Perfect place to stay and unwind. Family of 5 enjoyed our 9 day stay. Loved the pool and the outside areas. Kitchen had all the tools and utensils that we needed. Did use the grill which worked great. Overall very pleased with setup and location. Would definitely stay again!

We arrived the evening before Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debby, unfortunately. The roads around us completely flooded and we were stuck inside for 2 days. But that's not so bad considering what it could have been. The house is very nice, pool is great. Location is great - 3 blocks to nice beach on bay side. We rented golf carts which helped with getting to the beaches. Had a couple small issues (dining room light not working, no remote for the TV) but the owners were extremely responsive!!! Had the light fixed the next day and a new remote ordered and delivered in just a day or 2. The house was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 adult sons. We really enjoyed our time here. The responsiveness of the owners cannot be overstated - really appreciated that! I think my main complaint would be the lighting in the house - especially the master bath. Maybe consider adding some lighting but other than that, it was great.

This house was pretty. It is a little bit older house. The room down stairs ( we called it the pool room) was super hot. We didn’t spend any time in there. However the rest of the house was exactly what we expected. Very clean, a ton of towels, all appliances worked, and had a lot of board games to play. The outside pool area was nice and we loved

This is the second time we have stayed here! They have made some wonderful upgrades to the house. We love the outdoor shower and the screened in pool! There is plenty of room for our family of 7 to play games and eat together in the evening! We especially enjoyed the charcoal grill. The house is in a fantastic location - easily accessible to everything AMI has to offer by bikes or walking.
We look forward to staying here again!

This was our 2nd time in Anna Maria, and this house was great. There were 7 of us, and the house was plenty comfortable. My whole family loved swimming in the pool, fishing and kayaking off the dock, and the short distance to town and beaches. Literally a 4 minute walk to sunrise and 10 minute walk to sunset. Communication with owners and property management company was easy, timely, and thorough. Definitely would recommend for a great family vacation.

We had a great week at Debbie’s place. The house was perfect. We loved the location, the private heated pool, the dock, and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet even on Spring Break. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again!

We had an outstanding experience at Debbie's place. It was spacious and we used the pool and dock quite a bit. The house is a full walk from Pine, and a little further to the beach, so we rented a golf cart for both weeks (at about $400/week). Even though check-in requires picking up actual keys at a property management co, the process was efficient. Debbie was an outstanding host, very responsive, and even left us with a couple fully rigged fishing rods at our request! We highly recommend this property.

This home was very conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac. We really enjoyed the upper deck seating area and private pool. There are many interesting pieces of artwork and curio in the house that adds a warm feeling to the space. As just a couple staying here, we had more than enough room but also see how this rental could be great for a larger group. Some updates to the appliances and decor would only enhance the appeal of this property. The owner is friendly and interested in your experience being a good one. Check-in and check-out through the property management company was problem free. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and the location of this home could not have been better. We were able to walk to both piers, the beach areas and the restaurants and shops very easily.

This is our second year renting this property. We love it! Great space, nice outdoor area with upper deck, pool and of course the dock backing on one of the canals. Our favourite spot to sip our morning coffee while watching the fish jump by. We highly recommend it!!!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The house was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The covered pool was very clean and relaxing. We rented a boat for the week and it was very convenient being able to keep it at the house. The location of the house is in a quiet residential area. The week prior to our stay wasn’t booked so we were able to add on extra days with no issues making this vacation exceptional. Highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Great location on a canal on the North Side of the island. Cottage was great and had everything we needed. Two small areas of opportunities: 1. Replace the charcoal BBQ with a propane one. It will help guests cook meals faster. 2. Review the check in process. Our name was not listed on the envelope containing the keys (the owner's name was listed in error). This translated into quite a bit of confusion and return visits to the agency on the day of check in to get the keys.

We had an amazing week enjoying all Anna Maria had to offer from this centrally located home on the north end of the island. The beach at Bean Point, both piers, and the central shopping and dining district were within easy walking distance from the house. The property is well-maintained offering everything needed for an enjoyable stay from a heated pool and wooden dock for fishing and boating to covered porches for lounging and relaxation. The rates are very reasonable for all you get and the hosts are very helpful and accommodating. We could not be happier with our stay.

We loved this house. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was a all around great place to stay. The Host provided alot of information about the area and the house. We enjoyed the pool,outside shower,and dock out back. The location was great We could walk to the bay or the gulf in minutes. The host also had alot of beach towels and beach accessories for us to use. My parents who are in there mid 60s like the short walks to the pier in the afternoons, and mornings. The house is in a nice neighborhood, which was a big plus. It was tucked away in the nice neighborhood and still close to alot of the local shops,just a short drive. Like I said, can't wait to stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property! For our fishermen there is the trifecta of the bay, the point and the beach (catch your bait off the dock out back). For our older teen girls the beach, the pool, the shops and the Xbox. For me, mom, the pool, the canal for kayaking to the bay and the downstairs tv room (blessed silence!) Easy biking and walking to all. House is well maintained, clean, great hot water and pressure and easy departure instructions. Communication was excellent! We will be coming back soon!

Our family of 7 stayed here for the week. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and do our own thing. Loved having the pool and the house is up against the canal - we rented kayaks from Beachbums - and they were dropped right off by canal, ready to use. Several block's walk to the bay side beach with plenty of beach chairs, towels and beach buggy to carry everything. We prefer the gulf side beaches and this would have been quite a long walk so we rented bikes for the week - carried our beach supplies on bikes, which worked out well. Home is on quiet cul-de-sac, had everything we needed for a wonderful week!

Great location and setting

A great week at AMI

Wonderful Property!
Owners Debbie and Beth were very responsive and immediately had pool lights repaired this year. Last year had grill replaced immediately for us. Great communicators. Beth was in the area this year so was very easy to reach. The private screened pool on the canal is worth its weight in gold! Neighborhood is very handy, and a golf cart from the Pine Street rental right there at the corner of Crescent met all our needs for transportation. Thank you Beth and Debbie!

Great place to stay with kids!
We really appreciated the thoughtful touches that come with this property. A high chair, pack & play, beach equipment, door alarms on all doors leading to the pool, everything was well thought out. We really enjoyed the quiet location but close access to restaurants, shops, and short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back here!

Amazing stay!
This house had everything we needed. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was on point, and the amenities were everything we needed and more. The only suggestion I have is getting a king mattress in the master but otherwise it was great. Thanks!!

New favorite place to stay at AMI!
We have traveled to Anna Maria Island for several years and have learned we prefer the north end. This house is in an amazing location! The kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were great (we have stayed at a number of houses with cheap dishwashers and laundry machines), there were plenty of places to hang out...especially the screened pool area which was AWESOME. We brought kayaks and launched off the dock. We booked a charter boat to Egmont key and passage inlet and saw some amazing creatures...dolphins, birds galore, gopher tortoises. We had numerous encounters with manatees both at bean point and while kayaking. Just a great trip! Only word of caution: restaurants booked up crazy quick this time (I think because COVID restrictions are loosening), so plan ahead!

Beautiful clean home with everything you need for a wonderful relaxing time with family. Beautiful enclosed pool and lovely seating areas. The home is on a quiet street with a quick walk to the beach.

We loved it! The pool was great, we all enjoyed it. We walked to the beach and also the pier. Enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house had plenty of room for the whole family(8). If we missed anything from home it would be a gas grill but the charcoal grill worked fine. Thank you!
