Cute!! Downtown Boyne City House. 7 min walk to Downtown area and Beach 🏖️
Dieses Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist ab dem 1. September 2017 verfügbar. Es ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Badehaus. Es ist in einer großartigen Lage. Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Blocks vom Yachthafen und den Stränden entfernt. Ein paar Blocks zum malerischen Avalanche Mountain (5 Minuten zu Fuß), wo Sie auf Trails, Mountainbike oder Disc Golf wandern können. Das Haus ist nur eine halbe Meile von der Business-Bereich (8 Minuten zu Fuß), wo Sie einige gute Restaurants genießen können und Pubs brauen oder Kasse "Spaziergang durch die Straßen" am Freitagabend. Boyne Berg ist nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt vom Haus entfernt, wo Sie Ski fahren können, Mountainbike fahren, zum Avalanche Bay Water Park gehen und Zip Line. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten und ist sehr familienfreundlich. Es hat einen Mudroom an beiden Eingängen zum Haus, um Ihre Ski, Schuhe usw. zu halten. Das Haus verfügt über Wi-Fi, einen Flachbild-TV, DVD-Player, Dish Network, Netflix, Amazon Video, neue Matratzen (sehr komfortabel), eine Außenterrasse und Grill.

Wir hatten 50 ft Zigarettenboote in der Einfahrt für Boyne Thunder. Wir besitzen auch das Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die andere Auflistung ist 873479 auf VRBO. Es ist sehr ähnlich und ebenso charmant.
Wir haben eine strikte, keine Haustierpolitik, aber es gibt einige große Zwinger in der Gegend, die Sie Ihrem Haustier auch einen Urlaub geben können. "Dogs World North" liegt direkt in Boyne City und nur ca. 3 km vom Haus entfernt. Auch "Happy Tails" in Petoskey

We stayed for a week, furniture and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked although a few pans need replacing. Need new grill racks. We had 7 of us, but only 6 bath towels. Would have liked a few more to keep from having to do laundry every night.

We went for a girls’ weekend and had a fabulous stay! The house was in a great location very close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was clean and safe. I am a runner and had beautiful water views on my morning run. The owner was very friendly and nice and had great communication.

The house is as stated! Communication was good with the owner of the property! The only thing is the loud trucks coming by early morning. Other than that it was a great house to rent! I would rent again if in the area! If your planning to go other places within the state it takes about 45 minutes to Traverse City. Mackinac City around an hour. Torch Lake around an hour depending where you are going. BTW there is no beach on that lake. Was a little disappointing so rent a boat or take your own boat! It's a three hour trip to Silver Lake Dunes so be prepared a days trip to each! Very enjoyable if you've never been to Michigan! Enjoy

The house is as stated! Communication was good with the owner of the property! The only thing is the loud trucks coming by early morning. Other than that it was a great house to rent! I would rent again if in the area! If your planning to go other places within the state it takes about 45 minutes to Traverse City. Mackinac City around an hour. Great cottage, clean and close to bounce city attractions
Loved the clean updated vibe of this cottage. Would love a little more deck space to hang out. Galley kitchen was sufficient for 4 of us to cook. Beds were new and very comfortable. Upstairs not vented so got a little warm in summer.
