My family has been vacationing at south pointe villas since the 80’s. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with the condo we’ve rented. The mold smell was the worst part. The furnishings were ok but not great. TVs were very small. I love the South Pointe Villas location but wouldn’t recommend this particular condo.

Found this perfect little gem away from all the hustle and bustle typical of present day Myrtle Beach. This 2 bedroom condo was reminiscent of those my family and I stayed in throughout the 1980s, The condo was very cozy and pristine without all the unnecessary frills and distractions often found in modern resorts. Appreciated that towels and lines were included in my stay. Surrounding pool and property were all well maintained. The local residents were also very pleasant, this complex was situated in a lovely neighborhood area and I found it to be delightful. The host was top quality, entire process from initial reservation to checking in and out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Once again we had a wonderful stay at South Pointe Villas. The condo is well stocked for your comfort and convenience. The beach is clean and was not crowded. I’m already making arrangements for next year.

Love the location, the bed is exhausting to sleep on (stiff as a board) the floor in my opinion wasn't clean felt sticky (cleaning crew gotta step it up) furniture old and out dated

Unit/condo was clean and kitchen was well supplied but when we first got there, there was a musty smell. Furniture is wicker and could use updating. Scream door kept falling off so did not use it. Great access to the beach. Enjoyed the pool.

Getting Away
We enjoyed spending the week at this adorable condo with the Atlantic Ocean just steps away from our front door. What away to start your mornings with a cup coffee or a night cap at the end of the day listening to the ocean waves hitting the shore.
Breath taking views from our balcony of the Atlantic Ocean but also of Murrells Inlet.
We watched dolphins swim along the shore, explored the surrounding coastal towns rich in history, caught a spectacular show one night at the Carolina Opry.
We are planning on return trip in the future.

Wonderful!
This property couldn't have been more perfect for us! The booking process was super simple. Jennifer emails you the information you need to get checked in. The condo is stocked with everything you need for your stay. The beach is fantastic! I don't know if it was the time of year we were there but the beach was empty for my sunrise and after dinner walks. So peaceful. The condo is located near everything you would need for shopping and eating. We loved the location. I felt like it was a safe area. There is a pool but the water was a bit chilly. Jennifer is very quick to respond. She was awesome. I can't find anything negative to say. You will not be disappointed.

Great location on the beach. Pool looked nice (although too cold to try it out). Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the balcony with ocean view. Quiet area but still close enough to drive to everything. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect family getaway
This condo tops our list of perfect properties for our beach getaways. We stayed for 9 nights and had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked, beds we’re comfortable and furniture was exactly what a beach place should have. The views from the balcony were perfect for sunrise, sunset, and sandwiches at lunch. The pool and landscaping around the property were immaculate and the gated parking lot was a real bonus.
Jennifer was quick to respond during the reservation process and gave detailed instructions on check in and out procedures. The property is well taken care of and we appreciate her hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Location
We have stayed at South Pointe Villas since 1991. This is by far the nicest and best equipped condo we have stayed in. Jennifer is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The location is perfect. Close enough to anything you may need or want to do. The beach is the best.

Clean condo with the ocean view in a quiet beach!
Actual condo was better than the photos on Vrbo! No bug anywhere! Washer and dryer inside the condo. The entire building was very quiet and family friendly.

Condo in Murrell's Inlet
The condo was located in a quiet part of inlet. The balcony had a fabulous view of the ocean. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys were provided, but no umbrella as stated in the description (the owner did state this when I asked). I would highly recommend this condo in Murrell's Inlet.

Private family oriented condo unit at Murrell's Inlet SC. Super clean with all the amenities and private beach! Close to shops and best restaurants the town has to offer. If you want to get away from everything and enjoy vacation this is the place to be.

Great Stay
The condo was perfect. It was well maintained and very comfortable. The view from the deck was so enjoyable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any question that I had. The beach is awesome for walks and just relaxing. I will stay here again.

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and we loved the location. The owner was always responsive and we would definitely recommend this rental. The stairs were a challenge for me because of medical issues, but I knew they would be when I rented. I loved this rental and would love to return.

Wonderful vacation
Absolutely loved the condo! It was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding! The beach is never crowded even on the Fourth of July. Jennifer was quick to respond when I had a question. I have stayed in many places along the Grand Strand and this is by far my favorite!! Will definitely be back!,

Perfect peaceful holiday
This property was perfect for our family of four, it had everything we needed including a great view and a good size pool. The owner is very thoughtful and generous in the accommodation and supplies for example a nightlight in the bathroom and vinegar for jellyfish stings. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quite relaxing holiday.

Wonderful location & excellent condo!
The location on the south end of Garden City is away from the noise and bustle of the main town, close to the marsh, and steps away from the beach. The condo has a great view of the ocean and is clean and fresh. Even the beds were comfortable & the air conditioning worked great!!! (small things but yet crucial to a great stay!!) I want to stay here again in the future!

Great Weather and Perfect Location
We really enjoyed our stay at South Pointe Villas. The condo was very nice and updated. We especially loved the location because we did not have to worry about traffic and congestion. The grounds and pool area were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. We would definitely book this unit again and recommend to friends.

Great location, nice property
My husband, two teenagers and I had a wonderful week at this VRBO. The condo was well maintained and clean, and the view of the ocean and pool from the balcony was exquisite. Climbing up three flights of stairs multiple times got me in shape on Day One - and the view was worth it. We were able to watch dolphins swim by every day! Beds are comfy - pillows a bit flat but we brought our own pillows, so it didn't matter. Plenty of refrigerator space, plates, silverware and cookware. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a godsend! Early morning walks on this part of the beach were nice and relatively secluded compared to the pier area. The pool was clean and warm, too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fun little family vacation!
We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very clean and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We were there the week of July 4th, even with the fireworks it was a peaceful experience being on the southern end of Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so make sure you prepare for that. Very family friendly place. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. The pool was cleaned almost daily. The parking was easy and gated parking felt very secure. Great vacation!

Perfect and Relaxing.
From the moment we walked in, we loved every minute. Our boys loved how close we were to the beach and were able to see everything from the balcony. We will be back for sure!!
