The breakfast spread was good. The F&B team was excellent but they need to pay more attention to finer details such as missing condiments with certain food items. Despite some of the shortcomings, it's still a nice property and we would recommend it to fellow travellers.

Room But the housekeeping department needs to improve its standards. Cleaning was not up to the mark. For example, while the balcony size is good, it is not cleaned frequently, and certain amenities such as bathrobes were only provided when asked. The guestrooms do not have good soundproofing and as a result, the sound echoes through the corridors and causes disturbance especially late at night. I had to call the front desk to get them to ask noisy guests to bring down their volume. Perhaps, an etiquette guide should be provided to guests at the time of check-in. Since guests spend a lot of their time at the property, the staff should take the initiative to inform guests of all the activities – both paid and unpaid – available at the hotel rather than directing them to an illegible list written on a blackboard. We missed out on the bonfire because we were not informed.

Poor food choices ,stuff not available Over priced hotel - £1000 pounds for 3 days 1 roo. Staff need training Over priced Food was poor quality Supposed be 5 star. The manager never offered a discount after as a family spent £2000 pounds for 3 days

Loved the property and the hospitality. The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Shimla. There was uninterrupted mesmerising view of the mountains. The food was great too. Would like to mention names of some of the staff who were very warm and friendly - Rajat, Ritika, Tanisha, Jithin, the restaurant manager (don’t remember the name) and the reception staff too. We definitely plan to make this resort our go to place from Delhi 😊
