My husband and I and our two small children (age 3 and 1) stayed in the house for a week. Perfect size and accommodations and a great location. We rented bikes and had great access to town and beaches. Highly recommend!

Excellent location close to town. Throw rugs could be replaced and extra linens provided for the futons. Owners have provided everything you need though. Just need to provide better directions on how to operate TVs. Very cute cottage.

Jared’s cottage is centrally located so that you can easily walk into town or jump on the bike path to Madaket or Cisco beaches. The house has everything you need including beach chairs and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner and grilling in the backyard.

This hole was perfect. Incredible location (quiet but 10 minute walk along cobblestone Main Street into town. Also, within 30-90 seconds from the main bike paths to Cisco brewery/beach and Madaket! House is very sizable given the photos. Very charming and in great shape. Loved the little side yard for the kids as well as the front deck with chairs for some afternoon “wining”. I wouldn’t hesitate a single second about staying here again, and may very well do just that! Pricing is reasonable for Nantucket (this is our Thursday VRBO rental on ACK). Perfect for two couples and a couple of kids or a group of three friends (where one is ok on a full futon). Jared was super easy to reach about some very minimal things (ie; switching the input on the tv). Do not hesitate to check this place out! We Loved this place!

This was our second summer staying here.This property is a great rental if you are looking for a close walk to town. The location is fantastic not to close but not to far from town. The property has everything you need for a great trip! The owner is very fast to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend staying here!

Far more spacious than it appears, this cottage was perfect for 4 adults. Short walk to town, shops, docks and market. Well maintained, pristinely clean, and delightful in all respects!

My wife and I loved our stay at this wonderful cozy cottage. It was very quaint and comfortable and had everything we needed. The outdoor space in front is great for your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The home is located to the rear of a home along main street, together with two other cottages. It's a 10 minute walk to town, or just a few minutes by bike. I would highly recommend renting bikes to get around, Young's bikes had very nice bikes and were easy to check out and in. The owner (Jared) was very responsive and helpful and made some great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We definitely plan to return!

This was a beautiful and charming property. Just the perfect size for 2 couples for a weekend getaway. The location could not have been more perfect - an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants and other activities. What a wonderful home base while we visited Nantucket for a wedding. The owners were a pleasure to work with, and ensured our check in and checkout were simple. Accomodations left nothing to be desired.

We just got back from our stay at 132R Main Street and we had such an incredible experience. I cannot say enough great things about the house. We were 4 adults and an 11 month old, and all comfortably fit. The layout of the house worked perfectly for us, as there were two full baths. At night, we grilled fresh fish for dinner and had cocktails on the front patio. The house was incredibly clean and we were impressed with its condition. As for location, you really cannot beat it! Our only complaint was that we should have booked it for a week!! Big thanks to Jared, too, for being so responsive and making the entire process from A to Z so easy. I am sure you will be hearing from us next year. :)

I rented this cottage for a week's stay with my parents and newborn the week following Labor Day. I was a bit worried from the pics that the cottage would be a bit tight for 4 adults and a baby, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was much bigger in person. The downstairs open living space is nicely furnished with a dining table, sofa, loveseat and tv. The kitchen was well stocked and the downstairs bath recently remodeled. We spent our mornings drinking coffee in the Adirondacks on the front porch admiring the gardens and enjoying the late summer sun. Parking spot was a huge added bonus! The upstairs bedrooms are small, but plenty of room for what we needed (even fit the Pack n Play in the room with us!). There is a common den area with a futon and tv which we didn't really use, but was nice to have the extra space. The upstairs bath is older and tight, but very cute old clawfoot tub (and better water pressure than downstairs shower!). The location can't be beat. Plenty of charming old Nantucket homes to drool over on your short walk into town (5min to the top of Main St, 10min max if walking slow), but still super quiet and quaint. Overall had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again!

My family had a wonderful vacation is this very clean and comfortable cottage. Everything we needed was provided for. We could walk to town easily and avoid having to find parking (which is very difficult). However, the cottage does have parking for 2 cars (which is rare) so we could explore the rest of the island in our rental. I highly recommend this very well maintained and located cottage.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my first trip to Nantucket! The house was spacious enough for 5 adults and 1 toddler (a pack & play was provided). It was clean, there were ample bath towels and linens available. Large washer & dryer, so you don't have to go crazy packing. Kitchen was well equipped, making meals was a piece of cake. There is a small side yard adjacent to the house, with plenty of room to sunbathe or kick a ball around but we found that the quiet alley in front of the home was just awesome. You can really have a good catch or play some paddle ball out there. Very seldomly did we see a one of the neighbors drive by. It's very quiet and private where the home is located but it's really only about a 5-10 minute walk right down main street into town. There is a beautiful garden in front of the house which the landscapers prune daily. They quietly come and prune/water and are on their way. Very sweet people. My daughter loved watching them in the garden. She also loved the bunnies that came around everyday (notsomuch the bunny poop lol). Most days we would walk down into town, window shop, have a bite to eat etc. The walk into town is very peaceful, shady and you get to take in all of the beautiful homes on the way. We had a car with us and would drive to jetties beach but easily accessible by bike or bus. We found our 2 yr old was a huge fan of this beach because of the awesome sandbars and mellow waves, as well as the playground they have there. Highly recommend Jetties if you have small children! The house also provides some beach toys and chairs which definitely came in handy! Above all us I would highly recommend biking or driving Nantucket end to end. Such a cool place to explore. Who knew parts of Nantucket look like the Serengeti?! I would absolutely stay here again and we're considering it for next year! Would highly recommend it to my closest friends and family! We have spent two summers vacation here and we have been so happy. We love working with the owners as they are more than accommodating and just really nice and honest people who want their guests to have a great time. We love the location and walk to town each morning for a coffee and muffin. It's also great for getting out of town and heading to the beaches as you don't get stuck in town traffic. We have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you Jared for another wondering summer vacation on Nantucket.

I was in Nantucket for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful home with friends. The location is perfect, really close to town, we walked everyday. The house was very clean when we arrived and felt right home the whole weekend. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Nantucket to stay in this house you wont regret it!
