This was the perfect home for us to stay in. It was next to everything we needed (resort & college) for a 4 day Republican convention. All the ladies loved it! Kristi was the perfect host and super easy to work with! House was very clean and we all loved the decor. Plenty of parking too!

Lovely property, nice yard, very pet friendly. Great kitchen and plenty of room for a large family to stay. Not so good if you have any mobility issues, as the stairs to the second floor are rather steep. We had a great time.

The home was clean and well stocked. Great front porch & back patio with room to stretch out. Would love to stay at this home again!

Check in was very easy. The accommodations were very well equipped. The house had everything you needed. Nice coffee maker, tea for some of us, and a small ice chest for the park, lake or river, Beach towels that we used and cleaned, lots of blankets, plenty of rooms for everyone, and stands for our luggage. I can go on and on. The home is one for the books. The owners thought of everything. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay on your beautiful home.

Lovely property. Wasn’t sure at first as it is next to an apartment building and some interesting neighbours, cats and dogs. But everything and everybody, like so much of CDA and Northern Idaho was so real and friendly. The pine trees are massive and we were greeted by a doe and fawn on our arrival. New AC. Clean and very well equipped for a family stay. Recommended

We had a nice stay at Five Pines!! My husband and I, our youngest son and his wife and two grandchildren stayed in this beautifulhouse! The house was clean, comfortable and roomy for us all. The kitchen was well equipped and bath had lots of extra towels, extra pillows and quilts for bedrooms and air conditioning was great. Nice shady areas out front and in the backyard and porch. Our granddaughters enjoyed the rope swing everyday!! The only issue really was that the front door lock didn’t work, so it wasn't convenient for us. We would all stay here again as it is so close to downtown and the beach.

Amazing stay at this well stocked and perfectly located home. Slept 6 adults and 4 kids with the addition of our camping cots. Kitchen had everything we needed and grill was helpful for meals. Perfect back yard for dog and kids to play. Comfortable outdoor seating that allowed us to enjoy the weather and each other’s company. Will stay again.

Very comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Home was very well stocked with everything you can think of to enjoy vacation in Coeur d’Alene Idaho.

Great location! Easy walk to downtown and local shops. The house was cozy and charming. The tree swing was a big hit with the kids! We only wish there was more outdoor lighting to enjoy both the front and back yard at night. Overall a must stay when in CDA.

We were four adults, a 4 1/2 year old and a dog. The adults appreciated how cool and comfortable the house was, the child loved the tree swing and even the dog enjoyed how shady the front and back yards were. The location to town was great, too. Everything within easy walking distance. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great little property that is close to downtown and has an amazing rope swing. We really enjoyed the backyard setup as well.

We had a great time visiting 5 pines. The house is adorable and highly updated with very charming features. The mattresses could use some updating, but the rest was simply amazing! To add, theY have awesome neighbors! We can’t wait to come back!

This is a very family friendly house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The house is set back from the street, so there’s a modicum of privacy. The next-door neighbor is very friendly. Everyone thought the decorating was extremely cute, and the amenities were more than satisfactory. There is a large fenced backyard where the little ones can run around.

This home was great for my family of six. The place was stocked for just about anything you would want. The beach blankets and chairs came in handy. It is close enough to walk to anything you want to do. The stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are a little steep but my 3 year old had no problem. Loved everything about it!

Coming from the heat this was a perfect escape for our Fourth of July! So much near by to do. Shops accessible by walking but not to close the the downtown area.

This house has been updated beautifully. The photos are accurate but don't fully express the charm of the place. The kids room was a big hit. Trundle bed, toys,,tv, DVD player, Wii gaming system. Our kids didn't use the Wii but there seemed to be quite a few games. The lot size is huge and would be great in the summer. Short, cold, winter days meant we spent more time indoors. There's not a great deal of comfortable seating in the living room. The cute bench isn't comfortable for sitting very long. But the sofa and leather chair were comfortable.. The location was great. We could walk to many great restaurants and shops even with snow and ice on the ground. We would definitely stay here again.

This house worked great for my family and my sister's family -- a total of 8 of us. The location near downtown CDA made it easy to walk into town and the open kitchen and dining area were nice places to gather when we were back at the house. Kristi was responsive and helpful with communicating. We would recommend the house to families.
