Dies ist ein komfortables, großes zweistöckiges Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, großer Küche und großem Garten, mit Terrasse und Außenkamin. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Zu Fuß zu allen großen Boyne City Restaurants und nur zwei Blocks zum Strand und Yachthafen! 7 Minuten zum Boyne Mountain zum Skifahren. Zwei Minuten zu Avalanche zum Mountainbiken und Rodeln. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für viele Personen und viel Ausrüstung!

If you come to Boyne City this is a must stay! I would rate this home much higher than a 5 if I could.
Great communication with owner and this home had everything you would ever need. It also is close to the city for all to enjoy.

We visited in July. The house space was adequate for seven of us: three couples and a child. We used four rooms: a non-air-conditioned bedroom on the first floor (it tended to become too warm on some hot days), and three window-unit air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor. We were lucky that we didn’t need to use the fifth, non-air-conditioned ‘kids room’ on the second floor (the one with many mattresses on the floor): it was too warm even on cool summer days and felt like a hot sauna on warm days (even with the exhaust roof fan and fresh air intake window fans turned on).
Everything in the house worked. The house was clean and well cared for. Plenty of towels; beds were comfortable. We used the Weber gas grill and the outside fireplace. The two beach umbrellas from the shed were very handy as we forgot to bring our own.
We were greeted by a gentleman from the next house who watches over this house in the absence of the owners. He graciously gave us the second key to the house, which simplified our party’s travel planning, allowing us to venture in separate cars to different destinations and return at different times.
Small suggestions to the host, for the benefit of future guests: 1) fix the door lock in the first floor bathroom, and install door locks in all bedrooms; 2) offer more than one set of keys to the house.
Overall, it was a nice stay. We’d come back.

I felt there were a few issues. Sleeping arrangements were not satisfactory the communication emails were a bit rude no A/C no TV or radios not acceptable

Great location- quick walk to downtown. The house was very clean and uncluttered. Loved the outdoor fireplace! The hostess was very response with last minute booking.

Comfy Family Home
My 4 sisters and our children had such a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Boyne City. The house had everything we needed and more. The short walk to the beach and town were an added bonus. It was a bit warm but the fans and a/c units in the upstairs bedrooms definitely helped. And the large front porch and back deck always added some comfort. We hope to return soon!

Annual summer retreat with friends
The rental property was ideal for our groups goals and expectations for a Northern Michigan get away weekend. We are a group of 8 middle aged adults. we desired a home large enough to accommodate our group and located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and a boat launch.

Lovely large home
The space was perfect for family time—large living room, dining room, kitchen and ping pong in the basement! Only issue was with cooking—stove/oven not working right. It’s an old house, so the upstairs is out of level—one can get used to that, though. Kids were disappointed with no tv, but that makes for better conversations! Boyne City had a lovely Christmas parade and everyone was so friendly! Will definitely consider coming back again!

Great house for large group
Heather was great and very responsive! The house was well suited for a larger group of adults/couples with multiple separate bedrooms. The kitchen was also great for a larger group allowing everyone to gather and cook at the same time and be together. Great outdoor back patio space too where we ate just about every night and a yard for our dog! Loved that dogs were allowed for a very reasonable fee! Great location only two blocks from beach and a few from downtown Boyne City as well as close to other cities, Charlevoix, Petoskey, etc that allowed us to take easy side trips! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!
Property is clean and roomy and was great for our family. We had other family members at other homes in the area and we gravitated to this one because of the comfort and the room it provided. Kitchen nicely supplied with dishes and utensils. Great yard for our grands. Outdoor space was great for gathering and conversing. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

Great ski weekend at a great house
Was in town for a friends ski weekend. There was plenty of room in house for us to hang out. Would recommend this as a place for anyone to rent.

Room for everyone, comforts of home
Charming home in a great location of Boyne City. Close enough to walk or bike to a beach and to town. Home was clean and very comfortable. Heather was patient with my many questions and very responsive. My only suggestion would be to put window AC units in all the sleeping areas. It was quite warm the week we were there and even with the many fans provided, it made sleeping difficult for those who were in rooms without AC. I'd stay again if Heather can put up with us!

Everyone had a great time!
The house was roomy and comfortable. We had 9 people for a weekend of skiing, and it worked well. The pingpong table in the basement and the board games were a definite plus for the weekend.

Very nice Boyne City property. Very well kept and nicely decorated
We came for the weekend for Boyne spring Carnival held every march. We arrived and found the property to be very clean and well kept. Everything was very nice and tidy including the kitchen and dishes. It was a giant improvement over the very poor home we rented at Blue Mountain, ON 2 weeks before. The property information could use better photos showing the bedrooms in the house and amenities. It's a much nicer house inside then the information here really shows. The futon is in the basement and is really an additional large private room that has an additional bathroom not mentioned in the ad. The house really has 2.5 bathrooms, not 2 bathrooms. One note is that the house doesn't have a TV if that is important to you. It was not for our group as we spent the whole weekend skiing or going out at night.

Great place for a group
This house worked out well for our two families and dogs. There were plenty of bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a basement that was perfect for staging our ski stuff. It is easy walking distance to downtown Boyne City and had an awesome fire pit in the back yard. Upon our arrival the house was very clean and ready for us! We would definitely go back!
