Die Candelore Family freut sich, ein Studio-Apartment mit Privilegien für den Boardwalk Patio anbieten zu können. Das Studio verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination. Beachten Sie, dass das Apartment nicht direkt am Strand liegt und keinen direkten Blick auf das Meer bietet. Bei geöffneter Vordertür haben Sie einen schrägen Blick auf die Promenade und vom Seitenfenster des Hauptwohnbereichs haben Sie einen weiten Blick auf das Meer. Die gemeinsame Terrasse befindet sich auf der Promenade, nicht jedoch die Einheit selbst. Das Gerät befindet sich oben auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks. Das Obergeschoss ist hell und hell, und die Jalousien können offen bleiben, da die Leute nur schwer hineinsehen können.

We love the studio unit. It has all the essentials that we would need and more (like boogie boards, lawn chairs, beach towels, coffee & creamer, etc). The location is ideal. We appreciate having a dedicated parking space so we don't have to drive around looking for parking. Brant is a super responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual visit.

The Unit is behind the main house and upstairs. The patio use reserved for the studios is on the east side of the patio. We used it every morning and loved watching the ocean/beach and passersby with our morning coffee. The location is fantastic. About 8min walk south on Ocean Front Walk to the Mission Beach Rollercoaster, FIT gym and tons if restaurants and nightlife. A 15min walk or so north brings you up to Pacific Beach and Crystal Pier with tons of restaurants and nightlife. Check in is very easy and straightforward. Brant the host is super kind and will address any issue immediately. Super responsive too. Best value for your money in the area. We plan to return. .

It's always an awesome stay at Brant's place. We have been coming here for years. Great on the upgrades too and shower water very hot too...great.. we will be back in Sept.

Upon check in room was extremely dirty. Property manager made things right. Bed in room was very squeaky and is definitely uneven. Upon booking it seemed based off of pictures there is a patio connected to the room, there is not. I will be staying elsewhere next time. Location is awesome

Can’t ask for a better spot for 1 or 2 people that just want to be close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and checkin was zero effort. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed kicking our feet up on the deck next to the boardwalk, watching the ocean and the people, and the super easy access to PB and Mission eateries and activities! This older studio unit shows its age in some places, and was overall comfortable, quaint, and cheery. Excellent comfy bed, and stocked kitchen essentials. Pleasant surprises like beach chairs and extra work table. Owner/manager Brant was delightful and very thoughtfully accomodating. Will stay here again!

The location is very good, clean and had what one needs for a three day stay and it was reasonably priced. It was quite during my stay and decorated great.

Nice studio for two. Nice biking and walking areas. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Water temp was 58○F but nice to look at. Homeless people everywhere unfortunately. No easy answers. We felt pretty safe during the day. Thanks Brent for allowing us to stay with you. Cheers Steve and Pauline.

This little studio is perfect for two adults wanting to explore mission beach! It’s an older home but you can really tell they keep up the grounds and are happy to provide the best experience for their guests. I felt safe and comfortable sitting by myself on the front porch near on the board walk and enjoyed the full kitchen on the nights where we had so many leftovers from all the amazing eateries within a small 3 block distance! Thank you Brant for the amazing stay!

We stayed here while visiting the UCSD campus. The location was great as we were able to get to both La Jolla and various San Diego neighborhoods easily, plus the beach is right outside the gate. The bed was comfy and we were able to keep the windows open at all times for fresh air and to hear the waves. The only downside to this is that street traffic was loud in the evenings and the machinery moving sand on the beach was incredibly noisy and started before sunrise. The unit is pretty worn and there was a huge hairball on the edge of the bathtub and someone else’s trash in the bathroom, but the studio worked great for our needs.

Loved the location. Half mile walk to Belmont Amusement Park which is packed with entertainment for young and old. Rent a bike and ride the boardwalk up to Pacific Beach for more experiences. Not to mention the beautiful ocean access where you can stroll, see dolphins, and watch the sunset.

Literally steps from the beach. Great location. On site parking. Had a great weekend for my daughters early birthday celebration. Perfect size for 2 people. Lock on door didn’t always work to leave, but felt very secure in location.

My husband and I had a quick stay-cation here. Cute little studio, perfect for two. Exactly as described in the listing. Beach access and the private patio right on the boardwalk were all really charming. Walked down the boardwalk for tacos and some shopping and strolled back several times. Had a great time. Will definitely stay again.

This little place was the perfect little getaway. Super clean and very comfortable. Loved how close it was to the beach and good food. Our only regret na that we weren’t there longer. Loved our stay.

This spot is literally 10 feet away from the beach! Enjoy a nice walk on the boardwalk in either direction and find a surplus of shops and restaurants! A very short drive (15-20 min) to downtown, old town, north park or La Jolla! Would definitely stay here again. The lock is a bit finicky at first but once you understand how it works it’s a breeze to get in and out!

My husband & I stayed here and it was perfect. Right on the boardwalk. Patio is shared, but lots of space and we were always the only ones there. Nothing fancy on the inside, but clean with everything you need. Host was responsive when we had a TV issue and it was resolved right away.

The property was exactly as described. The location perfect.
Now to be here on a ridiculously stormy cold couple of days. Only thing I would suggest, and this really have to do with really bizarre weather that I experienced, is that the tiny heater was not really sufficient.
Otherwise the place was lovely, not fancy but comfortable and clean and after my rainy cold Mermaid Run on Saturday, the hot shower was perfect.
I’d definitely return!

There is a gap in the front door so when the wind was blowing it blew sand into the room. Also it was cold and I found the space heater but it kept blowing a fuse in the room.

The property is exactly as listed. The location is perfect. In the heart of everything Mission beach but far enough down the boardwalk to not feel like you’re crowded. . It was clean and actually much bigger than I thought looking at the pictures. Kitchen is spacious and had everything we need as well as a full bathroom and a lot of room where the bed is. The access to the ocean front patio Was the biggest selling point for me. I will definitely stay here again.

Felt like my wife and I were in a hostel. The inside of the apartment is very very old and there are stains on the floor everywhere including rust on top of the fridge. There were plastic signs all over the walls making the place look very tacky. The bed is very small for two adults. On top of all of that, we asked for a little bit of a later check out and the host was not even accommodating that. The location was nice but you can’t see the beach and the back patio is shared and we had the neighbors use it the whole time we were there so we couldn’t even get that. Terrible stay overall and wouldn’t recommend. Unless you are okay with a hostel like stay. I communicated my disappointment with Brant and received no response. I do not recommend. Rather spend $100 more and you’ll get something way better

Perfect Beach Location
This was the perfect place for my new husband and myself to stay for our honeymoon. We enjoyed being able to cook a lot of our own meals, sitting on the patio, and watching movies at night. We'd start here again for sure.

Easter weekend stay
We love this property so much. Right on the boardwalk and leaving our car parked and walking places is great. Our dog came this time and she loved it too. Met property manager and very nice..

Not quite what we expected.
We don’t feel that the description that was given when we booked was accurate. We were under the impression that our patio was connected to the room. They were not. After we booked the description was updated showing there were no views and the patio was part of another separate building. We may not have booked this if we knew that in advance

We enjoyed ourselves for the night at this studio, definitely would book again. Parking was easy which is great, the studio is on the second floor (so keep that in mind for packing etc.)
We’re a family of 3, myself, my husband and a 4yo toddler. The bed didn’t seem like a queen but we all fit, nice and snug. The owner included a cot which was great, I ended up moving to the cot and it was pretty comfortable. Love that there was a little kitchen, even though we didn’t cook. The bathroom is a bit small but worked for the night. The owner included, a boogie board, beach chairs and umbrellas. It was within walking discount to the boardwalk which was awesome! Steps away from the beach.
The owner communicate very well on how to access parking, and opening the doors. Only thing I didn’t catch was that the patio facing the beach was a shared patio. Dave and Abby (his dog) were super friendly and hanging out on the patio which was just a bit of a shock to us only cause we didn’t realize it was shared. He was super friendly and allowed us to have it to ourselves when we arrived. Overall great place, cozy is how I’d describe it (could be a bit upgraded). I also wish there was a couch instead of patio chairs inside, it definitely could fit! I would book again but couldn’t do more than a weekend, a bit too small for longer stays!
