The place is clean, beds are comfortable and the towels are good. The kitchen has all the necessary things to do simple cooking. The hosts are very helpful in that they provided good advice and also helped us to rent a car. Lamai beach is a 10 min walk from the property. Do take the transfer from the ferry pier provided by them as it is far cheaper than you get your own transfer at the pier.

Very good location. Close to the center, but is in a quiet place. It is not noisy at night. It is close to the beach.

The description does not correspond to reality. The description states that the bungalow is 50m2. This is not true. The bungalow is one room of 25-30 meters. The description states that the bungalow has "1 separate bedroom". This is not true. The bungalow consists of one room. Very poor housekeeping. The room is dirty. There is mold on the curtain in the bathroom. The water heater was broken when we arrived. It was fixed the next day. A few days later it broke again. Twice we had no water at all. We had to wait for hours for it to arrive. The owner kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The refrigerator was not working well, the freezer was freezing or defrosting, and our ice cream was constantly spoiled. The main drawback of this accommodation is the very unfriendly staff. This does not apply to the owner Jeff. He seemed quite friendly. We asked for two sheets as it was hot to cover ourselves with one warm blanket. To this we were told that "this is not a buffet for you to take whatever you want". I was very surprised at this attitude. We turned to Jeff and he gave us sheets. However, he had to be persuaded. We also asked for two face towels. And we were given two small rags. They said that their hotel does not provide towels for face and hands. The staff at the sight of us always defiantly turned his head away and never said hello. This is a very strange attitude. I have never seen such an attitude in Thailand. I would also like to point out that these houses stand on dirty water into which the water from the bungalows drains. On the water you can see grease stains sometimes floating garbage. It is not beautiful at all.

Alles was dichtbij, super fijn en ruim huisje, eigenaren waren erg behulpzaam en doordat het zo kleinschalig is een fijne en relaxte sfeer

Endroit très calme et très bien situé! Le personnel ainsi que les propriétaires sont très aimable!

Personne ne peut prévoir et empêcher la pluie...

Le logement est plutôt sympa. Hors mis une salle de bain très très petite et des fourmis en groupe qui viennent dans la cuisine. La terrasse extérieur était en partie inondé… la tv est grande avec netflix.

Beaucoup de choses. Très mauvais accueil, même pas souriant. Pas de café dans les logements où disponible au bar … la piscine est minuscule. Les propriétaires ne nous ont jamais adressé la parole ou un sourire… Enfin nous nous attendions à être proche de la plage, annonce qui déclare 300 m. Ce qui est mensonger. Pour se rendre à la plage il y a 800 m de marche. En soit ce n est pas dérangeant quand vous pouvez marcher mais avec un handicap aux jambes c’est très frustrant ! Du fait de la situation, nous avons écourté notre séjour pour aller ailleurs. Je ne recommande pas.

Dommage nous étions côté route et c’est plutôt mal insonorisé, réveil assez bruitant…

Great place, 5 minutes walk from main area and under 10 minutes to the beach. Bungalow (family) nice big and kitchen has all basic utilities. Bedrooms are nice big and living space comfortabel. Staff is great and mr. Jeff great guy. Next trip sure will book same place again. Thanks for the wonderfull time.
