Ein wenig über unser Einfamilienhaus, wir haben ein schönes geräumiges Haus 3 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad mit einem großen Raum und einem Billardraum. Es gibt ein Gästehäuschen (Wenn Sie zusätzlichen Platz benötigen, der separat auf dieser Seite vermietet werden kann, handelt es sich um eine 1/1 # 7001915), der das ursprüngliche Haus auf dem Grundstück neben dem Strandhaus war. Es ist unser Familienheim und wir sind sehr stolz auf beide! Das Haus und das Cottage befinden sich unabhängig auf einem großen Doppelgrundstück und befinden sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, nur 150 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es ist sehr privat und einzigartig wegen der Lage und alle Garten- und Landschaftsbau. Wir haben das Haus vor einigen Jahren von einem einheimischen Künstler erworben, der es 32 Jahre lang hatte, und haben es erneuert, während es den Charme des Old Florida Beach House beibehalten hat. Es ist eine seltene Entdeckung auf dem Schlüssel, weil es auch in einer Wohngegend ruhige Lage ist, als seine 2 Lose geben Sie viele offene Fläche mit botanischen Gärten machen Sie wie Ihr das Gefühl, in Ihnen Privatstrand Verbindung besitzen. Es ist 1/2 Meile von der State Park und 3/4 Meile von den Restaurants, Bars mit Live-Unterhaltung und Geschäften.
Das BESTE PART ist, dass Sie sich nur einen Steinwurf von einem breiten Privatstrand am Golf von Mexiko befinden.

Very nice and clean house. Price very reasonable. Steps away from the beach! Spoke with Scott when we arrived earlier than planned and he let us check in early on short notice. Awesome week with my family. I would stay here again. Thank you Scott!

Perfect place for what my husband and I needed. Pool table was fun, shed full of beach toys. We didn't need to use our vehicle our entire stay - rode bikes when we went to dinner. Nice screened in porch for morning coffee. Excellent location, nice neighbors. Big screen TVs all worked easily! Host was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I don’t know that I would advertise this place as a house. It’s more of cottage as there is another house connected to it that is also being rented out. Need to have a exterminator come out. Saw 4 palmetto bugs. Otherwise great place to go for the weekend.

This property was great because it was an easy one minute walk to the beach. The host has everything you could need and more especially for someone flying who can’t pack things like beach chairs and umbrellas. The little shed on the property was full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and a convenient tote to help you transport everything to the beach. Host supplies plenty of beach towels too! The courtyard was beautifully done with plenty of outdoor seating. We personally enjoyed the screened in porch for late night conversation when the mosquitos tend to be on the prowl. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and pans which was perfect for our family since we tried to eat/cook at the condo as much as possible to avoid eating out. There is a propane grill too! The condo is very spacious. The three rooms are all very private since they are located in their own separate spots in the condo. Each room also had its own tv. The television in the living room was massive which was great for watching college football on Saturday. Check in was super simple, as was check out. The host was very responsive and easy to voice any concerns to. Manasota Key itself was quaint and very private. The beach was not crowded and the water was still warm for October. We visited a couple restaurants for a date night: Lock N Key and Magnolias on the Bay. Highly recommend!

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Short 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of beach essentials for use in the shed. Plenty of towels so don’t waste space packing them. Beds are very comfortable. A/C worked great even in 100 degree July summer days. Pool table was a hit for our teens. Plenty of pots & pans for cooking. Outdoor gas Grill worked great for steaks, burgers, & hot dogs. Coffee pot is a regular drip pot & filters are provided. Restaurants & Circle K are a 2 minute drive, 5-10 minute bike ride, or 15-20 minute walk away. Screened porch & outdoor sitting area is a perfect chill spot. Have to give a shout-out to the cleaning crew. House was immaculate. We already have some future dates in mind for next time!

Absolutely loved the house! And really only 60 steps to the beach. No problems with the neighbors in beach every one was very friendly, plenty of places to eat less than 1 mile away. Had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The owners are on top of everything!

We fell in love with the location and home! Everything was perfect for our stay steps away from the beach. Screened in porch with the fan was amazing to relax after a day at the beach. We hope to make this a regular visit!

Best place to be on Manasota Key! Outside shower. Beautifully landscaped, perfectly designed for privacy. Figs, Palm Trees, Pine, Hibiscus. All the necessities plus beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and towels. 19 year old daughter says…you did good Mom. Priceless. Scott is awesome. Cannot wait to come back next year. What would I change? I would stay longer. Zero issues. House maintains its cool throughout the day and has a positive vibe. Turtle nests are marked on the beach. Blue water, white sands. Perfect trip with my adult children. Thank you Scott.

This was our second time renting here after a wonderful time a few years ago. Even better than we remembered! Literally steps to the beautiful gulf beach ( where I caught several Pompano we cooked on grill at the house) a barn packed full of bikes and all kinds of beach gear made for great days, several nearby indoor/outdoor restaurants that you can walk or ride the free trolly to made the days complete. Scott is a superb host, not only checking in with a text every couple of days to see if we needed anything, he even offered to let us stay over when my wife was too ill to travel home. You simply won't find a better beach getaway or a better host!

Great house, great location, and the house was everything and more than expected. I must say this is the first time we have left from vacation and everyone was actually in tears. Scott was an awesome host. Great communication and an awesome info booklet waiting for us in the kitchen that told us everything we needed to know about the house and the island. We will definitely be back, but it will for surely be for more than 4 days. This is the house you are looking for if you want an awesome vacation!

Great host. Easy to contact and very responsive. The house is on a nicely shaded lot just a hundred feet or so from the beach. On what I consider to be the quiet south side of Manasota Key. We had a great time relaxing in the evening with several rounds of billiards. Highly recommend.

This property is a gem. Englewood has small town charm on the beach. The Beachcomber property is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We came in December and the weather was perfect (highs near 80 everyday). The beach is not crowded. It made for a very relaxing long weekend with our friends. The house has everything we needed and is very clean and comfortable. Scott is a wonderful host.

This house was great for our stay because of it's proximity to the beach, but the biggest complaint was that it is only 1 bathroom and is listed as 2. The owner claimed the outdoor shower spigot is why it comes across as 2 bathrooms and VRBO won't allow him to change it. The price should reflect that.

Our family visited just after hurricane Ian, and this property was essentially unscathed. Scott was such a great host, and communicated with us in a very timely manner to let us know we were still able to stay after the hurricane. The house was just a bit crowded with 3 kids and 4 adults, but i was fully aware of that going in. Next time, I will probably choose to do both the 3 bedroom and one bedroom for the extra room. The pool table was a big plus, as the weather kept us away from the beach a couple days. Absolutely love the patio area outside. Relaxing in the Adirondack chairs while grilling was great. Look forward to going back down when things are a little more normal.

This was an amazing quick weekend getaway and the property was very charming and clean! Comfy beds and sheets and cozy couch and fun pool table! Great house with 3 bedrooms each having a TV, so all could enjoy down-time. Great outdoor shower. Enjoyed the pool table. Got up for Sunrise, and Turtle Patrol was excavating a nest at the beach. Watched 7 baby turtles make it to the surf. Walk to Stump pass was beautiful, and so peaceful. This place is a treasure. Can't wait to go back.
