The weather was perfect so sitting outside was super relaxing. Great views of the lake.

We had a very relaxing stay!!

Six guys from my family shared this property for 3 days for our annual fishing trip. The house is conveniently located near all the stores and services we might need. But it is also on a large lot with plenty of privacy from neighboring houses. I was able to beach my pontoon boat at the property so I didn't have to load and unload with the trailer every day. We like to cook our own meals and could have used a few more mixing bowls and a couple of sauce pans but we managed just fine. There were plenty of beds for our group. The two rear garage door openers didn't work but we just released the drive chains and opened/closed them manually which was pretty easily done. Having the big deck area in the back yard was nice. Our overall experience was pleasant and we will probably consider staying there again for our fishing getaway next year.

What a beautiful property. Everyone in our family enjoyed our weekend. There was plenty of room to run around for the kids, and the patio/deck was perfect for the adults’ morning coffees and evening drinks. View and access to the lake was perfect; my husband and kiddos were able to do some fishing. I also appreciated that the light switches were labeled so it avoided any guesswork of which switch turned on/off what light 😃Overall, a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed a few nights and enjoyed the large deck, plethora of outdoor seating options, and large fenced yard for our dog. The master bedroom didn't cool enough for sleeping but I suppose that's normal for late July in Texas and there was another bedroom that worked so not a big deal for us. We didn't need anything from the host while we were there but had confidence she would respond quickly if we did. We plan to be back when it's not so hot out so we can enjoy this little get away again!

My husband and I and our adult children and my brother and sister in law all stayed at the “ranch” as we referred to it. It was a very nice property with plenty of room for everyone and a BEAUTIFUL deck with tons of seating!! We came from Alaska, so sitting on a deck in the warm sunlight looking over the lake was simply lovely. With a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening , this is where we spent The majority of our time. I believe all of Our meals we enjoyed outside. The house was very accommodating for a large group and quite comfy. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and private!! I definitely would rent again.

Pros: the location is fantastic. Great view of the lake, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and parks. We had a great time playing with the kids in the backyard and paddling around the lake in the provided kayak. Terri was very responsive. The price was great for two families on a budget. Cons: first and foremost, the house was missing a number of required smoke detectors. The kitchen and three of the bedrooms didn’t have smoke detectors entirely (but there were spaces where they should have been). The fourth bedroom’s smoke detector didn’t work. Second, parts of the place felt run down or in the midst of a remodel. But that may come with the territory when you combine a great location at a good price. A bit inconvenient to have no place to hang a towel in the hall bathroom though. Finally, a minor inconvenience: I typically expect properties that advertise gas grills to provide the propane. That’s been my experience in the past. Found out that wasn’t the case right when we were starting to cook dinner. The tank was empty and—despite it not being mentioned—we were expected to provide gas. There was a bag of charcoal in the garage, but at that point it was too late. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance that could’ve been avoided with more clarity up front. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! We did a lot of cooking, loved the view of the lake, and enjoyed the convenience of everything in Little Elm being so close by.

We had a girls weekend that was wonderful. Lots of space to gather both inside and outside. Can't wait to come back!

It’s nice and quiet!, you can’t beat the lake view, I did catch a nice size 4lb bass. Perfect location to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday

Terri's property right on the lake was a perfect spot to get away from the city. The neighborhood was quiet and being able to get out on the lake in the early mornings in the canoe with my son to do a little bit of fishing was relaxing. There was plenty of room for my family to move around the property both inside and out. Terri was a very responsive host, though everything on the property is self-explanatory. We ate all of our meals at the house so we did quite a lot of cooking. The one small suggestion that I would have is to improve the quality and quantity of the kitchen pots/pans and utensils, though its understandable that nice things can get abused in a rental property. Overall, it was a fantastic get away that was easy to access from the city. Thanks, Terri, for hosting my family.

Terri was FABULOUS at responding quickly to any questions we had during our visit to Little Elm. We were very impressed with her communication. The house was very clean. The view of the lake from the deck was amazing. We were able to enjoy some beautiful sunrise and sunsets!

Few of us got together for our 25 year reunion. We loved the location and views. Our stay was perfect and I look forward to visiting again.

We loved the time we were able to spend at this property. It was a perfect location for my groomsmen and I on the night prior to my wedding. We enjoyed a late night on the porch and breakfast together around the table. The property manager was very responsive and ensured we were completely taken care of. I highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay very close to the water. House was clean and has plenty of room. The deck is an amazing place to sit and enjoy the company and view. Only downfall is two of the motion lights on the deck flicker all night while your outside on the deck.

Easy access to lake, tons of room, huge garage, lots of comfort and we had everything we needed. Not the property owners fault, lots of bugs! To be expected by a lake. Owner was super communicative with the few minor requests we had.

The location was good and the space was large and great for families. however we had to spend over 4 hours cleaning the garage before we could use it for a graduation party. The inside of the house was also not super clean. We had to repair Broken post on the patio so no one got hurt. A lot of the chairs we falling apart and not save to sit in. Overall I would rate this again for large gathering but hoping th owners do some repairs and updating with new items.

The back deck area alone is worth the price of admission! There were only 2 of us, staying there to be close to friends we were visiting, and I feel like we way underutilized the property. Terri was easy to work with and very prompt in answering questions before our arrival. Beautiful view out back!

Great lake property, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. House sits right on the lake, so cool evenings on the back porch were a great way to decompress. Plenty of beds to sleep our group of 6 men. Plenty of seating, and areas to commune. Owner was great to deal with, and quick to respond to questions. I would rent this property again.

It was overall a great experience!

Check in was easy, everything was clean, beautiful views

Rented this house for a joint business trip with friends. We had plenty of room and beds for everyone. Kitchen and baths were well stocked for anything we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised and the process was smooth as butter. House was very clean and we felt comfortable even in the middle of a pandemic. The only thing that could have been better was a couple of the beds were a tad uncomfortable. It would also have been nice to have one more big bed vs so many bunk beds but that's a preference not a need. Difinalty would stay again.

We really Enjoyed our stay. The view is breathtaking. The check in process was very straight forward. What I really liked about this place is that it there are no neighbors so you can be on the deck talking until late with no one complaining. Would definitely stay again.

We looked quite a while for a place with a basketball court and other outdoor entertainment and also an indoor fireplace since it was anticipated that weather would be cold. When we got there basketball goal was torn down, trampoline destroyed, and house rules said we could not use indoor fireplace. There was body fluids of all kinds found on mattresses and futons, hairs and other stuff on sheets (we had to spend entire first day cleaning sheets and figuring out arrangements for sleeping). One Futon was broken and could not be used. Furniture was stained, leather on the chairs was ripped, tile in bathroom was broken, rust in bathtubs. I have pictures but no where to attach them here.

Awesome place

Property is huge with a large amount of lake front! Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings and was able to tie off boat over night just on the water front. House was on a quiet cove with less traffic which was nice too! Very private feeling almost! Would recommend again!

Had a great stay. I especially liked that the property was fenced in separating the property from the lake since we were traveling with two little ones. Really quiet and calm area made us feel like we were more secluded than we really were. Liked how we were right on the lake and even got to kayak. We saw some neighbors fishing on small boats while we sipped our morning coffee on the deck.
