Loved our stay there. The condo was right on the water, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's in a gated waterfront & golf community with great area to walk, nice gym and pool. We'd definitely stay there again.

Apartment was fine but had not been cleaned before our arrival. A/C unit had issues on 4th day. Owner took care of problems

Fantastic condo, fully equipped with every item well thought about and provided to have a stress free (“oh I forgot…”) mini vacation. Our accommodations lacked nothing! The long view of Lake Oconee was a joy in the mornings/evenings. We will definitely return!! Thank you to our great hosts.

Our party of 4 came into town for a Wedding. What a beautiful place to stay. The view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular and coffee in the morning on the patio was very relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. If ever back in the area we will book again! Thank you!

The property met and exceeded our expectations. Located on ground level made for easy unloading/loading. Condo was spacious and appropriately equipped with all amenities needed. Property owner was very responsive to all requests in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and stay at this property again.

This is our new go to plan for South Georgia people needing a place to stay on game weekends in Athens. The condo is perfectly setup for our family, easy to get in/out, and in a beautiful location right on the water, Keith is extremely easy to work with and sends you everything you need well in advance. Excellent condo, quiet complex. Lots of amenities. We grilled out twice. Used the dock for our kayak and paddle board. Overall great stay, already planning another trip later this fall. My wife and girls weren’t sure about lake living - too much beach in their blood, but this trip may have changed their minds

Almost everything was great, and the owner was very responsive to all my concerns. We only had two issues, one of which was a fluke. When we arrived the TV and internet were not working, probably because of weather, and it took 3 days to get it functional. The other issue is the parking is not optimal. Guests have to park in a gravel/grass/mud parking area that's about 100 yards away from the unit. Uphill one way, downhill the other. There is, though, a turnaround very close to the unit for loading and unloading. Overall it's a nice condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property which is nicely furnished, well appointed and has spectacular views of the lake. The patio is very nice and offers great views of the lake as well as lots of birds and even a bunny or two we saw during our stay. Housekeeping items that need attention include thick dust on the TV monitor; missing, corroded and dead batteries in the stereo, DVD and TV remotes in living room; missing a light bulb or two in the overhead light fixtures in the kitchen and spare bedroom. These are minor things but detract from the overall guest experience which is why we didn't give a solid five stars. Overall we had a great experience and really enjoyed it.

We had a great time! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the community. The property was well taken care of and very roomy. We had 3 guessed, but for sure could have had up to 6. The only complaint was the guest parking area! It’s needs more lighting, so bring a flashlight. We felt safe, just wished we could see better! The views were breathtaking and the area was very quiet!

The location and view was wonderful. Unfortunately, the condo is very out dated and needs lots of TLC. Beds were not comfortable, coffee machine was over 10 yrs old and didn’t work. TV had no batteries. It seemed that no one had been there in weeks. Lots of dead bugs in bathroom and showers. Very few kitchen supplies. It’s unfortunate because with some new furnishings, kitchen supplies and some TLC this could be a wonderful place.

Beautiful waterfront condo on Lake Oconee. Nicely decorated, very convenient to restaurants, beds comfortable, you can watch the sunrise as you enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Will stay here again!

Cuscowilla Condo
Fantastic condo directly on Lake Oconee. Very clean and up to date with all the amenities. Especially enjoyed the covered patio with great views of the lake. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed a week at this location. The Condo was great...Fantastic view...Looking forward to staying there again. We didn't go out as much as before (summer timeframe) but the local restaurants were 10/10!!!

We loved our stay at the Sojourn - The condo was well-appointed and all the amenities were greatly appreciated! Stunning interior, comfy furniture and terrific beds! We really enjoyed our time there and were close to relatives who live in Cuscowilla - a great place to celebrate Thanksgiving!

Stunning lake views from this beautiful condo
The condo is located in the Sojourn complex inside of the Cuscowilla resort community. It was very clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. It's an end unit, which is really ideal for privacy. Nice wall of windows in the main living space that frame the gorgeous lake view! Step right out on the patio that shares the same lake view, and out onto a large lawn in front of the lake. Just minutes from shopping , dining and the Ritz. Will definitely keep this condo on my list for return visits.
