We never received address of our stay by email there was a mix up once we got there. Also office was closed at 4:45pm. It should be open to all guest if arriving later

Trailered our boat from PA for a weekend getaway.
The location was beautiful and so was the condo.
Dinner at Napolis a short walk away, was delicious.
Easy boat ramp access and slip.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view of the lake. Luxurious linens and amenities added to a relaxing and romantic retreat for my husband and me! Will definitely book again.

The view is amazing!!! Very clean and comfortable condo. Communication was outstanding. We rented a boat (local marina )for the stay and were able to dock right in front of the condo. Chris DeBusk was an awesome host! We will be back!

This nicely updated condo with stylish decor and furnishings was plenty spacious for 2 & had amazing lake views. The bed was very comfortable & the room darkening curtains were much appreciated. The tile & stone walk-in shower was definitely a highlight of this unit. The 4 sets of sliding glass doors provide amazing lake views from all rooms. The courtesy docks just a short walk from the condo were perfect for our boat & we enjoyed both beach areas close to the condo. We enjoyed our stay here & would definitely stay here again!

Our place was very relaxing. Nice & clean with a beautiful view out over the water and gorgeous scenery. Check in was very easy too. Super quiet area. They have kayak rental’s very near by which we did for a few hour one morning! We ate at Napoli by the lake & had a delicious meal - would highly recommend!
Also has gorgeous deer around area on & off all day. Had a nice relaxing 4 days!!

We absolutely loved this condo! The view was absolutely incredible! The convenience of having the pool, exercise room, restaurants, and so much more made this trip one to remember. Chris was very easy to work with and made sure our stay was top-notch! The condo was very clean and modern. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay short because of an emergency, but we will return soon! First time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. I will be recommending this condo to my friends and family!

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our trip was short, so we could not take full advantage of everything, though I wish we could!
We loved how close we were to dipping our toes in the lake and liked the sandy beach area nearby. We also loved using the gliders on the balcony to enjoy some reading time and take in views of the lake.
I only have a couple of recommendations, but they certainly did not significantly affect our visit. There are hard-to-see transitions into the kitchen and bedroom and I nearly tripped a couple of times. I would recommend adding a full-length mirror in the unit. The only large mirror is in the bathroom, so it was challenging for 2 adults to get ready at the same time. There is a small vanity mirror in the bedroom, but it is not easy to use. The vanity chair, while visually appealing, sits too far below the desk so it was not functional.
Overall, my husband and I enjoyed a very nice stay and this was a beautiful place to relax. We hope to return to the area with our little one in the future!

Well appointed and clean condo with fantastic views! We loved the covered deck and location within this fabulous community on Smith mountain Lake! Quality appliances with stone counters and upgraded bathroom made this a very comfortable stay for the two of us. We expect to be back here again!

Barnards Landing was a great neighborhood to take some quiet time and also have several amenities. This was my first time at Smith Mountain Lake and it was beautiful and the condo was perfect for what I needed.

The condo was clean! Not much counter space but the stovetop cutting board was perfect for adding space needed. We appreciated the white storage cabinet being empty to use for our pantry items. Perfect condo for two people!
Nice finishes but please get rid of the matted shag area rug in the living room! Also the low, uncomfortable sofa was the only seating. The bath towels were not fluffy, resort quality. Shutter doors on outside of peninsula were falling apart and pots and kitchen items in these cabinets were disorganized and not easily accessible.

My wife and I stayed there for our birthday weekend. Checked in Friday and checked out on Sunday.
Communication with the owner was awesome! He was very responsive. The condo was beautiful, inside and out. The view was amazing. I wish we could have stayed the whole week and done more things, checked out more of the amenities. I don’t know how we could have been happier.

First and foremost, the location, it was absolutely breathtaking. Nestled amidst nature's wonders, it offered stunning views that truly took my breath away.
The accommodations was simply exquisite. The attention to detail and the level of comfort provided were beyond compare. The rental was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and well equipped.
One of the standouts, was the exceptional hospitality extended by the hosts. Chris was friendly, and incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were commendable, from offering valuable local insights to promptly addressing any queries or concerns.
Furthermore, the facilities and amenities provided at Bernard's Landing were top-notch. The well-maintained swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, beach area ... added an extra layer of relaxation and entertainment to my our getaway.
Last but not least, the proximity of property to local attractions and points was another highlight.
In conclusion, WE WILL BE BACK!

I lived in the area, but moved to another state. The views of the lake and mountains has been severely missed. It's off season, so it was peaceful and quiet. Very, enjoyable. Thank you, so much. It's was what the soul needed.

I've stayed at this condo many times and it is always fantastic! Lovely view and outdoor activities if you're in to the outdoors. Great TV channel package, fireplace, and bed if you're more of an inside person. Clean condo and very responsive owner. Highly recommend.
