I have to say the pictures don’t do this gorgeous villa justice. Such an amazing place! Beautiful garden, huge pool, great kitchen that has everything you need for cooking. The rooms and the bathrooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and the upstairs bedroom has the most stunning view of the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We also loved our host Veronica - she was great at communicating, and not just about the villa. This was our first time in Portugal and I was texting her every day with questions about driving, parking, where to go for a drink and a bunch of other things. She was super helpful and was always very quick to respond.
Will definitely book again!

Quinta Atlantica was perfect for us and we had a lovely relaxing holiday. Pool and outside area is excellent, and the well kept gardens add to the great views when you're outside.
Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms clean (with no hot water issues at all!) and bedrooms all comfy.
A luxurious villa that I would recommend and definitely visit again.
Val and Veronica were excellent hosts and communication was excellent throughout, not that we needed anything!

This villa is amazing! We stayed here as a family of 4 with our adult son flying out to spend a few days with us during our stay. There is so much space in the villa, in the gardens and around the pool and in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable and air con is very welcome! It is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance (for us) to a few lovely restaurants and cafes/bars plus 2 small supermarkets, the Spar been the cheapest of the two, but only a few euros for an Uber into Lagoa where there are a few big supermarkets to choose from. Carvoviera is a lovely little town busy but with a great atmosphere and lots of fantastic places to eat and drink. Villa is very well equipped with a nice BBQ area if you prefer to eat at home. We read previous reviews and decided to use the Uber service rather than hire a car and we’re so pleased we did as it is very reliable and cheap! Only a few euros to get into town. The communication with Veronica was excellent and Louisa the cleaner was a gem! Loved loved loved it!!

We have just returned from spending 9 days at Quinta Atlantica as a family of 5 adults.
It is a beautiful villa, the photos do not do it justice, as it looks even better in reality. It is decorated to a high standard and is very spacious. There are 2 outside dining areas and a lovely swimming pool with lots of space to relax and sunbathe around the pool.
The villa is on a very large plot with mature gardens all around it which makes it feel secluded and ensures complete privacy.
The location is very good and we walked to and from the beach with ease, though the return walk is a little more challenging as slightly uphill! It took 10-15 mins each way.
The cleaner is excellent as is the communication from Veronica.
It is very well equipped and we didn't need anything that wasn't already at the property.
we found all the other reviews helpful and accurate. We would definitely return in the future.

Have just returned from a weeks stay at Quinta Atlantica. The property is perfect for a family holiday, being well equipped and extremely large. Easy access to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants...a car is recommended although there is a very good Uber network locally. The pool and gardens are beautiful, offering privacy and peace. Communication with the owner was easy. Have stayed in many Villas in the past, but this was probably the best! Totally recommended...ad well worth the 5 star rating.

The most beautiful villa. We absolutely loved our time here and were gutted to leave. Villa is clean, the beds are so comfortable and it’s very private so perfect for us. Veronica is so easy to get in touch with and very helpful should you need it.

This villa is even better than the pictures. Outdoors: the pool (which we had heated since we stayed in May), was refreshing each day, especially after hiking the Seven Hanging Valleys Trail, which was a short ride away; bahtmoom and shower by the pool; 2 large dining tables in 2 covered patio areas; many lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool; a great brick charcoal BBQ; large property with gardens and sculptures. Indoors: huge rooms with plenty of space for all of us (6 adults, 1 toddler), bedrooms had individually controlled A/C units which were great. A short walk downhill to the beach, or a 2 minute drive. The hosts, Veronica and Val immediately responded to the few questions we had.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The home and grounds are gorgeous, the location is convenient for dining and shopping in Carvoeiro and other nearby towns, and we were extremely comfortable staying in the home for 4 nights with elderly grandparents and a rambunctious toddler. Everything was as described and we would absolutely return to this home again!

The villa was above and beyond our expectations!! We all absolutely loved it. We were two couples touring the Algarve for a week, and our Villa was a perfect home base. Large enough for a few couples our two families.
The host was very responsive before, during and at end of trip. Cleaning staff “Luisa” was super friendly, and we never saw yard maintenance or pool staff, but knew they were there, as everything was pristine.
Will definitely stay again when we tour that area next.

This villa is beautiful, spacious and very clean! There were 6 adults and we all enjoyed the amazing pool and the fantastic gardens! We ventured out every day to tour the area and returned later in the afternoon to lounge around the pool and walk the gardens. Also having the Vale de Milho restaurant near by was convenient, the food and their hospitality was amazing! Our villa host, Veronica was very responsive and extremely helpful with any questions we had about the villa and the area. We highly recommend staying at Quinta Atlantica you will love it!!

What an amazing property! The house and overall space is larger than the pictures suggest. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. The yard and garden space provide excellent coverage and privacy. The neighbourhood is very quiet in the evenings with no disturbances. Lots of clean towels and all appliances worked as they should.
If I had to pick at something, I would suggest that some basic necessities be provided by the owner, such as paper towel and dish soap. There was a bit available to us but we went through it rather quickly. But other than that…

We stayed at Quinta Atlantica as a group of 9 (age range from 7-73) and we all had a wonderful stay.
The property is immaculately kept with regular visits from the lovely housekeeper, pool man and gardeners.
Waking up each morning to a beautiful sea view surrounded by idyllic gardens is something we will miss the most following our stay.
The property is ideally situated for a short walk to Vale de Centeanes beach and Carvoeiro is a little further but still walkable although we found the local Uber service very reliable when it was too hot to walk. The host was very good with communications and flexible with check-in and check-out.
Would love to stay again some day. Highly recommend 5*

We recently stayed at the Quinta Atlantica for 10nights Aug 2023, 5 people in total.
We had not visited Portugal for over 10yrs, the Villa and area really made us all fall back in love with Portugal.
The Villa was amazing, very spacious and really well equipped. Great effort has been made with the décor giving a rustic and original feel.
The property was immaculately clean and all amenities meet; with cleaning carried out during our stay.
The swimming pool and garden area were amazing, offering a good size pool and extensive grounds that were both well kept.
The surrounding area was quiet, which consisted of residential properties and a good local family run restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance.
A decent beach is within walking distance, with a restaurant that is good for an evening meal to watch the sunset.
Communication with Veronica was very good, she was always on hand if required and very friendly.
We all said we would definitely recommend Quinta Atlantica and would 100% return.

Family of 9 stayed in this amazing villa for 6 nights, it added a magical touch to the Algarve experience. We would definitely recommend this villa. Instructions are clear, Veronica is very responsive and helpful, and the entire villa and its beautiful garden as well as the pool was clean throughout. We felt at right at home and cooked some of our meals (grilled sardines and chicken). A 15 minutes walk to the beach, but it was a nice walk. We also had an evening walk to see the sunset on the Seven Hanging Valleys trail, the trail starts next the beach.

This really was the perfect relaxing spot for our holiday. Love that there are two outdoor dining tables so you can follow the sun or the evening breeze and sunset. Great communication from the host Veronica and she was super quick to respond to any queries. Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast and some great spots to eat out in the area, would especially recommend Monte do Mar.

The Villa is amazing. It’s as described in the advertisement. Communication from Veronica was excellent and we had no issue with check in or check out. This was the perfect stay for a family group from Australia that needed a rest from traveling.

It was a great villa with fantastic views and accommodation. All the pictures were as listed. The only thing was the local shops were a bit further away to walk than we thought, it was a bit hilly to the shops. But Uber were great as we used them to go into town and other places. All the local restaurants were great. We would definitely go back.

This house amply accommodated our group of 7. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. The pool are proved to be the most relaxing spot on the property. Clothes washer meant we could pack light! We did rent a car on the third day of our 5 day stay although Uber and Bolt would be OK but for the music festival we were attending. Veronica was extremely helpful and the welcome packet was thourough.

Amazing villa in beautiful quiet location. Very clean, lovely big pool, wonderful shady spots to sit. Lots of room. Airco in bedrooms worked perfect and were much needed. Communication with Veronica was great. Really enjoyed our stay! Ubers into town are super easy to get and cheap too, overal a perfect place to spend time with family. Loved the bbq area too, shady with a nice breeze often. Would go back in a heart beat!

We stayed at Quinta Atlantica for five nights with four adults and four kids, and I am so happy we chose this property. The location is great with a store nearby and walking distance from the ocean.
The house itself is beautiful inside and out. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. Big comfortable rooms, and huge beds in two master suites. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling, all dishes, utensils and appliances were there.
The pool was also extremely clean and warm (we chose to heat the pool at extra cost which was very much worth it). The kids spent a lot of time in the warm water. The outside dining area with a grill was also very much in use during our stay. We enjoyed cooking and dining surrounded by a nice garden with flowers and trees. The garden surrounding the property is a nice place to take a walk and enjoy some fresh air and bird songs.
Also, Veronica was extremely helpful and very responsive to our messages/questions and calls. This was definitely one of the best properties we stayed at anywhere in Europe, and would love to stay here again next time we visit Algarve.

A wonderful Villa with a true european feel. Comfortable furnishings, cozy, country kitchen and fantastic pool and surrounding patios. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning which is a must!This is a large Villa with plenty of room for your guests and family. We are from Seattle and we rented this beautiful Villa for three weeks and it truly our 2nd home! the owner Veronica is a rock star! I would highly recommend this Villa for your Holiday!!

This property is absolutely magnificent. We were on a family trip to Portugal with a group of 8, and this place comfortably fit us all. We spent a large chunk of our trip just hanging by the pool and barbecuing, enjoying time together. The place was clean and the views were impressive. We were surprised with just how big it was! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a luxurious stay with a large group. The property owners were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend, and we would love to return!

My 4 daughters and I went here for a long weekend to celebrate special birthdays. The villa is amazing inside and outside. Very well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable everywhere. We used Uber to get into Carvoeiro where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Communication with Veronica was great. Thanks again Veronica.

This property was perfect. It is close enough to walk into Carvoeiro or you can get a short bus from just beside the villa.
The villa itself was excellent, we didn't have any problems at all, there was plenty of space, the pool area was fansltastic and really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area.
The host was excellent and kept in contact to make sure everything was running smoothly. Air Con in every bedroom as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it.

The place is spacious and beautiful. We enjoy our stay. Everything was perfect, except the extremely slow wifi. Another downside was toiletry supply is very limited. They even told us to self-provide if we use more than what was provided.

Best Villa we’ve had and we’ve had 4/5 over the years in various countries. Highly recommend.
Main issue is because it’s quiet, most things are a drive away like super markets etc so we used Uber a lot. Drive was great for a car so I’d either advise Uber or rent. Half of our party likes a walk so it was fine, other half preferred to get cars so depends on your travelling party.
Overall so happy and would go again no hesitation.

Fabulous villa experience!!
This was the most amazing property at which we have ever stayed. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was above and beyond in every way—the villa was exceptional—lovely decor, beautiful gardens, fabulous pool, more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We had family and then friends join us, and everyone was thrilled at the accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for sumptuous meals. It felt like we were living in a lovely palace. It was hard to leave, and we would definitely go back and recommend it highly to all our friends.

Beautiful villa!
Just returned home from 4 nights at this beautiful villa with a group of friends. The bedrooms were huge, the pool a great size and the gardens so pretty. Not far to walk into town either where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. The owner Veronica was very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend a holiday here.

Inaccurate listing
The property was excellent but would have been better if it had air condition . When I booked the house the listing said it had airconditioning , so it was disappointing to find it didn’t, I noticed it still has aircondisioning on the listing, so why is this i did enjoy the Villa but would have not booked without airconditioning

Inaccurate listing.
While the house was spacious and the grounds were beautiful the listing has it as air-conditioning this is not the case. I only rent properties with air-conditioning. I have a grandson that is highly allergic to Mosquito bites. It was 35 degrees and to keep the windows close was a horrible sleeping condition. Fans didn't help. Same with the mosquito repellents. This home can use a little updating. And the listing should be changed from saying it has air-conditioning.

Even better than expected
Not only is the house huge, but the location was amazing. This house was perfect for my group of two families. It was clean and the owner was very responsive when I had questions.
I have two critiques for the home: add privacy blinds to the master bathroom and provide some amenities like dish soap, extra trash bags, and extra dish towels.

Perfect setting for a wonderful holiday
We booked this villa originally for our family of 6. Loads of space, large pool with good access steps, character and location all just what we wanted. Through different circumstances ,not helped by Covid, we ended up with just two of us. The villa was still just perfect. You are a two minute walk from a nice restaurant, the same from the golf club which offers excellent G&T's on their terrace. You are about 5 minutes drive from Carvoeiro itself which has everything anyone may need. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking. The lady who comes to clean is also wonderful.

We were 9 friends staying at the Villa. It was perfect for a relaxing time amongst friends, given the Villa is very well equipped (several well equipped rooms, relaxant gardens, and outside BBQ areas). Totally recommend for families and friends looking for the same. The communication with the owner was always fluid, quick and helpful. An amazing experience!

Great villa
Fantastic villa within walking distance to amenities, the heated pool is a treat, great for a group or large family. Although we were only a family of 4, we greatly enjoyed the privacy and all day sunlight pool. Rooms are large and cool, perfect to escape the heat. Also good range of tools if you feel like cooking (we did used them as couldn't keep the kids away from the pool).
Great stay and we would come back in the future.

Outstanding Property
We stayed with another family, and the space was perfect for two families. There are essentially two master bedrooms, and two kids rooms; one with three beds and one with two. The pool was very clean. Communication with the owner was responsive. You can walk down to the nearest beach easily where there is a terrific restaurant.
