Das Gerät verfügt über separate private Schlafzimmer-Suiten, alle mit eigenem Bad, Kabel-TV, Deckenventilator und Blick auf den Golf mit Glas-Schiebetüren zur Terrasse. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Ledersessel. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Das Gerät verfügt auch über eine brandneue komplett weiße Küche mit Granit-Theken, die komplett ausgestattet und modern ist. Alle mit freiem Blick auf den Golf.

This was our 2nd time staying in the condo. The porch and view are amazing. We loved being able to come up from the beach and have lunch and still enjoy the incredible view of the beach. It was so relaxing. Barb is a wonderful host, very responsive and always there if you need anything.

The condo is wonderful and Barb is so thoughtful. She called to let us know the condo was ready, had 4th of July decorations for my kids, and even checked in on us mid stay to see how the boys handled the fireworks. You cannot beat the view and the place comes stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo and the community. We met lots of nice people who stay there every year. The condo was well stocked with anything you could need. Communication with the owner was excellent. She answered all of our questions before we arrived. And you can’t find a better location. We were right on the beach!

This property has a great location. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. When we were there the weather wasn’t very nice but still enjoyed the condo and the balcony very much!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. The condo is beautiful and you won’t find a better view. Each bedroom has an oceanfront view. Quick access to the beach. We loved it!

This unit was just as described. The elevator was down briefly (not good when you're on the 5th floor), but they had it repaired within a day! Carport parking is very close, which is handy with coming and going on hot days. Good location near lots of things to do, or just lounging on the beach. Unit was even equipped with some beach toys and a skim board!

Staying at Crescent Arms was spectacular! The view from our veranda of the Gulf was mesmerizing, the condo is set up perfectly with a living room between the master bedroom with bath and second bedroom with bath. With a television in each area, everything is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Also, it is located close to all Siesta Key shopping. Our hostess, Barbara made us feel welcome at every turn. We loved staying in her beautiful condo. We hope to be back again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had the best week at Siesta Key. Barb was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. This was our 2nd stay in this great condo and definitely not our last.

Our stay in Siesta Key was an amazing week!!! Perfect weather and the view's from our condo were awesome!
The only issue we had was with the guys putting out the chairs each morning.....seemed like they showed favoritism to some of the "regulars" and the rules for the chairs each morning seemed to change each day depending on who you were and who you talked to! One of the guys was actually kind of rude to myself and another family that we met there one day so that was a bit frustrating!
Barbara was amazing to work with and so thoughtful! We would definitely like to rent again from her sometime in the future!
Just a couple of small suggestions.....there was only one beach chair in the closet and two would have been perfect because we like to sit at the water's edge and they wouldn't let us pull the chairs down there! Also, Greg suggested that if you had a higher table (like a bar table with stools) on the lanai, it would be easier to see the beautiful beach!

The location and view is perfect and the condo has plenty of room for a family. Kitchen was well stocked maybe just add a to-go coffee mug to take on morning beach walks. The mattresses all need replaced though. None of them were comfortable and the bedding could use a refresh too. It would also be nice if the master was a king size vs Queen. Barbara the owner was super pleasant and easy to communicate with. Great location and perfect view though.

Convenient, relaxing and the best lanai. The beach is white and immaculate and attendant let you pick your chairs and he set up umbrella. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We wished that tv had HD box. We enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back.

From the beginning stages of reserving this condo to the very end of our trip, Barbarba was very easy and pleasant to work with. Everything was just the way we expected. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The view was beautiful and we couldn't stop standing on the lanai looking out to the gulf. We plan on coming back to Siesta Key and will definitely look at getting this same condo.

Effortless Check In. Very clean and accommodating. Everything you need for a great family vacation. Loved the view of the beach and was nice how chairs was set up for you every morning. We did rent an umbrella to keep cool. Excellent area and the hosts was very welcoming answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! Ps Would be nice if the condo building had a large community ice machine for all guests for beach coolers.
