We were only at this property for a week, however they did not miss a beat! It was a wonderful neighborhood, house, and backyard! We didn’t have great weather, but that didn’t matter. Downtown Delray is wonderful and close. The home has been newly renovated and is lovely. The neighborhood is fantastic. The owners were wonderful. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience.

Our stay at Delray Beach was a wonderful experience…Suzanne makes you feel welcome and comfortable in her gorgeous home. It’s spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need and the backyard is perfect for a week of relaxing. The location makes it easy to find the grocery store and to find your way around town. I would highly recommend this rental.

This house was extremely clean and tidy. Everything from kitchen items to pool toys was available and easy to find. The host was readily available to answer our questions and amenable to adding a highchair and pool barrier to accommodate a toddler. We so enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for your own personal resort in Delray, this is the perfect spot! The heated pool, jacuzzi, putting greens and outdoor TV kept my family happy and entertained. Suzanne is a great, responsive host and the home is very well taken care of with all the amenities you need away from home. We enjoyed venturing out to Delray Beach and the local restaurants which were only a short drive away from the home. The town has a lot to offer and is very warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing beach house
We absolutely loved our time at this lovely Delray Beach home! The layout of the home is perfect as the master is a nice distance from
the other rooms and the space is very quaint and allows for great family time! The pool is a great shape for swimming laps and it is awesome having the hot tub attached. The whole backyard is a tropical oasis, it is very private and quiet. It has to be the cleanest beach house we have ever rented. The kitchen is very well stocked and Suzanne was incredibly responsive. It was awesome to have access to beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards too. We loved the putting course too. The outdoor kitchen with gas grill made meal prepping super easy. The beach and restaurants are about 10 minutes away. My only regret is that we should have stayed another week! Can’t wait to stay again in the future! Thanks Suzanne for everything!

Bit of Paradise
We loved this vacation VRBO. The location, (10 min. away from beach and downtown), the layout of the house, the updated kitchen and all the supplied appliances, beach chairs etc. The attentiveness of the owner to details and questions answered right away. We loved the heated pool and Jacuzzi which added to a very relaxing stay.

A month in paradise
We loved every minute of our 4 weeks in Delray. The house is beautiful, the outdoor space awesome and the location fantastic. Suzanne, our host, was incredibly responsive if we needed anything (which was rare). My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

Paradise!
We loved our stay. The backyard is truly like being at a beautiful resort. The pool is large and clean and new and the grounds look like a resort. The pool gets sun all day which is great and there’s a covered area to provide dining and work in the shade.
The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family girls trip.
The couches were comfortable and large with lots of seating and there were TVs in every room including outside!

Perfect in every way!
My husband and I just spent 4 weeks in this charming house with its perfectly manicured tropical yard (with putting green) and lovely heated pool and jacuzzi. We hated to leave. The house was spotless when we arrived. The king size beds were very comfortable and the layout of the home perfect for a family or two couples. Because of COVID, we ate virtually all our meals in. The house was equipped with every item needed to cook and the house is located a bike ride from a farm market. The neighborhood is quiet with families walking their children or pets in the street. We wanted a place to ride our bikes and found it here — street after quiet street of beautiful houses, trees and flowers to admire. We rode our bikes to the beach, which was wide and not crowded. Finally, Suzanne immediately responded to the few questions that came up over the course of the month. I cannot imagine a more responsive host. It was a perfect stay.

Our stay at the house was amazing. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The property owners were available if we needed anything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We rent homes every year in Florida and this was by far my favorite!! The backyard pool and hot tub area are absolutely beautiful. Th location to town was 5 minutes and the location is perfect. Perfect House
We stayed at Suzanne's house in Delray for 9 days, and it was perfect for our family of 5 (kids are 9, 6, 3.) From booking to check in to departure - working with Suzanne was really easy. She's very responsive and incredibly gracious. She was very understanding about our concerns about traveling during the Covid outbreak in FL, but in the end we decided to go and just isolate ourselves at the house. The house has two living areas - the main living room with comfy couches and big TV. The second is off the kitchen (the space is bigger than in photos) and is perfect for adults to have some space from kids. The couch is big and comfy. Every room has a smart TV. The pool was beautiful (nice, large rectangular shape -- not a weird kidney shape) with more than enough room for everyone to be on a float. Suzanne knew we were traveling with our 3 year old who can't swim, so she had the safety pool gate already up for us when we arrived! There's also a nice outdoor shower - very convenient for rinsing off. The covered patio is huge and has a fan which keeps mosquitoes away. The built in bbq and bar seating was great too. I just can't say enough about the home or the hosts - Suzanne even welcomed us to stay an extra day due to a cancellation! The house is well equipped with everything you need to feed at least a family of 5. Beds and towels felt new. Decor is very cute and bathrooms were very well done. Perfect house in normal times (so close to Atlantic Ave and the beach), but especially during Covid -- we felt very happy and safe just staying put and enjoying the house and pool! Amazing property, great location!
We just spent 3 weeks at Suzanne's home in Delray Beach...and had an amazing time! The home itself is spacious, well-appointed and nicely decorated, and the beds/linens were quite comfortable! The kitchen had every single item needed to be able to live, cook, and enjoy the space while we were there, including the attached dining area and granite counter that seats 3. The outdoor space was nothing short of amazing...the covered patio with large screen television, amazing outdoor kitchen with bar, gorgeous heated pool and large spa that we enjoyed thoroughly. The backyard is a quiet oasis surrounded by lush tropical plantings, including gorgeous, blooming orchids that literally grow off the side of tree trunks! The homes location is awesome....we could walk to the beach and downtown if we chose to and by car, an easy 5 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet (you could hear a pin drop at night) and upscale and easy to walk around and enjoy. We rented bikes from a local bike shop recommended by Suzanne and loved being able to explore the area. In closing, Suzanne was by far the MOST responsive host we have EVER had thru VRBO or AIRBNB, which made things super easy and she was always there immediately to help with any questions or concerns we had. There was a small issue with cable/internet while we were there and she not only quickly facilitated it being fixed, but then provided us a $$ credit for the time/trouble we had while it was not fully operational. Overall, an A+ rating for her property and all it has to offer its guests.

Fully equipped, very clean, spacious updated home in a really beautiful and well-manicured neighbourhood with nearby parks; essentially no traffic, perfect for safe early morning walks and bicycling. Neighbours are friendly, location is a short drive to beach and its many restaurants, cafes, shops (much traffic, many visitors...$$ ).Backyard pool very private, pristine salt water. Suzanne answered our one texted (small) question faster than most people answer their phones ! Thoroughly enjoyable quality rental for our group of 4.

Perfect Family Getaway
It was our second time visiting this home. Once again, everything was spotless and the house was perfect for our family. The location was close to the beach and the restaurants on Atlantic. Suzanne, the owner, responded immediately with any issues or questions that we sent her. The house is child friendly as it has a safety gate around the pool, toys, bumpers for the bed, and anything else you would need for small children. We look forward to coming back again!

We loved this house. I stayed there for ~2 weeks with my two kids (4 and 2 years old) and my mom. My husband was working and came down weekends from NYC. The house had absolutely everything we needed, from measuring cups and a blender to a high chair and children's toys. It was very clean and well taken care of. The pool was great and we spent at least 2 hours daily splashing around. The house came fully equipped with several swim toys and floaters. We BBQ'd outside and my son insisted on having most meals outside. Which we comfortably did with the fan on. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with smart TVs. I was siked to access Netflix!. It was very nice to have 2 living areas and extra space to relax. We had an amazing time, both at the house and around the Delray area. We will definitely rent this house again in the near future. Suzanne was very responsive to my many questions during the first few days after arriving, as I was getting my lay of the land and before our departure. You can tell she is extremely thoughtful and really cares about her home and making our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you Suzanne!

Tropical Paradise
This home is the perfect vacation rental home. We hardly ever left the back yard. The view is stunning. Surrounded by palms, we felt secluded, yet only minutes from the ocean and Atlantic Blvd. The gorgeous swimming pool with overflowing hot tub is absolute bliss. Suzanne was so easy to work/communicate with. Our family has rented several homes in the Delray area and this one is by far our favorite!! We will definitely reserve again

Gorgeous home, very clean..
My husband, Mother, 21 month old , and I stayed here few weeks ago. We loved this house, had everything you would possibly need, all you need are your clothes. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and I felt so comfortable here. It was extremely clean, we were very impressed. The pool was beautiful and warm . And my mother and I enjoyed the hot tub late at night when it got cooler out. The backyard had lots of privacy and fenced in pool was great for little one. Neighborhood was quiet. Very close to downtown and beach. Had lots of toys for my little guy which kept him occupied definitely kid friendly. Suzanne the owner was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway
We loved everything about this house. The location was perfect because it was in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, great restaurants on Atlantic, and Publix. The house was family friendly and had all of the necessities for our 3 and 7 year old children (ex. bed bumper, high chair, tv in every room, pool/beach toys, and toys in the house). The setup was perfect as we were in a bedroom close to our children and we had a bathroom to share with them. There was another bedroom on the other side of the house where my in-laws were able to stay and get their own privacy and bathroom. The pool area and outdoor area were quiet and beautiful. The owner, Suzanne, supplied most of the kitchen and cleaning supplies and responded to every question that we had within minutes. We were also impressed with the quality of all of the towels and sheets. We already booked our reservation for next year.

Great house, great host!
We loved everything about this meticulous house -- the quiet neighborhood, the wonderful pool, the beautiful grounds, and, Suzanne, the responsive owner. While the online pictures are nice, the house really shows better in person. The interior design and appointments were perfect for a vacation rental -- top quality, everything we needed, and nothing overdone. Just a clean, bright, sunny enclave. The covered outdoor patio and entertainment center were superb additions. Having rented twice in the Palm Trail area, the Lake Ida neighborhood was new to us. It was an easy bike ride to town and the beach, and the Publix was an even shorter drive. A highly recommended property, one which we would look forward to staying in again.

Tropical paradise in Delray Beach
This property has a charming beach cottage feel with a wonderful pool & spa area in the back. Lush tropical landscaping makes this like a private oasis. The saltwater pool and hot tub were a big hit with our family - especially our two teenage children. The home is clean with nice furnishings and appliances. The technology and wifi worked great -- having flat screen TVs in each bedroom and two living areas gave everyone their own private space as needed. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils, and it was nice to have a rental that provided some the basic necessities for cleaning, bathroom and laundry. The location is wonderful - close to downtown Delray Beach, but yet in a quiet neighborhood that is nice for a walk or run.
Definitely one of the best home rentals we have had over the past 20 years. Suzanne was wonderful to work with.

Delightful
We spent a week at this lovely home in the charming Lake Ida neighborhood. This was our ninth vacation in Delray Beach and this turned out to be one of my favorite properties we've rented. The pool and surrounding patio are gorgeous. The interior has a typical Florida layout centered on the living room overlooking the backyard, with the main bedrooms located on wings to either side of it. High quality flat screen TVs are everywhere. The furnishings are new and the entire house was immaculately clean upon our arrival. And I love the neighborhood. We all know about Delray's great beach and restaurant scene, but getting to stay in the Lake Ida neighborhood and taking in a "slice of life" in this picturesque oasis is a real bonus. We rented bikes for the week, which gave us easy access to the beach and Atlantic Avenue without having to drive every time we ventured out. (You will need a car, though, for grocery shopping and to head into town in the evening.) And Suzanne was great to work with. All in all, it was a delightful stay.

Beautiful and exceptionally clean house with an awesome pool for kids and adults
We had a great week long vacation in this rental. The house was exceptionally clean and we had every thing we needed. There were plenty of pool toys in the shed near the pool as well as sand toys for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans and utentils etc. we could possibly need. We used the grill in the outdoor kitchen almost every day and occasionally watched tv on the big screen out on the patio. There was plenty of room for my 3 kids, ages 5, 3, and 8 months my husband and I and my mom. My 8 month old slept in the master closet in a pack n play. It fit perfectly and gave him his own space. There were plenty of age appropriate toys for all my kids in the house as well. The beds and pillows were all really comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. The house was within walking distance to a park that my kids all enjoyed. It was a short drive to downtown Delray, where we enjoyed dinners out and shopping. The beach was also a short drive a way. We played in the pool everyday even on a couple cooler days the heated pool kept us warm. The smaller spa area was a perfect place for my two older kids to play. The backyard is extremely private and the gate around the pool made us all feel a little safer with the kids near the pool. Overall this was a fantastic home and we will definitely be renting again!

Amazing property
We stayed at the property for three weeks. The house is beautiful and the landscaping is meticulous. The property is ideal for a family with young children. The pool is heated and is fenced in. At the same time there is plenty of space for the kids to play safely throughout the yard and patio area. The owner of the property is very gracious and helpful throughout our stay. We are planning on renting the same property again next year !!!!

Wonderful and Gorgeous Home
What a lovely home. It is everything one could ask for a family vacation or any other occasion. We were lucky to rent the house over the Christmas holidays. Every detail has been thought out and taken care of. When you enter the front door, look out through the french doors to the pool and spa area...you know that is a very special place.
The three bedrooom's are clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and easy to case for. The closet space is more than adequate with built in shelves and drawers. The TV's in all the bedrooms allow one to slip away for some quiet time. The 2 baths are wonderful. The towels are high end hotel quality and all the little extras one would expect in the 4 star hotel are available.
The kitchen is very easy to work in. Adjoining the kitchen is another seating area with TV as well. We cooked many meals and the appliances were in very good condition.
The outside area makes you feel like you are a million miles away from stress and noise. Very quiet and peaceful. The planting of palm trees and native plants shows great attention to detail. The trees are lighted at night making your outdoor dining experience truly special. The grill is wonderful and was put to great use by our family. Extra beach chairs are provided as well as floats and tubes. No need to get anything. It is all provided for.
Suzanne , the owner, is a gem. She is very hands on when something needs attention. Any small detail she was happy to fix and responded to all texts immediately. She was always courteous and very pleasant. She cares about her home and she cares about the experience of the guests.
The home is in a very nice neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Delray and the beaches. The supermarkets are very close, only a 5 minute drive.
We were very sad to leave and plan on visiting Delray again very soon and to enjoy the wonderful experience to staying in a very special place.

AMAZING HOME
My family stayed at this beautiful home for a week and we couldn't have been happier, the owners thought of everything. They were very accommodating! The house was extremely clean and looks like it was professionally decorated. The heated pool, outdoor kitchen and giant covered patio, with a TV, were amazing! We never wanted to leave the house:) The home is close to the beach and restaurants. Plus it is in a very nice neighborhood! We loved biking around the neighborhood and to the shops/restaurants downtown. Highly recommended.
