Great house, very close to beach, restaurants and all the great golf courses in the southern strand. Room for 8 golfers and all very comfortable. Thanks to VRBO and Surfside Realty!!!

Overall, this property was great. We had minor issues with the television remotes not being properly programmed. With one quick call to Mandy, Matthew came to our rescue. I give Matthew 5 stars. My only negative was that the pool was NOT clean upon arrival. Mandy also sent someone out to "clean" it but he was no Matthew. Don't know his name because he was in and out before 6:30 am. Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the pool as is was still dirty and had a strange film on top of the water. Otherwise, the home was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location.

Everything was exactly how they said it would be the pool was a little cold next time we will definitely request it to be heated house was very clean awsome location we will definitely rent this home again in the future

This place was absolutely beautiful. The house itself was beautiful, the pool was beautiful and it was right near the beach! It was a quick Uber ride to everywhere we went, but there were plenty of things in walking distance as well. Amanda was also such a great host. She was very easy to get in touch with as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

Good house for a long weekend with 6 couples, right across the street from the beach and with nice private pool area. Layout worked well with bathroom for each bedroom. A few minor maintenance issues were promptly addressed.

The house is exactly as it was depicted and described in the VRBO listing. It was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a large group. Nothing was broken, the fixtures and appliances all functioned well, the kitchen was well outfitted with essentials, and the beds were comfortable. We did not have a single issue during our stay.
Surfside Realty, the property manager, for the one time I contacted them about the access code to gain initial entry, was very professional, and responsive.
Amanda, the property owner, was terrific. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to find good solutions to a couple of special requests from our group. She too was very responsive, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Great property! We have a wonderful stay here! Perfect location to the beach and public access. All essentials provided and very clean. Amanda was a spectacular host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time and loved the house. Amanda the owner was helpful in every way. The house could have used a little more cleaning. Sliding glass door to back porch was dirty. Only the middle of the floors were clean and vacuumed. Overall though the place was wonderful.

This house was amazing for families! Bedrooms were set far off the main living space, the back deck was amazing and already had a baby gate installed at the top, and communication with the owner was instantaneous and so helpful.

What a great house! The location was perfect - right across the street from beach access & a short walk to some fun restaurants! Each room was a good size and had its own bathroom - ideal for our group! The house was well-equipped and the pool was awesome! Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

We had a few small hiccups early on, but everything was handled quickly and with grace. The house accomadated everyone easily and was a very short walk to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay.
