I was born and raised in P. R. and to be honest, it is difficult to impress me. I was impressed! Also, I am very well aware of how difficult to maintain a home in the tropics. This home was CLEAN and well maintained throughout!! The online pics don't fully capture how beautiful the home is. Very private, surrounded by lush gardens, a pool, and a wonderful view of the sea. The house was beautifully appointed with lovely accessories and decorated with nice touches throughout and very comfortable. It was definitely a luxurious home-away-from-home. We would have loved to stay longer and certainly would love to visit again in the future.

My family had a great time at Casa Kahuna and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rental in the Rincon area! The home is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was clean and usually pretty warm depending on the time of day. The landscaping surrounding the pool was beautiful. We lost power due to an island-wide issue during our stay, but luckily the home had a generator that kicked in immediately. One tip - make sure you have a car that can handle a steep incline as the road leading to the house as well as the driveway are on quite a slope! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

Lovely house. Great views well equipped. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Close to surfing and town. The Mendittos info book was very helpful. The pool was cold as most of the day it is in the shade if you plan to hang out there

Property was Amazing. Very clean, super spacious, beautiful views and has everything you need. Had a small inconvenience but property manager was on top of things, very attentive. I stayed here with my husband, 4 children ages 5, 7, 11, 19 and my in-laws. Everyone loved the property and enjoyed the pool very much. Are stay in Casa Kahuna was excellent. The house was beautiful, with plenty of rooms and the kitchen was great. Pool was beautiful and just right for us. The overall experience was awesome. The owner was available 24/7 if needed. Thank you for an awesome house to rent for our family vacation. Definitely would do it again. Thank you for everything. Highly recommended!!!

The house was amazing in every way. Highly recommended for a group of 3 to 4 couples. Wish we would’ve been able to use the jacuzzi but the pool was phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again if it’s available.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. The house is gorgeous! We especially loved the space and comfortable seating on both porches. This home was very clean and provides many additional “small” amenities that aren’t listed. The view is even more spectacular in person then in the pictures. The owners and manager were extremely helpful in assisting us with an issue unrelated to the home itself. They went above and beyond! We can not wait to come back!

So you’re probably wondering what are issues we’re. *We had no greeting at the property and the location clearly requires better signage, lighting and instructions as there are several properties on the very steep hill and dare I say, the house requires a very careful driver to avoid a serious accident or fall from a precipice *There is no manual to explain the various special systems in the house - including the sound system *The alleged home gym is really a few dumbbells and a mat sitting next to the owners SUV in the garage *Sowaking about the garage, the automatic door stopped working after the first day and the property manager said that it couldn’t be looked at until the following business day - Monday - leaving us nearly three days with an open garage door. Rather than an apology, we were treated to her telling us that the area is safe and we should be fine *While we were told that quiet after dark was important in outdoor areas, the neighboring renters had music blaring well past 1:30am *Speaking of neighbors, each rental house and there are more than four, are only separated by privacy hedges that allow sound to come right in at times making it feel that the neighbors are sitting in your space. In all, the property is as stunning as the pictures and with more proactive property manager, it is 5-star.

The house is very nice for the price and got our group of 8 perfectly. The views are beautiful and the pool is great. Property manager was very helpful and communicative.

Casa Kahuna is a five star home to stay in while in Rincon. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out and has a stunning view from all angles. I’ve stayed here twice and hope to stay there again in the future. The property owner and manager are super accessible and answered questions that we had quickly. This house is a dream vacation home .

We rented Casa Kahuna for Thanksgiving weekend and birthday celebrations with family members of all ages. The house set the perfect atmosphere to suit everybody. All I can say it was all better than we expected !!! We had so much fun and relaxation. Thanks we will be back.

Casa Kahuna was the perfect home to celebrate my sister's bachelorette! Spacious, clean, and in a great location to everything (as long as you have a rental car)! Rochelle and Ali were so helpful with any questions, and gave us great restaurant locations! The art walk downtown was really fun on Thursday and then dinner at Roots right there was excellent. English Rose for breakfast is a must. I would definitely recommend Casa Kahuna....everything is fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful stay! ~Tiffany

We stayed here in August of 2018....I meant to leave a review sooner than this! We had a wonderful, exceptional time in this beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, perfectly located. The location is close to beaches and restaurants, but private and set apart and private. The house was light and airy and sleek without being stark, and tastefully appointed with modern, high quality furnishings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, and the appliances were beautiful and high quality. The pool and surrounding patios were gorgeous and spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished, and the surrounding property was pleasantly landscaped. The beds were all very comfortable. The bed linens and towels were all high quality, and the bathrooms were well stocked. The second floor porches off of the kitchen and living areas were beautiful and again, beautifully appointed with tasteful and high quality furnishings. We were a party of 8 - 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We were all very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. One of the first floor bedrooms is a studio of sorts, with a kitchenette and bathroom, opening onto the patio. The other 2 first floor bedrooms shared a bathroom. The master suite was on the second floor, with its own bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and doors opening onto the second floor patio. There was a first floor living room and laundry room and the second floor contained the beautiful kitchen and another living area and patios. There was a nice, large grill. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. I'm sure there is more I am forgetting to mention. Our entire experience was wonderful. Both the owners and Allison, the property manager, were very nice and very helpful. Our flight home was delayed for 2 days due to inclement weather back in NY, and the owners extended our stay and gave us a discounted rate for our extra nights. Rincon is so awesome... gorgeous beaches, local restaurants, yoga studios, surfing lessons, shops...sandy, sunny, and beautiful, with a down-to-earth vibe. We highly recommend this beautiful home and cool surf town, and hope to return one day soon!

I knew this house was going to be nice, but it was SO much more than that! It was AMAZING! The pictures just do not do it justice. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The house is well laid out & tastefully decorated. The bedrooms and bathrooms have everything you need. The decks and (salt water) pool are great places to just relax (the view is amazing). It was the perfect getaway for my family of six. We honestly did not want to leave! Rochelle & Allison were so helpful and gave great tips on things to do/places to eat...and that guest guide book is genius! I would definitely stay here again and again! If you are looking at places to stay in Rincon-- look no further!

This house is absolutely amazing. We were a group of two couples who visited Feb 16th-21st. Rincon has recovered nicely since Maria and is as great as ever. Casa Kahuna was better than advertised, the pictures do not do the house justice. Allison and the owner Larry were available for any and all questions. The house is perfectly located central to everything. It has everything you need and is simply beautiful with a view of the ocean. We are already planning our trip for next year. If you are planning a visit to Rincon, this house should be at the top of your list.

Where do I even begin? This home is simply amazing and the owners have truly thought of EVERYTHING. From quality bedding, kitchenware, furniture, beach and pool chairs, workout equipment, fast wifi, laundry facilities...you name it, the house has everything you need and more. Everything looks brand new, and I love the modern atmosphere and newness of the home. My boyfriend and I stayed downstairs in the studio during our stay and it was a perfect little hideaway. We had our own entrance, mini fridge and the big sliding doors gave us a nice breeze. All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning too, which is a great option. While I love being a beach bum, the pool was perfect at the end the day. Jump in with a glass of wine and enjoy that view! The ocean view was another favorite, especially from the top balcony. Last, the location of the home is great! It's on a quiet street (only a few homes on the dead end street), but still close to the highway, Rincon Plaza, beaches and loads of restaurants. You can still walk to a few places, but you do want a car when you rent this house. If you are looking for an incredible home for your vacation, this is it. We will be back!

From start to finish, a getaway with my girls to Rincon for my bachelorette party was unforgettable! Rochelle was beyond accommodating- she ensured the house was equipped with everything we might need- from coolers, to glassware, to champagne! She even suggested a local masseuse she knew and trusted to come out to the house. The house was beautiful and absolutely immaculate! You could really tell Rochelle and her family took much pride in their home away from home. The house is close to local favorites for dining and a convenient 3 minute drive to the beach. The views were spectacular from every angle; relaxing by the pool and gazing out on the ocean and islands in the distance was dreamy. The house comfortably slept 8 and had room for more guests if desired. Washer and dryer in full working order made the transition from vacay to home a little easier too!
