Great location wonderful spacious condo on the beach. Friendly and accommodating owner and property manager. Had all the beach goodies for my family to use. The beach canopy and wagon were life savers!! Can't wait to come back again!!

Great rental on the quieter end of the island. It's a great property in a great location. Loved having the beach chairs, awning, floaties and a wagon to take them to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location right on the beach, close enough to downtown Fort Myers beach but far enough away to enjoy a quiet family vacation. Owner and property manager were both great communicators. Highly recommend!!!!!

All pros …one minor issue with the icemaker rapidly addressed …excellent location …excellent beach toys and a wagon to transport them …the only one tiny con is it the living room furniture is stained and probably should be replaced but all the beds everything else were perfect

John, the owner, was lovely to work with. He was very friendly. As well as Jerry, his property manager. The sea life was amazing. We saw dolphins several days in a row, pink spoon bill birds, cranes, 26 conch shells, 5 sand dollars, is me I even saw a double rainbow.. The condo is a very nice size. It is a great place to bring your family.

Roomy well furnished unit with plenty of towels and start up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash, miscellaneous spices, sunscreen, lotions, etc. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. LOTS of beach toys and helpful beach wagon with nice beach chairs and umbrella. Pool well maintained. Ice maker didn't work but owner responded promptly that it would be fixed. We just bought bagged ice which he offered to reimburse us for. Great location. Close to Santini Plaza which had sever good restaurants and super ice cream! Hope to go back again.

We loved this rental! Beachfront, spacious rooms, extremely well equipped kitchen, etc. , walking distance to restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub were excellent too! Many beach towels, cooler, wagon with lots of beach chairs. We had bicycles delivered and rode to many breakfasts and also to Lover Key state park and into Bonita Springs. We had wonderful weather our entire trip. We especially loved every sunset from our front lanai and an added plus was that someone had “God Bless America” playing in perfect time to the sun setting! We all stood with our hand over our heart , very moving!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Stores and restaurants in walking distance. Great farmers market too.

Amazing views from Island Winds 103. Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults.
The storage closets outside of the condo had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. Pool and hot tub nicely maintained.
Condo was surface cleaned but bedding could be cleaner and bed pillows should be replaced.
It was nice to have plenty of bath and beach towels.
Fort Myers restaurants were excellent and everyone in our family enjoyed dining out for sunset outdoor dinners.

3 friends plus myself went to celebrate or 60th birthdays together. We spent most of the day at beach, which was clean and full of shells. and then the pool which was clean and shaded most of the day. the room was laid out perfect for us. each had our on bathroom and bedroom. and they had everything in a closet for beach play. which was awesome too. Great to work with and had a wonderful relaxing sunny time.... AND YES. will be going. back...

The condo was exactly as described. All we had to do was bring ourselves — it was equipped with all the beach items you would need………plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach toys, wagon and there was some sunscreen in the closet. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful time had by all.

The condo was right on the beach with the pool so close out the front door. Beautiful sunsets! Condo stocked with towels, chairs, sand toys, soaps, etc. Plenty of room and very family friendly environment. Kids loved the beach and pool. Will rent again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for heading straight out to Ft. Meyer’s Beach or for going to Sanibel Island by car. Our family found the property to be comfortable and clean.

The accommodations were nice, everything was supplied including shampoo and soap. The bedrooms were clean and had a great view. The two spare bedrooms did not have TVs for the kids. Only two beach chairs to use.

We stayed here with another family in June of 2021 and it was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun beach trip to Fort Myers Beach! Very easy process to rent for John! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a great vacation John!!

Our week long family vacation at this condo was great. We had a few hiccups when we first arrived, the the property manager and owner were very responsive with fast solutions. The condo was very well-stocked with lots of towels, beach towels, kitchen items, paper products and soaps. There are two storage closets outside the condo unit with everything you could ever need at the beach....chairs, sand toys, noodles, inner tubes, coolers, etc. There was also a beach wagon to haul all of the needs for our party of 6 across the wide beach. A chair rental company with lounge chairs and umbrellas made it very easy if we decided to rent umbrellas for stable shade. The pool was right outside our door and, although it seemed crowded, we never had a problem finding a chair if we needed one. My measure of how good a rental is rated is always...would I stay there again.....And I definitely would. All six of us across three generations had that same opinion. This is a unique find being a 3 bedroom with 3 baths condo directly on the beach. We have 3 kids ranging in age from 3 to 9 and this space was excellent for our family. The location is unbeatable directly on the beach near lots of restaurants. It’s only 3 miles from the main drag, but in the evening when it’s busy it can take 30-45 minutes to drive down there. The beach is beautiful and it wasn’t very busy especially considering we went over Memorial Day weekend. The unit came with all sorts of beach gear including chairs, umbrella, wagon and toys which were perfect for our stay. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool was the perfect temperature all the time.The only downside was the cleanliness. We tend to like things very clean and although the unit is updated and nice the rugs don’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned and the the towels are worn out. The bathrooms looked like they had been wiped down, but not deep cleaned. Other than that it is updated and the carpet seemed brand new and the beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the location!

Great stay. Our family had a perfect week. Condo was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Little bit of a walk to the beach but wagon to tote chairs and cooler was handy. Kitchen stocked with everything. Not a lot of restaurants walkable but nice location. Would rent again.

We loved staying directly on the beach, with a huge expanse of white sand right off our lanai. The condo was large and comfortable, updated and clean. They shared their beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, rafts, etc with us, and they were great communicators about everything. We would go back!

We loved the size of the condo and how every bedroom had it's own bathroom. We also loved being able to go right out to the beach anytime we wanted to. Another great thing is all the items that they had that we could use. We loved the wagon for the beach along with the beach chairs and toys. My whole family enjoyed a week in this condo. We will hopefully be back again.

The condo was very nice and clean however we were very disappointed that the pool was not working. The owner notified me a week or so before our arrival but from the looks of it the pool had not been worked on in several months or longer. I was mostly disappointed about the pool since we did not get to use it at all. The beds were hard as a rock and the people who are in the office are not very friendly.

Six friends were looking for some beach time and we found the perfect place. The condo was right on the beach. It was well furnished and stocked for our stay. We had great weather, beautiful sunsets and found some fantastic restaurants. The owner was great to work with. Would definitely do it again. Thanks.

This truly was an awesome condo. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with screened in porch. Great location and easy access to the beach, pool, hot tub and carport. They have everything you need in the kitchen, lots of towels in all three bedrooms, lots of beach stuff and plenty of space to spread out. The view is just as it shows with amazing view of the sunsets! Jerry was great to work with and even offered to mail me things that were accidentally left in the washer!!!

We loved this unit and facility! The pictures do not do it justice. The view is beautiful and the condo is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Also, the walk to the ocean was just fine, not too long at all. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

Fabulous condo with plenty of comfortable room. Beautiful view. You can walk out pretty far in ocean.Pool and hot tub also make it extra special. Close to resturants, tiki bar, CVS, publix(food store). You can also uber easily if needed. Saw dolphins last day

We loved our stay at this condo. It is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We stayed for weeks and I could have stayed longer.
The property is well cared for and is on the quieter side of the beach. Our kids and grandkids came down for a week and it was wonderful. We had plenty of room for the whole gang. Our 4 year old twins loved the pool, the beach,and the bunk beds!
We would definitely go back. The 3 bathrooms would make this and ideal couples getaway as well.
