A little dust (but not a hotel, so it's acceptable)

Great for family with small children - they have their own room and living room offers extra space to run around and play (vs.hotel room). Good location-next to a nice lake with ducks and swans. Playground nearby. No problem to park the car (3min walk from apartment).

The apartment is huge and comfortable, it was very clean, the terrace is very nice, it had all commodities needed, beds were comfy. The lake is 3min walking and is super nice view for a walk we came in autumn but I bet warmer season most be prettier with the lake activities. There is a cafe right next to the building for breakfast and also couple of Italian restaurants 4min walking for dinner.

The apartment was really nice, spacious, well equipped. Apartment is 30 minutes walk from the center, but there is a nice park nearby.

Wifi was not working very well.

It was a great apartment , really lovely with terrace, i loved it. Close to the city center, maybe 15-20 minutes. The apartament was cozy, clean and nice. It was somehow underground but at terrain level with terrace , windows and everything. We had to selfcheck in, and to find the key ourselves, we came at night maybe 1am but it was funny :))

Location was excellent as close to lake and great transport links. Clean and quiet flat, smart TV so was able to connect to our Netflix and You Tube accounts. Easy to follow access instructions for the apartment and super friendly owner, who helped fix the WiFi quickly when we couldn't get it work.

Really loved the apartment but there was no cork screw/bottle opener, which would be a useful addition.

Just a 30 min. walk from the city and close to a lake where you can take a swim :) The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and well equipped and -functioning, and there was coffee, so we could get a good start of the day! :) Also nice with fans in the apartment, as it was pretty hot when we were there.

It was difficult to arrive and find the apartment and the key box. Apparently I did receive a message in booking.com, but I had overlooked it, and the message wasn't easy to find in the system, so we felt a bit lost when we arrived late in the evening. So a good tip is: Check the messages in your booking.com thoroughly when you arrive! Another thing has to do with my own expectations: The apartment is part of a very big housing block. Thus, I found this to look more like an airBnB, as it seems like a private apartment being rented out. So I was really confused that there was no reception and people to talk to at the place as I am used to when booking stays at booking.com. Fortunately, our host was easy to catch over the phone! On the more difficult side, our host didn't speak neither English nor German very well, so it was a bit complicated to understand his directions. But he was very nice and helpful - and we got into our apartment at last :) So, it may be nice to know that you should not expect a hotel-kind-of-experience but rather an Airbnb flat situated in between normal housing flats.

A little bit of mold smell (the appartment is on the ground floor), we kept the windows open all day

The location is very nice and the property inside was clean. All basic amenities are available on the kitchen and bathroom. The Terrasse is also quite good to sit out. However all the doors inside are in dire need of immediate maintenance. They are either creaking and/or don’t open and lock freely. Unfortunately, one of us got locked inside the bathroom since the old lock wouldn’t open up. Finally, the owner was nice enough to come quickly and then broke open the door to release the locked family member.

Walking distance from the city, free parking spot, the facility of the accommodation.

We came on Sunday, and with warm weather, the parking area around the accommodation is very busy

We were 5 adults and we had plenty of space. Only 3 tram stops far from city center. We didn't use kitchen furniture but everything was ok. There is a car space in the garage.
