Jenn and Jason made everything super easy and were so accommodating. Seriously, awesome people and made sure we had everything we needed. My boyfriend, son and our two dogs had an absolute BLAST on the beach. My boyfriend had to work for the first day, and the WiFi and deck were a perfect office for him. Perfect location super close to everything you need. The place is so cute, very comfortable and the view from the deck is SPECTACULAR. Everything was clean, and we really enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely book with Jenn & Jason again. PS- there is a donut shop right up the block that has really good breakfast and there is a grocery store/liquor store on the other side as well that was supppppper convenient.

We were incredibly fortunate to find Jason and Jen's beach home on very short notice. It fit the bill for everything we needed - great high speed internet for my husband, who unfortunately had to work, pet friendly, clean, safe, and beachfront - everything was just as advertised. Jason and Jen were so friendly and a blast to talk to. The view from the second story deck is incredible! We watched the sunset every evening and enjoyed a cup of coffee while the sky lightened every morning. It's just a quick jaunt across the road and through the dunes to white sand paradise. The Emerald Coast is by far the prettiest stretch of coastline I have ever seen. We loved wading in the clear, clean water. An added bonus to the location was having Carousel grocery store just a few properties down (great wine selection!), as well as Thomas Donut/Snack Shop. I walked over there several times to pick up breakfast and lunch. We would definitely stay at Laguna Place again. Thanks, Jen and Jason for a great week!

Great place to stay, easy beach access and a short drive to pier park!

John and Susan are amazing hosts! As soon as we met them we knew we liked them. They are very friendly and were so sweet to our very chatty 6 year old son. When we walked in the home smelled so fresh and clean! It was immaculate with soft towels and comfy furniture, a super comfortable king size bed overlooking the beach for the master bedroom, and a comfy full size for our son. Every night we ate dinner and played board games on the deck with a view of the beach. It was incredibly relaxing. The walk to the beach is the shortest of all the beach stays we have had. Simply cross the street, and you are there. There are no flights of stairs to lug your beach gear up and down as we had previously encountered on 30A. The washer and dryer were also a big plus. We were able to wash our beach towels, and next time we'll probably not even pack as many clothes. There was a grill, but we did not end up using it. The outside is lit up well with decorative lights and feels very tropical and fun. There's also a nice outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. If you are looking for a cozy beach side rental at a very reasonable price, look no further!

This home was so cozy and well designed. The location and view was wonderful. John and Susan were amazing. We actually stayed two days longer. Hope to return soon.

First, take your initial thoughts of what you think a "mobile home" is and toss them out the window. This is a Cottage that is just steps from the beach and ocean. The outside is impeccably maintained, and the inside of this unit gets even better. So clean it looks brand new. It includes everything you could possibly need, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit for privacy. Susan and John were wonderful and gracious hosts. Thank you all so much for a wonderful stay!

Susan and John are great!! My boyfriend and I will definitely be going back here ASAP. The place is very clean and inviting. I felt very at home for my stay. It is also such a quick walk to the beach! The hosts are great!! Definitely recommending this lovely place to my friends!

John and Susan we just wanted to say thank you. The bungalow was absolutely wonderful. Very neat clean and very well maintained. It was perfect for my family of four. Far away from all the high rises and all the craziness of Panama, yet close enough to go shopping, eat and walk out on one of the piers. I loved how close to the beach we were. The Carousel store was so close that if we needed something it was within walking distance.

After arriving here I was pleased to find this trailer in a great area in Panama City Beach. This quiet but convient property within a baseball throw to the beach was a great value for my family and I. It had everything we needed and was neat, nice, and well maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a quiet low-hassle beach trip. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks to John and Susan for being gracious hosts.

We came for 11 days and wished we could have stayed longer. We even thought of asking Susan and John if we could work for them for some extra days. We had a very relaxing time, sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and reading the morning paper. Then at night sitting out listening to the ocean...Heaven!! Laguna Beach is away from the high rises, but close to the activities available. We had a small market less than 50 yards away, so if we needed anything we walked over. The beach was across the street, which was beautiful, white sand and blue water. Water was a little cooler than I like, but the kids around didn't mind at all. I want to be there now!
