. We would have gladly paid to get the pool heated....but since it takes 12 hours to heat the pool -- we did not avail of that service
Apart from that great place ---> we will be back. First time in Hilton Head and we loved the cottage and the Island. Will be back

Anniversary trip
Great location, quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive. Didn't use the pool due to time of year. Quick access to beach, bike paths, Coligny Plaza. We rented bikes from Sharkys, and would highly recommend doing so. Could get to all above locations within 1-5 min. Ride your bikes on the beach in the afternoon. Down to Cocos on the Beach for a cocktail with a view. Did a private sail with Anchors Away, it was amazing. Loved our first stay on HHI and will be back!

Highly recommend
We stayed here in October for one week with 2 other couples. The location is absolutely amazing and the house is so perfect. It is only a five minute walk to the beach and they provided a beach cart with chairs and even a cooler. We highly recommend renting bikes the bike trails are absolutely amazing. We played cards out on the patio right by the pool. Every night we received a surprise gift from the local raccoon on our front porch (poop)

Beautiful home, perfect location!
Our stay was amazing! This little cottage was perfect for our 2 families with little children. It was clean and the private pool was perfect. It’s also very close to the beach and to the shopping plaza. We had a great time and plan to return next year!

HGTV style home
This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and one infant. Great location and easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Neighborhood very quiet. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors and had a few minor issues but management was great and got things fixed very quickly.

Cute place in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very welcoming. The property managers were awesome and super responsive and helpful. We loved the location. Very short walk or bike ride to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. Even though it is close to everything, it is not crowded where the house is and the part of the beach where the house is located is far less crowded than the part of the beach where Coligny Plaza is. There was plenty of space for social distancing.
The house had all the amenities you need for cooking or BBQ'ing. One thing I wish I would have done was checked the area where the trash cans are. There were actually umbrellas, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and even a couple of boogie boards. I had no idea and ended up buying an umbrella, so check that area before you buy anything from the store!
The backyard is super cute. The pool is small but was perfect. It was so nice to hose off and then swim after a day at the beach or even to just cool off. One thing to note is there are houses that look into the backyard. It didn't bother us any, but you should take note if you are looking for more privacy in the backyard.
Last, there is plenty of space in the house. The beds are super comfortable. There are ceiling fans throughout and the AC worked well and kept the house really cool. The day was also saved when we found a portable fan in the master. The BF has to have a fan on him at night.
All TV's are equipped with cable and streaming services. After long days and nights of running around, it was nice to unwind with wine and a movie.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our needs—close to the beach, swimming pool, and very comfortable. Being close to Cologny Plaza was also a plus. We highly recommend it!

Perfect
We loved this charming little cottage that lives large. It was perfect in every way for our family of five. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of space to spread out, cook meals, have another family over to cook out, play euchre tournaments , and just find your own nook to read. The private pool was such a treat to have in the mornings before we were ready to hear the beach and after returning from a hot day at the beach. The easy walk or bike ride to the beach and Coligny really makes this a five star property in my opinion. And added bonus was the beach location was not crowded so it was very easy to social distance. Will look to book this property anytime we visit HHI!
