The location of this place was fantastic . But the home is in need of many things . The bed in the bedroom was awful and so was the hide-a-bed. After the first night of no sleep we had to go buy two air beds to sleep on. Half of the lightbulbs were burned out throughout the house . The bathroom light was broken and there was a desk lamp propped up which gave off poor light and was almost knocked down. The screen door was supposed to have two screens but one was missing so we had to keep the sliding door shut the whole time so bugs didn’t get in . Called maintenance to see if they could get us a screen . They came and looked at it twice and then never came back during our entire week long stay . The hand soap at the kitchen sink was all water . No soap. We had to go buy some . Two rolls of toilet paper isn’t enough for 4 adults for one week. We had to go to the office for more after only a couple days . Was looking for an outlet for phone charger to plug in in the bedroom and behind the nightstand there was an open bag of chips that had been left there from previous renters. Just didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned !

This property has the best view! Ground level you can walk right out to a patio or right out to the water. Close to the kids play area or floating docks. The property itself needs a remodel. All furnishings and finishes are very dated. Appliances are old and refrigerator makes very loud noises. Cabinets are not square and some are hard to open and use. Kitchen not set up well with the basics, not even a can opener. Dishes etc are dated, heavy and from the 80's. Sound system not working. Bedding and towels not refined, very rough. When I stayed in Aug. '22 the carpets needed to be cleaned desperately. I came back Sept. '22 they had been cleaned but still lots of spots and stains. Carpets need to be replaced. I understand this unit will be remodeled winter '22-'23 because it has new owners. I hope to see new pictures online up an update to the unit, it needs it.

This place is so quiet you barely know you have neighbors. And the view is spectacular!! Awesome place will definitely come back.

We loved the location of this condo- the views from the patio and the large windows were wonderful! The layout was perfect for us, we had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. The grounds are very well cared for and contribute much to the resort feel. We also enjoyed the warm swimming pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time I have stayed at this unit. The view can’t be beat. We have stayed during the winter so it is nice and quiet.

We love Lake Chelan Shores Resort. We have been here 4 times. The grounds are beautiful maintained along with the pools and all the other amenities. The location of this unit is great, corner patio so you have a great view of the whole lake and a short walk to the water edge. We have stayed in this unit before because we love the location of it. They have replaced the living room furniture which is a nice improvement of the furniture you see in the picture on line. There are a few things they could improve on in this unit. The price of the unit has gone up the last couple of years and again for next year. The carpet is very dirty in the unit it needs to be cleaned. The area rugs are dirty and have been there since we have been coming. The blinds in the living room do not close so you can see in, if someone is sleeping on the fold out couch they might feel uncomfortable. The pillows for the bed are very lumpy and old they need to replace. We bought some to use during our stay. The hair dryer is a old travel type that has an off and on only. The CD player is not hooked up to the speakers, they are sitting in the corner of the room so we were unable to play music. The dryer takes hours to dry. I washed 2 towels a couple pair of socks and under ware and it took 4 hours to dry. Plan your laundry accordingly.

Great view of the lake which is only a few steps away. Conveniently located near the assigned parking stall and dock where you can rent boats, jet skis, paddle boards, etc. One of the several pools is very close as well as the designated lake swimming area.

The unit is great! Size, layout, location is awesome. We had a great stay. We also have some constructive feedback for either the owners or Vacasa. The price is high, and getting higher next year I see, and so some updates seem realistic. Blinds in bedroom insufficient. Let in so much light we had to put clothes over our eyes. And vertical blinds in living room don’t close all the way either. Makes for impossible to sleep in the morning. The dryer is not working. We tried to troubleshoot, but no luck. Major disappointment as we couldn’t do any laundry. Stove top is either going out or needs repair. Took very, very long time to heat up anything Sheets have seen better days. Pretty dingy and not very soft. Pillows are very old and lumpy and not quite enough for our group. I ended up going to Walmart to buy 3 more for our stay. Instructions for AC seem strange. Cannot turn below 70 degrees? Even at night for sleeping? The pots and pans and dishes selection was not great. Very old and not very useful sizes. We always enjoy staying at this resort, especially when the rooms are as clean and well stocked (kitchen supplies) as this unit was. What a great spot to watch the lake with a large patio and we enjoyed all the pools, and I always like working out at the exercise center.

Our family had a wonderful stay in unit 2-2 at Lake Chelan Shores! The location is perfect and the condo sleeps 4 very comfortably. We loved being able to see the lake from the unit and a quick walk to the pool. We look forward to staying in this unit again next summer!

Great location on the lake! We love Lake Chelan Shores and all of its amenities, great for families. We have come here for years and will continue.

Great location, decent kitchen, furniture, A/C

The place is great and beautiful view. It's clean and amazing to relax at. With that being said, the kitchen situation was awful. We assumed that the kitchen would have basic things like pans, oil, seasoning, etc. But once we started cooking, we realized how dire the situation was. The electric stovetop is so old and inefficient, and barely fits the pan. Takes 15 min for the pan to get hot enough to cook with. No hot pads were provided, so we had to use bathroom towels to take things out of the oven. We were given enough coffee for one cup, even though we were staying 5 days. We were given a tiny thing if dish soap that we burned through after 3 days of dishes. Paper towels were provided but only 1.5 rolls were provided, so we had to be careful on use. The dishwasher was broken, too. Attempted to run it multiple times, even just ran a "rinse" but no water came out and it just heated up, so I was worried about overheating and decided to handwash everything which was annoying. And only two small dish towels were provided, so we had to use bathroom towels to dry dishes, too. Basically, the place was great to stay if you were not cooking anything at all, but that's not how we travel and it became very stressful and frustrating.

This place is great: great set-up, beach, view, proximity, clean, and quiet. I will definitely come back. There are some drawbacks: the mattress is awful, the shower curtain leaks (maybe add those triangular tub guards to the corners?) and I wish the pools opened a littler earlier.

I was unsure what to expect due to reviews about this place being dated. I wasn’t pleasantly surprised. This house was nice little romantic getaway. The location is perfect with beautiful views and great amenities. I loved the airy beach house feel of the apartment. I definitely plan to book again.

Breathtaking view , Easy access to lake, good for small family. But not very clean upon arrival. Hairs in bed , bathroom everywhere. Vacuumed was not done properly. But over all our stay was good and my kids enjoyed.

We had everything we needed to enjoy a getaway to Lake Chelan. Great access to lake forvswimming and boating. We already made our reservation for next year.

We loved the unobstructed view of the lake and the patio seating. The unit itself, as a one-bedroom, was quite roomy for the two of us. The bedroom itself had plenty of storage, especially if one was planning to stay for a longer period.

We loved the location of this condo! No schlepping beach stuff up and down hills. Beautiful views and far enough from wading area to be relaxing.

We have stayed in Unit 2-2 a few years in a row and we absolutely love it! It's wonderful for our family of 4. The only feedback would be to add window coverings to the Master Bedroom. It gets bright early in the morning so it would be nice to have a window covering. We'll be staying in this unit again in 2021!

You can’t compete with this location and view! The view is more amazing than the pictures. However, the interior definitely needs a refresh! We were told that dryer went out before our stay which was a HUGE bummer since we were traveling with a 3 mo. old. We were told that it would be fixed but other than removing old unit, it wasn’t fixed. Communication should have been better on what the plans were.
