I'll sum it up by asking my two grandaughters (age 9) what I could do different for next year. Their response was to do
exactly the same. They loved everything about the vacation.

The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the nearby Port Charlotte Beach Park. The pool was wonderful and much appreciated after a day of traveling and venturing out. Christian was quick to respond with any concerns and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area!

We were visiting for my brother's wedding, and decided to try the vacation home as opposed to a hotel. Could not be happier!! Christian was a lovely host! Available at a moments notice if needed, but wasn't even necessary. The house was beautiful, cleaned with precision, very well appointed and welcoming in every way. Thank you for the exceptional experience for me and my family!

Great House, Well Stocked!
Really nice property with a ton of space, great pool, and clean! Kitchen was very well stocked with extra plates, bowls, glasses, and more. We enjoyed our stay here with our kids and would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the best time and will definitely be looking forward to our future stays! Christian was absolutely amazing at his communication and answering any questions! I’d definitely say he is one of the best property managers/owners we’ve ever met. He added wonderful suggestions to local restaurants and beaches! The house was perfect and smelled so fresh and clean on arrival! There were extra towels and linens, hand soap and dish soap! Everything you need for a perfect vacation! Definitely a home away from home!

The pool was great but needed to be vacuumed. We truly enjoyed our stay just wish things were nicer and more convenient.

House clean and provided everything from pots and pans to salt and pepper. Home is close to all shopping and restaurants. My kids LOVED the pool since I had to pry them out of it. I will defineintly use this place again. Thanks so much for a GREAT!! EXPERIENCE .

Awesome house
Very clean. Quit neighbor hood. Plenty of room for everyone. Centrally located to Everglades, beaches, and Disney. Will be using this house again. Great communication, had no issues at all.

Great for a last minute getaway
Christian was extremely responsive and greeted us upon arrival which gave a nice personal added touch. The home had everything we needed for a quick last minute trip. When there weren't toys for the pool, Christian was quick to bring some by. There was an issue with the pool staying warm which was out of anyone's control to immediately repair. The kids still swam during the day comfortably. Check-in and out was very easy and the house is close to many stores, restaurants, etc. The house was clean and in a nice quiet location!

Nice Family Weekend
The property had a few issues when we arrived, but Christian arranged to have all items fixed. He was very responsive. The location was perfect for our needs. The house had plenty of room, and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we needed. We spent most our time in the covered lanai.

Great house for family
We had a great time in the house. Christian was so very easy to work with. While we weren't in FL for fun as my mother was ill and in and out of the hospital, he was able to get us an early check-in last minute when our plans changed. And he was available for any questions. The house is spacious and the pool was very relaxing. We had our grandson who was 11 months old with us and the open floor plan was perfect for him to crawl around and not get into too much trouble. Would stay again for sure.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was impeccable and it has every amenity one could ask for. We loved the location and the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. We would highly recommend and plan to stay there again!!!!!

The property manager is fantastic to work with. He was there to greet us when we arrived and brought nice welcome gifts. Any questions or small issues that we had were responded to immediately.
The house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Pool area is nice and the pool itself is heated which was great.
We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space for all of us. We had some family over for dinner and everything we needed was on hand.. We would rent this property again and enjoyed our mini gateway.

A house with great potential!
The Palms on Carlisle is a nice larger home with great natural light and tons of potential. The pool was perfect for our kids, nice and warm! We would have appreciated a booklet with some information on the home: WiFi password, check out instructions, etc. I think we were some of the first guests so it might not be completely set up as a typical VRBO yet, but overall it was a perfect set up for our family of five. Christian was also great to work with.

This was an excellent place and we so enjoyed the area. We will definitely stay again. The pool was great and it was a great location, not to "busy". Just right!
