This has been out go-to when visiting Windham or Hunter. It is very close to Windham! Nick is a very attentive and accessible landlord. My wife loves a clean house and this one never disappoints! You are in good hands staying here.

Great stay at this 2 BR townhouse that feels much bigger than it is. Easy parking right in front of the unit and 2 minute drive to Windham mountain.

The condo is right off Rt 23, which was plowed early when we stayed there during a snow. Very easy to get in & out. Short drive to Windham Mt & town. Owner was very nice.

The condo was the perfect size and layout for my husband and I and 3 our adult children. The beds were super comfortable and we were able to get a good night’s sleep before a day of skiing. The owner was also very responsive to our questions. We can’t wait to return.

Property was exactly as stated. Convenient for attending my Daughter's wedding on Windham mountain. Place was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Would stay again if back in the area.

The condo is in a nice location near Windham and not far from Hunter as well as Kaaterskill Falls and several lakes. The condo is large enough for several people with multiple beds and plenty of space downstairs in the kitchen and living room. The building is in generally good shape. My family had a nice time.

The place had everything we needed, extra towels and bedding, plenty of space. No issues with check in or check out, quiet place. WiFi worked to contact people but there is no service otherwise.

This was a great property! I went up with a group of friends to go skiing at Hunter Mountain, it was only about 15 minutes to the mountain, so very convenient. The WiFi is also very strong, we had 5 people on Zoom at the same time with very little issue. We had a great time :)

Property had everything we needed. Easy, short drive to the mountain. Owner was easy to communicate with. The condo is clean but it is outdated. My only suggestion would be to purchase some new mattresses and bedding. We did bring our own bedding so it wasn’t a problem.

We stayed at Nick’s property with another couple for Presidents’ Day weekend. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. It is the perfect space for two couples or a small family/group of friends. Only about 10 minutes in windham mountain lodge where we spent the day Saturday. Would definitely recommend this property for a winter getaway!

The location was amazing for Windham mountain and little downtown area and not too far from Hunter. Unfortunately at the end of the trip, the owner questioned (accused) our group of taking items from the house, which we definitely did not. It left a bad feeling that he does not trust guests, leaving valuable items in his home and then accusing guests.

We checked in after a day of skiing. The steps going into the home were supper slippery, no salt was used at all. We all held on to the railing to be able to get inside. It was late and we sent the kids to bed right away. When it was time for my husband and I to go to bed, we saw that the two spare beds were covered with tons of long black hair. It was clear that the sheets were not changed after the previous guests. I ended up sleeping with one of our children, my husband slept on the couch downstairs. Dirty and unchanged sheets should be unacceptable during normal times, let alone during the pandemic. Other items that we have discovered were: dirty bath towel in the bathroom upstairs, dirty socks left after previous guest... enough said. As soon as the kids woke up in the morning, we had to leave, as we were scared of contacting COVID since the place was not cleaned properly. We contacted the owner in the morning letting him know that we don’t feel safe in his house and will be leaving immediately despite having booked the 2 night stay. Contact was made via phone call and e-mail after he didn’t pick up. The owner responded several hours later by email, stating that they never had such an issue before and that the house was cleaned. Clearly, it was not. Refused to offer a refund even for one night of stay. To cut a long story short - the location of the home is nice. If you are ok with sleeping on dirty sheets - this home is for you. We were not. Both my husband and I are essential workers and worked all through the pandemic. We have been taking precautions for months, and certainly didn’t deserve to risk the health of our family due to someone’s tardiness.

For those of you who may have to telecommute, be assured that the unit's internet is reliable. Nick was communicative and extremely accommodating. We look forward to booking this condo again.
