Beschreibung: Dieses stilvolle Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und bietet schöne Holzböden, übergroße Zimmer und einen Picknicktisch mit Grill im Garten. Es ist alles voll klimatisiert. Die erste Etage verfügt über eine große Küche mit schönen Holz Schränke & Waschmaschine / Trockner, separates Esszimmer zu Platz 8, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit 50 "Flachbild-TV und 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die zweite Etage verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Queen-Bett und 42 "+ Flachbildfernseher in allen Bettzimmern (an der Wand installiert werden, bevor man sich einbiegt) und zwei Vollbäder. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit dem Höchsten Speed Internet angeboten 60mbps und Direct TV mit über 145 + Kanälen!

The property was clean, a good size for our group and convenient to the Cooperstown All Star venue. Also convenient to downtown for restaurants and shopping. We had a great week!

The house was incredibly functional and looked just like it did in the pictures. Jeff and team were incredibly response and great communicators. The house was less than 10 minutes from the CASV and an easy walk to Main Street Oneonta. We had a great week and really appreciate the stay!

I think it might be prudent to have a coffeemaker that automatically shuts off. There were a couple f times when we almost left without turning it off.
The toaster is bent on one side so the toast gets stuck.
The remote control for the TV in the main room needs batteries.

The check in process was efficient and easy. Tim allowed us to check in a bit early which helped get us back to the all star village for opening ceremonies in time. All star village was a quick 5-10 minute drive. We were there for the majority of our days and it helped being a short distance when the games start at 8:00am or are delayed until 1140pm (yep) due to thunderstorms. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. They even gave us local pancake mix and syrup, which was a huge hit. If you are in the area for the all star village tournament, stay here!!! You will be happy!

Nice, clean house close to CASV. Neighborhood is just ok but not unsafe at all. Walking distance to downtown. Would recommend for convenience to CASV.

Not bad for a 100 year old house. The cleanliness was above par and the location to the baseball fields and village is excellent.

I loved staying in this house For our week at CASV. I appreciated the great supply of trash bags, detergents, and toilet paper and other necessary items. The A/C units worked great. It was about a 5 minute drive to all star village. And a 1 minute drive into Main Street Oneonta. It was so close we walked everyday to get coffee or meals, which was a lot of fun. This is a great spot if you want convenience and comfort. I would stay here again and recommend to others who will travel here in the future.

House was very cute and clean. Quiet neighborhood with walkability to park, Main Street and Hartwick College. We had a few questions the first day, but communication was easy and response time was fast and we didn’t need anything the rest of the week! Owners checked in to make sure all was well. Close proximity to All Star village.
Wifi was great - a few of us had to work while there and no issues at all. The desks came in handy!
Kitchen well stocked - waffle maker was a hit!

Very good location for going to Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. House was very clean and the pictures/advertisements are all very accurate - nothing fancy but it works well for what you need. Close to downtown restaurants as well.

We were in town for the 12U Cooperstown tournament and it was a convenient distance to the fields. Plenty of room in the house for a large family. A/C worked great which is a plus in the summer and humidity of NY. :)

We stayed here with a group of baseball families while our sons participated in the Cooperstown baseball tournament. The house was very clean and had a great location to walk to grab a bite to eat and explore the town. The house was well equipped with towels, bedding was in great condition, kitchens pots/pans, grill, bags games, etc.

Great Location in Oneonta
We came up for a 12U baseball week at Cooperstown All Star Village (which is not in Cooperstown; it's in Oneonta). Rather than rent hotel rooms, we rented 3-4 properties all managed by Tim. We are glad we did. The home we rented had 4 bedrooms which was perfect for the 4 dads who all stayed together. The location was super convenient - 5 minute walk to Main Street; 5 minute walk to Walgreens; and a 5-7 minute walk to 3 other homes that other parents had rented. It was also a short walk to Hartwick College which, because of its location high up on a hill, allowed us to take a vigorous walk or jog each morning. I never used my car all week except to go to All Star Village and when we drove a bit to hit a restaurant that wasn't on Main Street.
The home itself was as advertised. Kitchen was functional and even had coffee waiting for us. Beds were all comfortable and you could control the AC in each bedroom. Water pressure and showers worked fine too. The washer/dryer was convenient and laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. We did our laundry BEFORE we went home which meant I literally went home with a suitcase of clean clothes. TV/DirecTV/WiFi all worked fine. I spent a couple of mornings sitting on the porch sipping coffee and doing some work, and connectivity was great.
The best part of the experience was Tim. Ultra responsive to any questions I may have had prior to the trip. They hustled and allowed us to check in a little early too which helped us get our act together on the day of arrival.
To be clear, this is not some luxury stay. The front porch steps are a crooked and the front door opens directly into a cramped dining room, so that doesn't give the best first impression. But I rated it 5 stars across the board because our expectations were appropriately set via the listing and for all of the reasons I cite above. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of Tim's properties to anyone I know heading up for a week for baseball.

The home is adorable and was very clean and inviting! There was nothing we needed once we arrived.
I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Oneonta area! It was a perfect 7 minutes drive to Cooperstown All Star Village and everything else we needed was centrally locates. The homeowner aupplied an amazing book in the home with resturant selections and anything else we may have needed related to the town. The home is clean and very inviting. Our families were very happy with our stay. Additionally, Tim was amazing and chexked in on us to ensure all was well...what a perfect personal touch to such an awesome trip!

Great rental for All Star Village families
Tim was a great host! He even checked with us during our stay to see if anything was needed. The house is a great set up with one bedroom downstairs for the grandparents, then three upstairs for our family. It was also very nice to have TV’s in each bedroom - where other rentals in the area did not have this feature. Thanks for a great trip Tim - I will recommend your house to our friends!!

Perfect for baseball families playing at All Star Village!!!!
The house was extremely clean and well equipped for what we needed! It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors! It was very convenient to go and from the baseball fields at All Star Village! It was a very quick drive there!
