The hotel was very comfortable and staff was very kind. We were able to check in a little early and that helped our situation very much as we were in town for a dance competition.

Breakfast was a little lacking but I also assume that was because of so many people in the hotel.

Just stayed for 1 night but had everything we needed. Basic but very clean and spacious

Was a good location for us who were visiting family in Verona. We did Nothing but sleep and did not take advantage of breakfast or other amenities.

It was more expensive than we wanted to Pay to just sleep and go.

it is a nice location the inside of the sleep inn & suites was great.

my room wasn't clean at all. I first walked in and saw an almost full water bottle on the table, their was garbage full in the bathroom, the second bed inside was messy not made, their was 3 of us, we didn't use that bed. This person before me must of left just before I got there.

The pool and hot tub were very nice, the hot tub is indoor and outdoor, that was very nice.

The breakfast could have offered more selections.

Outside portion of the hot tub at night - although temperature of the hot tub itself was a bit warm. I know some people don't like the over the counter breakfast but it worked well for us.

Sleep Inn staff were very courteous and friendly. However Booking .com does not allow cancellations. YOU ARE BILLED FOR THE FULL STAY EVEN IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND CAN'T MAKE IT. Sleep Inn was wonderful but DON'T USE Booking.com!

Need an easier way to call the actual inn directly.

Free WiFi advertised. Would not connect to any of our phones/ pads (3). Front desk could not help. Help line stalled said issue was fixed and to wait 30 minutes (after being on with them for 41 minutes.) never connected. This is a big issue with people traveling that NEEDS WiFi to work remotely.

The Pool, cleanliness, Breakfast was great even though Covid stopped you from having your regular Breakfast.

I couldn't control the thermostat, either to cold or to warm? I didn't find anything good on TV for Grandkids, we were hoping to watch a good Movie? The morning before we checked out we were hoping to use the whirlpool but it was being cleaned.

Love the shower stall.
