8 adults and one teen came for Christmas holiday. It was perfect. Plenty of room. Dinner table that fit everyone. It was clean and provided everything we could have asked for.

We loved that this property is on the lake with its own dock, but that isn't enough for us to rent it again.

The location could not be better! Right on the lake which was lovely. The home is spacious and comfortable and perfect for your entire family. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. My only negative is the home is very dated many of the electrical outlets did not work and one side of the sink was not operational during our stay. We made it work and honestly would stay again. It would be nice if the owner would allow us to use their kayaks. I would have paid an additional fee for that convenience.

Loved that the cabin was on the lake with a nice deck with table and chairs to sit and enjoy. Living room was very spacious with lots of room to sit and a kitchen that was nicely supplied

I wish this place was ours. A lakefront home on a sweet spot. Relaxing and spacious, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable king size bed. A few handyman projects here and there but nothing that spoiled the experience.

This house is a really nice place to spend time with your family, we hade great time, is a very quiet neighborhood the perfect place to get away from so many stress from the city, the house have everything that you need, you only need to bring your food they also have little seasoning in the kitchen dispenser

The location of the home is great. Fun having easy and private lake access. The house was open, comfortable and well stocked. The issue is the management- several issues came up and it took over 24 hours for a non autogenerated response. Several issues still are unaddressed. One of the toilets was out, the dishwasher was broken, the stove top did not work, ants in the kitchen and bathroom and a few minor other issues. The local maintenance person was helpful, but the management failed to contact him for the first 24 hours. If the home was fixed and under different management I would be happy to stay there again as the setting was perfect. However, I will never rent from a home managed by vacasa again. It’s unfortunate. I would have loved to tell the owners this directly, I asked for their contact information, but was not given their contact- rather than public review.

Wonderful location. Lake front with own dock. House needs a little attention and the dishwasher was not working very well, but it worked well for our group.

The house is perfect for a large family. Gorgeous view of the lake and private access to the water. The house is very rustic. If you are looking for upgraded and modern, definitely not a place for you. The house is very lived in and could use upgrades but it was still a great house. They had 2 BBQs which was great. Lots of cooking stuff, plates, cups and utensils. Sleeping pads for Littles which was perfect. My advice is to bring your own pans to cook in. Things we brought and glad we did. Small vacuum, trash bags. Paper plates (for meals at the dock) Flash light ( to walk the path at night to the dock) If you like to fish Bring fishing poles. Would we go back?? Heck yes! Can't wait to go back and make more memories with the grandkids.

My family really enjoyed our stay! The views of the lake from the kitchen were beautiful, the children enjoyed the dock and the house was spacious and comfortable. My kids are already asking when we can come back! The lower lever is only accessible from the back deck but that was fine for our group. Kitchen was well stocked and access to town was very close. Place was really nice the doc was nice the patio was very nice very convenient. The only thing that was confused when I first arrived was where the other two bedrooms were took us well to figure that out otherwise perfect and they still were nice just a little confusing

Great location and laid back environment.

This house was perfect for our family trip. Nice open living room area. The location on the lake is great. Two bedrooms and one bath are not accessible from inside the house, you have to go outside and downstairs. It wasn’t a big deal for us because it wasn’t snowing or raining. Overall great house!

It’s a fantastic place by the lake. Unbelievable views of the lake. The main level had the kitchen, family, dining, one and half bath, and two bedrooms. The lower level with separate entrance had 2 beds and a bathroom. The upper level kitchen had everything you can think of and a big dining area. The family room had games, large screen tv and access to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney, etc. The upper floor half bath flush did not work properly. The shower had lukewarm water, lower level has a small 20 inch tv…would have liked a big screen to as it was cutoff from the main level. We were told that parking was free for one car but were charged $40 entrance per car for all cars. Except for the minor issues, the place is wonderful and we love to go back someday. We had a very memorable stay at this lovely place.

The host is kind and generous and helpful. The house is big and convenient. The view is incredible.

We loved the location of the home with a beautiful view of the lake and lot of deer around. The home was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We received fantastic service from Vacasa when a question arose upon arrival. Since our group was all adults, the set up was fine, however, renters should be aware that the two downstairs bedrooms are only accessible from outside so the guests who want to use those bedrooms need to take the keys so they can get back in the main living area in the morning if they are the first ones up! We rented the home in order to visit Yosemite, which was an easy (and beautiful) drive in. While the home is a bit on the rustic side, it is clean and well kept, so that was fine with us.

This property provided the perfect place for us to spend a weekend. It was comfortable, remote, and accommodating. Vacasa and the property manager were great, easy to communicate with the whole time. We spent a lot of time by the lake and did multiple meals on the lower patio. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed here before and it was great both times. The house was definitely older and in need of some maintenance but it was very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, air-conditioning works, plenty of space for the family to gather, amazing view! It did not have an accessible ping pong table as it states in the description. The ping pong paddles are accessible but the table is locked up. Disappointing but not a vacation breaker!! We had a great time.

We came back to this house for the third time. Unfortunately, will never come back again. Over the years, the house has not been maintained. Needs a lot of work, everything is broken and dirty. Can’t believe how dirty it was specially during these COVID times, Cobwebs everywhere, carpets stink. Kitchens pots and pans unusable. It was a very hot weekend and the AC doesn’t seem to work well. Be aware - They provide one one rollOf paper towel , toilet paper and trash bags. Location is awesome but there are plenty of other houses on the lake with better facilities at the same price.

As noted by others the home is rustic but there in lies the beauty in this home. All systems A/C etc. worked well. More dishes pots pans and such than I had expected. The lake access is suitable for all except non swimmers. Definitely a great place for a family vacation.

Oh boy, where to start?! I am very sad to write this review, as I would have loved to give this house 5 stars, but it is disgustingly filthy and it is a pattern, I am afraid, judging by similar past reviews despite management responses below that the house is normally not as dirty. The day we came we discovered some brown sticky substance with several black hair stuck in it around the sink in the main upstairs bathroom, food remains on the dining table, sticky dishes and dirty cups and pots/pans (had to rewash some things before using them), meat blood in the freezer, spider webs everywhere, not enough spare linens to use with extra mattresses, and those that were provided were with holes and smelled used and dirty. Our feet turned black from all the dirt on the floor (I wish I had taken pictures of them as I did of everything else). The management did drop off the linens, but it was a drop in a bucket of fixing all the issues. The place advertises enhanced cleaning due to Covid-19, by all means, it fails minimal sanitary standards, not mentioning enhanced anything. It's a legal and safety issue given the pandemic at hand. Next day we went to the dock and the stench was horrible. We found a decaying corpse of a turtle and bird remains. We also found broken beer bottles in several places and juice packet on the ground - all right on the path from the house to the dock in visible places. We were lucky none of the kids cut themselves on broken glass. Next to the deck we found some loose tarp. The dock's railing isn't secured well enough which presents safety concerns, as well as non working lights at the entrance to the ground floor, which were promised to be replaced, but never were. Overall, the property inside and out is unkempt, and it was very disappointing to vacation and celebrate 2 birthdays in such conditions. It was ridiculous to pay as much as we paid for this house, when a house in this condition should not be rented out in the first place. I expect that the company that takes money for providing a certain service does so professionally, especially given the pandemic situation.
