We loved our stay here. We booked it for a work retreat. The location could not have been more perfect. Main street was in walking distance, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space while also having great common areas. Check in was easy, and John was attentive and helpful. It was clean, well furnished, and beautiful. Will definitely come again for any future work retreats!

Amazing location, just at the top of Main Street. Walkable to everything on Main Street. House is very nicely remodeled and modern. It is well appointed, has tons of beds and great lounge space for a large group.

This place is deceiving from the outside. It is so much bigger than it looks. There are 4 stories and tons of spaces for people to hang out and relax. The hot tub is large and in a private spot that had plenty of shade when it was really hot out. We were able to cook some large meals for lots of people and having two kitchens allowed us to store food for a lot of people over several days. The location is great and it’s very easy to walk to things or run to the store if needed. We had an incredible time and felt really comfortable here. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I stayed here with a group of 30 friends. The house was awesome (great sleeping setup, clean, huge hot tub, two kitchens, great main floor for hanging out) and the location was unbeatable!! Jonathan and Cory were quick to communicate and super helpful for anything we needed during the trip. Great spot - would highly recommend to anyone interested! Only issue we had was that the water pressure was a little light on the higher up floors.

All eleven of us had such a great time. Great place to play hid and seek. Four house levels makes for wonderful separation to play and relax!

We reluctantly booked this home while it was still under construction for our group of 4 families. The main selling point was the 6 sleeping areas/14 beds which would allow max flexibility for adult couples to sleep separately from their kids. Prior to booking, I asked repeatedly about the beds/bedrooms, explaining it was critical that we have the # that was represented in the listing. I was concerned there would be construction/shipping delays. The Owner assured me the house would be done well before our stay began (>month) and the furniture would be there. Yet, less than a day before arrival, the Owner messaged that his crew was JUST finishing the house and the bunk sets in the Loft were fully not installed. Upon arrival, we saw that 2 top beds of the bunks were missing, and the partially constructed wobbly wood frames w/ exposed screws were surrounding the 2 bottom bunks. The large bed frames and mattresses for the top two bunks were crammed into the already small 4th Floor King bdrm. We asked the Property Manager to remove the unconstructed bed frame/mattreses for safety and to make the room more usable (esp since we lost 2 top bunks in the Loft). He said he could not b/c the Owner would be charged by his builder. The impact: 4 kids, who should have been sleeping in the 4 bed bunk Loft, had to sleep in their respective parents’ rooms (i.e. exactly what we did not want to happen). When we expressed the issue to the Property Manager, he told us that, prior to our arrival, he had advised the Owner to cancel our reservation b/c the house was not ready. When we messaged the Owner, specifically that the # of beds was misrepresented, his initial response was, “We will definitely work with you in getting you a proportional refund for all of the inconveniences." After multiple requests to come up w/ a mutually agreeable credit, the Owner became dismissive and combative. Ultimately, after our repeated attempts, the Owner has stopped responding to our requests to resolve the situation. The # of beds is the most important data point for multiple families renting a home together. This house advertised 14 beds, which we did not get. The Owner implied we should be happy to have what he provided even though it was undisputedly less than what he advertised/what we paid for, and it significantly impacted our stay. Also, all reviews w/ dates prior to Dec 2021 are not for this property. The house wasn't complete prior to that date.

Man, this place was outstanding! Brand new build in the nicest part of Park City. This place was walking distance from Main Street and such a gem. The house was fully stocked with all of the pots, pans and glasses we could use. The hosts were accommodating and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here next time.

This home was so perfect for our stay. It is brand new! Such a cool home design and is perfectly decorated. The home is well stocked with everything you'd need for a large group. The private hot tub out back was a big hit! We'll be back!!

We didn't realize how close this was to our favorite restaurants on main street. We were able to walk everywhere with our group. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the home was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The hot tub in the back was a big plus for our group and we spent many hours hanging out around the firepit roasting marshmallows and enjoying the scenery. For those who are skiing you can walk right down to the Old Town lift which connects you to Park City and the Canyons. Cory was a great help with with the property as well and answered all of our questions.

This is a great house for large groups. Huge Kitchen table for a group to play cards. The family rm/kitchen/breakfast area are all connected for the whole group to hang out. The 4th floor loft was perfect for the kids to have their own space. The bunk beds are huge. Plenty of space for adults/kids. Really easy to walk to historic downtown. It was a huge benefit to not have to deal with parking in the evening. If ski in/out is not your number one priority, this is the place to be.

This location was great fir our needs and wants. I did like the property however the cleanliness was really lacking. It needs a much better cleaning service for sure. The furniture needs some updating/fixing, two couches had seats that were broken and you would completely sink in, the jets on the hot tub would not turn on and the basement door handle to the bathroom was on the floor. Minor issues but should be addressed. Thanks for the stay and the memories that were made

Needed a weekend out of the house and stayed in this home. Since everything is closed for the most part, we just hung out and played games. It was great to "stay home" with the family in this home. Everything was thoroughly cleaned. There are also some great trails in the area with limited amount of people. Hope to come back again soon when things are more open.

We needed a break and somewhere else beside our home that we could enjoy. This was the perfect home! It was clean and affordable! Bummed that we didn't get out and see the rest of Park City but will definitely be back!

Very easy and efficient

The house was perfect for my ski getaway. The property manager was quick to respond and checking in and out was very easy. The location is perfect; close to resorts and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay over Thanksgiving. The property was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

This rental was a great location for our family. We were in town for the Autumn Balloon Festival. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. We had plenty of parking for our cars. There was ample bedding for our family. The bbq grilled was great for preparing family meals. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. The only negative things were the 2 king beds. They were uncomfortable and were noisy when you moved to reposition yourself. I would recommend this place for family gatherings. We would stay here again.

Everything was great

We had a great time! The bunk room was a hit, the cousins liked being altogether. Space to park the vehicles and boat. Swimming pool and fire pit at clubhouse were nice extras! We even had family pictures on the morning we left, which was an amazing feat considering we got 24 people ready with 4 bathrooms! It’s a great place for a family.

The house was great for our extended family of 19. The living space and large kitchen table made meal times and playing games convenient. We had lots of ping pong tournaments, and spent time in the pool. Although only 6 people from each condo are allowed in the pool at a time. We had a great time and will definitely be back, and would recommend this house to anyone.

This was one of the few places we could find for our large crew. We had 13 children and this home was in a great location within walking distance to stores and restaurants. There is a cute little outdoor play area with a small soccer field, basketball court, and picnic/grassy area at the end of the street. We were a little bummed to find that the pool/clubhouse key only allowed 6 people from the home at a time, but we ended up mostly going in shifts anyway so it worked out. We had a few more than that once and nobody said anything but we were prepared to get thrown out ;) The property manager was very easy to reach and made check in and check out a breeze.

The property was perfect for us, our three sons, three daughters-in-law, and eight grandchildren. Basement room with two queen bunks worked great for all the grandchildren. The other rooms provided sufficient privacy for the adults. Everything in the property functioned well. Found lots to do in Park City.

We had a fabulous time staying here this past weekend. It was perfect for what we wanted. Close to many points of interest. The place was clean and had the beds and space that we needed. We are hoping to use this place next year for our Ladies Family Weekend honoring our sister.

We loved our stay in Park City. We needed a break from our regular routine of life and looked forward to this getaway. This hime was a great place to stay. The property manager was very nice and made sure everything was in order for us. The home was clean, roomie and comfortable to be in. One of the nicest things about the property is the location! It was close to everything and made the stay so much better. Loved every minute and will definitely be back!

The house is the left side of a duplex, but was still large enough to accommodate a 12u softball team and 5 adults. There is no room in the basement other than for the two double bunks, but it's good to sleep a bunch of kids and they have their own bathroom. We had minor issues but none worthy enough of writing them here or stopping us from renting it again. The manager of the property was very nice and helpful. The players also enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub, and ping-pong table. It was also right next to the Olympic Amusement park and lots of shopping. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because it wasn't the absolute 'Best' place I've stayed, but it was definitely worth the money and we had a great stay that deserves 4 stars for sure.
