Amazing Ocean View Condo Steps Away From The Beach
Adorable Open and Airy 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Beach Condo mit einem erstaunlichen Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett sowie Etagenbetten mit einem vollen auf der Unterseite und zwei auf der Oberseite. Die Küche hat eine Insel zum Essen und Unterhalten. Perfekt für Familien oder einfach nur für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub. Mit nur 32 Eigentumswohnungen in diesem Komplex sind der Pool und der Strand nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Diese Wohnung im 3. Stock verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Ihre älteren Kinder können im Pool schwimmen, während Sie sie vom Balkon aus beobachten. Ich mag keine Treppen, keine Sorgen, diese Wohnung Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. Das Hotel liegt am "No Drive" Strand, ein paar Meilen von der malerischen Innenstadt / vielen Restaurants und nur eine Stunde von Orlando, Florida (Disney, Universal Studios und Sea World) entfernt.

Great experience! We even saw 2 baby sea turtles hatch and go into the ocean.

My family and I stayed here during the Rockville concert. We had a great time here and enjoyed the amenities while we were taking a break from the music.

The host has a WiFi thermostat and controlled the temperature during our entire stay. The first night we were there it was set and locked at 78 degrees. We reached out the following day and after extensive back and forth communication the host finally agreed to lower it to 74 degrees. Needless to say the condo remained very uncomfortable for our entire stay.
In addition to the climate control, the condo was below average with dirty furniture.

We had an amazing time and did not want to leave. The condo was fully stocked, the pools was nice, and the beach was amazing. So many shells!

this was our 5th year in new smyrna beach, and this is the best condo yet. great location, plenty of room, great view of the ocean. we have already rebooked for next year. host and building manager are very accommodating.

Easy check in. The place has everything that you need for your stay. I loved the expresso machine. The condo is very clean and comfortable to stay in. A GREAT PLACE for a family vacation. The only thing that the resort needs is a few more carts to bring up luggage.

We ran into a few issues during our stay some within the owners control and some not. I was impressed with the responsiveness from Britni, Leon and also Sam the property manager. I have stayed in NSB a few times and really liked that this property was in the smaller side so all amenities were easily accessible. This is a great location if you want to avoid crowds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is a very nice condo in a good location on the "no-drive" section of the beach. Upon our arrival, there were a few minor glitches, however, the owners and the site manager handled everything quickly and effciently. We usually stay at the other end of NSB, however, we discovered some new places to eat and shop.

The location was great. Just steps from the pool and ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager, Sam was wonderful. He helped with any questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Family Friendly Vacation
We LOVED staying at this condo. It was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the couch was amazing! The complex was quiet and had lots of families. And the beach wasn't crowded at all even though the complex was full. It was the best family vacation.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We wanted a place on the beach that was a reasonable drive to Orlando. The condo is good for a family with younger children, but the check-out time of 9:30am was a bit challenging. Most places are 11am. There's less furniture in the living room than shown in the pictures, which was fine. There were a couple of issues with kitchen lights not working and bathroom hardware needing fixed that I mentioned to the property manager, but nothing major that affected our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and beach, and the view from the balcony is great. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

A few things could use a little updating (the stove, the shower bar and the drain in the main bath, and a few of their beach chairs were completely rusted) but overall is was super clean and very, very comfortable. The views of the pool & ocean were awesome ! We actually wanted to rent it for the month next year, but it's already rented. The owner was helpful and very, very nice and the property manager was wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend renting this unit.

Great location, nice pool area. Master bedroom does not have a television which would be nice. Cleanliness at check in was ok but could have been better. The good things about this condo by far out weigh the bad so I would strongly recommend. I would love to come back.

Well equipped with ice cold air conditioning and great WiFi, it was a perfect fit for my family of four. We flew, and were worried we’d need to buy things for the beach. Not to worry, there were chairs, toys, boogie boards etc. We had such a great time. Owners answered all of our questions and then some, and made the rental process super smooth. Complex is great! Sam the property manager takes great care of everything and is a wonderful guy. Can’t say enough good things. We were truly impressed.
