This is a wonderful house on a very private road, Dan was a very responsive owner that communicated early and often about the house. The entire experience was above our expectations with the property and owner. I would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Terrific property located in a very quiet neighborhood but within a 5 minute drive of vineyard haven and 15 to Edgartown. The property was clean and in great shape. Definitely will stay there in the future again.

Our vacation was everything we wanted! The house was perfect for two couples who like to read, cook and laugh together. The internet access was very good, the kitchen well appointed. The beds! We slept like babies, I requested the brand of the mattress.
Extremely clean and well maintained.

House had everything we needed for a great week. We're always appreciative of hosts that provide the things that you need so you don't have to buy: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. And they also provided all toiletries and other essentials like bug spray! We loved the location for SUPing and kayaking. So close to Vineyard Haven too. Highly recommend!!!

This was our third time staying at this house. It has everything one could ask for inside and out for a perfect getaway. The pictures are accurate, it really is that nice.

First time renting a VRBO. Dan was very patient and helpful with the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was exactly as described and comfortable for my family of 5. The location is very convenient as well. Look forward to coming back to MV and staying here.

Lovely home was better than described . It was very comfortable, modern and just right for my husband, myself and our two sons who are in their 30s! We came to the island to attend a wedding this weekend in Edgartown, and we enjoyed being a short distance from town in a lovely picturesque setting. Dan was responsive throughout our booking procedure and all was perfect. We will come back and stay here again!

This home has an amazing setting, with outstanding water views and a great, quiet location yet close to town. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, including all the necessities such as kitchen and bath supplies. The interior of the home is beautiful and well maintained. We felt right at home. We absolutely loved our stay in Vineyard Haven. Incredible views, very comfortable, fully stocked, and close to everything. Dan is a very helpful, accommodating, and communicative host. It is true what he says in the listing about the dirt road to access the property. There are two entrances to the dirt road. One is very bumpy and challenging, but the other one was totally fine in our little VW Jetta. I highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, luxurious, five-star property.

We absolutely loved our stay in Vineyard Haven. Incredible views, very comfortable, fully stocked, and close to everything. Dan is a very helpful, accommodating, and communicative host. It is true what he says in the listing about the dirt road to access the property. There are two entrances to the dirt road. One is very bumpy and challenging, but the other one was totally fine in our little VW Jetta. I highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, luxurious, five-star property.

Beautiful home, stunning views, perfect location
We spent a lovely Thanksgiving week with our adult son at Dan and Nikki's beautiful home. The house is incredibly well-equipped and very comfortable and the location on the lagoon allows for incredible views from every room and hiking paths right outside the door that lead all around the wooded area and down to the water. We could not have been more pleased overall and would return in a heartbeat.

Labor Day Stay
This was our first time on the island and we could not have asked for a better place. Dan and Nikki were great to work with and their communication was above and beyond each time. The house is just perfect and so clean! Just being able to enjoy the serenity and watch from the deck having a morning coffee was pure joy for us. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to check out MV. Will definitely rent this location again! Top Shelf experience for us!

MV vacay
We had such a wonderful time. The house was warm and welcoming. Stocked with all the amenities we needed to cook lots of dinners from local farms. Even went diving in the lagoon and grabbed clams and scallops for stuffies. Owners were communicative, friendly and thought of all the little touches to make our stay special.

Perfect MV location
Dan and Nikki have a picture perfect spot on Martha's Vineyard. Wit a breathtaking view, its own little beach, and all the comforts a home can provide - we barely needed to leave the house! We can not wait to return next summer.

Lovely private home in Vineyard Haven
We loved our stay in this wonderful house with its own private beach. The view is incredible and the house is full of light! The decor is great and furniture and beds are very comfortable! Our kids loved the awesome bean bag in the living room! The place is well-stocked with amenities and nice extras such as a vitamix and a French press coffee maker! Dan was great at communicating and provided a lot of useful information regarding the island. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you to Dan and Nikki for sharing such a gem!

Me and my girls had a great time at this property. The house is beautiful and relaxing with amazing views. The house was stocked up very very well with everything you can possibly think of. I thought that was amazing, not many houses provide that many amenities. Communication with the host was great. We had no issues and would definitely visit again. Only downside is the road leading up to the house but that’s not a deal breaker.

It's close enough to Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown to enjoy everything that the island has to offer, while also secluded enough to enjoy its natural beauty and get some peace and quiet. We will be looking to book again the next time we vacation to the Vineyard.

Amazing Place!
This is a great place to unwind. The views, the amazing views from every deck and the main living area are even better than in the photos. Loved the large kitchen island, listening to a birdsong symphony at the outdoor shower, and relaxing by the fire pit after sunset. Hope to return in the not too distant future.

Perfection on the Pond
You will be hard pressed to find a better spot than this on the Vineyard. The stylish, comfortable home has been designed to take full advantage of the gorgeous views over the water. It is clean and very well outfitted -- we cooked all but a few lunches in -- and we took advantage of the gas grill as well. Nestled in the woods off a dirt road, you are still just seconds off the Vineyard Haven-Edgartown Road, providing great access to all points of the island. And what a joy to return to the serenity and beauty of this special spot after a day out among the crowds. Dan should win a prize for Best Host Ever. Not only was he very responsive throughout, but we left a fairly valuable item behind by accident, and he not only made sure it was located quickly but offered to return it to us in several different and convenient ways. Above and beyond! It's worth getting up to watch the sun rise over the water. Spectacular. Nothing needs improvement. It's Perfect. And we can't wait to return.

Host provided great details-we had no questions. Beach house location easy to get to from the ferry with our vehicle. The floor plan allowed us plenty of space and comfort. Everything was immaculate.

I highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in visiting the Vineyard! It is beautifully located, with several decks overlooking the pond. There are two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms, so that if you have two groups, you'd be able to be together and have privacy as well.

Great Great Great!
My wife and I recently stayed at the property and the home was fantastic. The house had plenty of room, amenities and amazing views. We even accidently locked ourselves out and Dan and Nikki were very responsive and was able to help us out very quickly and we greatly appreciate that. We would stay here again!
