We had a great stay at John’s place! The ocean view can’t be beat. We struggled with the door lock (which was likely user error), the elevator didn’t work for half of our trip, and pool was shut down for a day, but otherwise everything was fabulous. John was very responsive every time we needed to reach out. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and extra towels/beach chairs/ beach toys/games were super helpful with the kids. We hope to be back!

Our visit was perfect! We have stayed at nine different ocean front condos along St. Augustine Beach and this was by far the cleanest and most well-maintained and best-stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The ocean front view with floor to ceiling windows in the living room was outstanding. The furniture, beds, and carpet were immaculate and brand new. The hosts generously supplied start up amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap,etc., plus the unit also had beach towels, beach chairs, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Adirondack balcony furniture was lovely and comfortable. The walk-over to the beach was short and easy; not too many stairs. With a great location on A1A, not far from grocery stores and restaurants, vacationing here was exceptional. Plus our communication with the hosts was seamless. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

As we opened the front door, our breath was taking by the view of the ocean thru the floor to ceiling windows. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sun rise off the balcony. Our condo owners were exceptionally eager to make our stay a memorable family time in a beautiful setting by the ocean. It was the roomiest, clean unit we have rented. They provided tourist info and made restaurant recommendations.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay at the beach. The view of the beach, from both the balcony and from the floor to ceiling windows, was amazing. There were so many added touches, like the bottle of wine, beverages, and snacks that were in the condo when we arrived. John was very accommodating and the perfect host. Great place, great time!

We’ve stayed at this condo a few times before and once again it provided an excellent experience! Great location, first class views of the ocean and beach, very clean and well equipped. Examples are cold mugs in the freezer, snacks, cold water and when you arrive, fresh flowers, little things that normal condos just don’t provide. You can tell a personal touch is provided. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.
From the moment we saw the listing for this condo we were intrigued by the description of the location and view from the unit. It was actually better in person. We walked in and it takes your breath away. Right away you are a part of the ocean and beach. No roads or houses or really anything in the way of a PERFECT view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. It is just stunning and was truly medicine for the soul. There actually were two tortoises who came out every morning in front of the condo. The fact that the unit was spotless (and we’re picky) and the host greeted us with fresh flowers, wine, snacks, bottled water and sodas was really a nice surprise. The owner was great about communication and helpful with suggestions. Beds were all comfortable. We had family visit for a long weekend and they were so impressed. The pool overlooks the ocean and is also very nice. The beach is not crowded and very clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and it went way too fast. Would highly recommend this condo but not for when we want to go.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is spectacular, and the condo is clean, updated, well stocked and fully functioning. The host is a great communicator, and surprised us with a welcome treats and drinks. We have been visiting St. Augustine annually for 10 years, and John has been the most gracious host. We had a great week at Crescent Beach. The condo is super clean and the location is great. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the front door, and the view from the back patio is priceless. St. Augustine and all the restaurants are just a short drive away. We would love to come back again. If you are looking to read a book on the beach without anybody around, look no further and book here.

Luxury and comfort while watching the ocean and sunshine.
We have been going to Crescent Beach for over 11 years, and this was the best place we've stayed so far. The condo was lovely with nice furniture, but it was also very comfortable. John was helpful for anything we needed, and stocked it with basics and wine and flowers, and we felt very welcome there.

John was excellent to work with and very accommodating as he delivered medical supplies to the unit so they were there for my arrival. The condo is immaculate and very well furnished. Felt like we were at home with fresh flowers and wine awaiting us at arrival. The property is well kept up and the beach access is steps away. The grandkids had a blast as we all did. Stunning view and so clean
We have vacationed at this property for 2 years now and enjoy every minute we are able to spend here. The condo is very clean and John goes out of his way to make sure you are wanting for nothing. We have family and kids from 21 to 7 years old and everyone loves it here. The beach is amazing and the pools are always open. This place is a must stay!!

Finest Condo at the Sand Dollar!
From the moment we arrived we felt incredibly welcome at this beautiful condo. Flowers, wine, a personal note, snacks, refrigerator stocked with drinks - this is only the start of how the owners anticipate your every need while living in Paradise. My son needed a bandaid, there was a fully stocked first aid kit. It rained, there were cards and games and books. Need a beach chair or skim board, check the laundry room. We forgot dishwashing tablets, there they were, along with everything you could possibly need. We’ve stayed at these condos for the past 27 years, and this is by far the place that feels like we are welcomed guests. Absolutely gutted that it’s not available for our dates next summer, but we’ll be sure to book early enough for ‘23! Wish I could give more than 5 stars for this home away from home.
