This property was just what we needed. It provided easy beach access and was located in an area that provided the peace and quiet for a very relaxing and restful time away.

As usual…it was amazing! We have stayed at Derondo Delight several times…short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood and the house is always immaculate, well stocked, and up to date decor/amenities. It was probably the best weather week we’ve ever experienced in FL so that made the week even better!!

We had a great time staying in the rental. Morning walks on the beach are amazing , but the sunsets breathtaking..

Nice Stay
Very clean, comfortable beds. Everything in kitchen needed to prepare meals plus a grill. Lots of seating outside. TV's in every room with cable, AC works well. Close to the beach & quiet neighborhood, all you could ask for.

A perfect get away!!
We had a wonderful time for a last minute get away! The hosts were extremely accommodating and the home was well stocked and one of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed at. It was an easy walk to the beach (even with a toddler). We hope to be back soon!

This vacation was much needed and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. This was a Very quiet place to stay. The house was Very clean, nice decor, close to the beach, comfy beds, and everything you need to feel at home. The pictures didn’t do the house justice. This was a very nice house. We also used the inviting outside area to eat cantaloupe and watermelon. We walked to the beach twice a day. We ate at restaurants near by, one of them was Bayou Billy’s next to WinnDixie. The food was awesome and they have live gators to view! The mahi-mahi was amazing! We loved staying here and hope to stay at this house again in the future!!

Exceeded our Expectations
We were familiar with the area and were looking for a relaxing atmosphere for a weekend anniversary trip. The king bed was extremely comfortable lots of updates. The weather was cool but we received a much needed rest. The house was equipped well and very homey. We will definitely return soon. Thank you Jerry for sharing your beach house.

Peaceful Family Vacation
Owners were great to communicate with. It was perfectly decorated and comfortable for our family of four. We rented a golf cart to ride back and forth to the beach. Overall, we loved our week at the beach.

Great location and experience!
We stayed here with my in laws for a family beach trip. The beds were very comfortable and walking to the beach was easy and quick. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again!

Great little cottage
From the start, communication with Jerry was easy with rapid response times. Very easy to work with. The beach cottage was very clean and comfortable. Proximity to the beach is a very easy 3 minute walk. There is no parking at the nearest beach accesses, but you really don't need a vehicle its so close. Access is right at the end if Derondo Street, and there is another one a hundred feet to the east, next to the hotel. I mention that one because if you want to rent chairs and umbrella, that's where the rental team sets up. If you carry your own chairs and tent/umbrella then I'd suggest going strait at the end of Derondo. Either way, its really an easy walk. Another convenient aspect is the parking at Derondo Delight. Unlike those mega condo buildings, you can park your car right at the door for easy loading and unloading. About the neighborhood, its really quiet. If you like your nap time or sleeping late, you will have no trouble here. Very peaceful. I will definitely add this to my list of places to return to and to recommend to friends.

very convenient to the beach
The property is really well maintained, very clean and everything you need while you stay is there on site. The owner thought of everything. It is decorated so cute. When you walk out the door you are less than 2 blocks to cross the road to get to the beach entrance. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back.

Great place
Very close to the beach. Newer appliances and kitchen. Comfy beds. Outdoor dining set could stand to be replaced, although that didn't bother us since we ate most of our meals at another rental a friend had. For the $ this hit the mark.

Will always stay at this place
This was such an amazing stay. The house is actually not like in the pictures but so much better! We felt as if we were staying at a friends house just with the amount of details and nice decorations that the house has. Would love to stay again

Cute, comfortable cottage

Oh So Cute Beach Cottage
We love staying at this beach cottage. As soon as you walk in you know you’re on vacation. Too cute! Its a short 4 minute walk to the beach and that was with my grandchildren and all their beach accessories😉 This end of Panama City Beach is more quite, less crowded and family friendly. 🥰

spring Florida trip
We loved the beautiful and cozy little cottage that was only a short walk from the beach. Brought my granddaughter and her friend and they also loved it. Not too crowded but close enough to not take long to get to restaurants and other activities. Will recommend to others.

This house was Perfect for us. Updated kitchen (everything you need including coffee filters & multiple rolls of paper towels), comfortable beds, plenty of towels & washcloths and so very close to the beach (just two short blocks)
We will return again and again in the future!

Great Place, we called the little blue home.
We really enjoyed our stay in the little blue home. Jerry is very easy to work with, we had a small issue with getting into our little blue home. But one quick call to Jerry and it was taken care right away.
The home was less than a 5 minute walk on a quite street to the beach. Which was beautiful clean white beach that squeaked when you walked on it. And it wasn't over crowded at all even during spring break. There were not young spring breakers around, only families enjoying the sand and water.
The home was comfortable for the 3 of us, but could easily could handle a couple more people. It has 2 big comfy beds. (1 king 1 queen) The living room had a smaller size sectional that was still large enough the seat our family.
The kitchen was clean and updated with everything you need to make any meal. There is a large frigs for all you food and beverages. And a dishwasher to use while enjoying the day.
The bathroom was nice size, not really large but not at all small, with plenty of water pressure in the shower.
Also a very convenient is a full size washer and dryer to use during your stay.
There are many different type of stores and restaurants a short drive away incase you forgot something, need some drinks for the beach, or food for your stay.
We would most definitely stay here again in the future, and highly recommend to couples of families wanting to stay in the PCB area.

This was our second visit to Derondo Delight and it did not disappoint. Everything we needed and so much more for a week of fun and relaxation. We will definitely return and would recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation spot.

A true treasure!
The house was great! My husband and I stayed during the week of July 4th and it was our first time renting a house rather than a condo unit. We couldn't have been more pleased with the decision! This house and location was just perfect for us. We will definitely stay again!
