Remodeled - Luxurious Direct Beachfront Somerset Condo-with Den sleeping area
Das Somerset Gebäude ist eine luxuriöse Wohnanlage und perfekt für einen Strandurlaub für Familien und Paare. Die Unterkunft verfügt über 2 Tennisplätze, 2 Außenpools, Grillmöglichkeiten und direkten Zugang zum Privatstrand. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ende des Crescent Beach. Diese direkt am Strand gelegene Einheit 607 mit über 180 m² Innen- und Außenfläche wurde im Jahr 2015 komplett renoviert. Dies ist das größte Modell mit zwei Schlafzimmern im Gebäude. Neue hurrikansichere Fenster und Türen im Oktober 2017 installiert.
Dieses Gerät (für maximal fünf Personen) verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine Höhle. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen neuen Holzschränken, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granitoberflächen und einer Frühstückstheke. Der Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer liegen zur großen Veranda am Golf, die auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist. Die gesamte Einheit verfügt über neue Fliesenböden in Holzoptik.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Ensuite-Hauptbad wurde mit neuen Fliesen, großer begehbarer Glasdusche, Doppelwaschtisch und Granitoberflächen komplett überarbeitet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei extra lange Einzelbetten. Das zweite Bad wurde ebenfalls komplett erneuert. Beide Schlafzimmer, der Wohnbereich und der Arbeitsbereich sind mit Flachbildfernsehern mit HD-Kabel ausgestattet. Die Höhle verfügt über ein sehr komfortables Queen-Size-Schlafsofa aus amerikanischem Leder und Taschentüren, die für Privatsphäre / zusätzlichen Schlafbereich verschlossen werden können. Es gibt auch eine zusätzliche Veranda neben dem zweiten Schlafzimmer.
In der Unterkunft gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN und ein Telefon. Eine Aufbewahrungseinheit in der Nähe des Poolbereichs mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm, Kühler, Strandkarren und Strandspielzeug ist ebenfalls zugänglich.
Neapel ist nur eine 30-minütige Autofahrt entfernt und bietet erstklassige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

This was our second stay at this great property and we have now booked a third stay for next spring. It is just a great place! It is very clean and very comfortable. We really enjoy having the ocean only steps away. Panoramic views from the ocean front balcony are awesome. This unit also has a second balcony overlooking the island which is also really nice to have. The building is extremely well maintained and the landscape is beautiful. We love staying here!

We loved staying here with our family of 4. The balcony view can’t be beat and the location and beach are ideal. The locker with beach equipment was so helpful. The description was accurate and Michelle was clear and timely with all her communications.

A beautiful, very spacious condo, with everything you need to make your stay in Marco Island perfect! From the well-supplied kitchen to the super-comfy bed, everything was just right for my week-long stay. Very clean and comfortable. My only comment would be to add a paragraph to the arrival instructions about the availability of carts on the lower level to help schlep your luggage and groceries, etc. from the car.

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful ocean front location, well-decorated and well-appointed condo, very spacious inside for our family of five (including three older teens). Loved the fully stocked kitchen and the full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. Access to the beach chairs and toys was an added bonus to enjoy the beautiful beach right out front. We loved walking to nearby restaurants and shops on the island. A beautiful home the owner's graciously share, with an easy check-in and check-out process, and great communication throughout the entire process. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Somerset is one of the best places to stay on Marco Island. Direct water views offer amazing sights & sunsets. Located within walking distance to shops & restaurants & water sports.
Condo was perfect; loved the extra sleeping space of the den. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach chairs … just bring your sunblock.

Wonderful week stay, The location is GREAT, with views of the beach along with the beautiful sunsets. Communication with Owner was outstanding, Everything I can think we needed was there,and then some, In and outside the Condo, which included Beach chairs, beach wagon, many beach toys if you have children, Just Wonderful! Our stay here was great! The condo has many great amenities to offer from the storage locker full of beach items to coolers and a well stocked kitchen. All these things are important as a family of 5. When we return to Marco we will be staying here!

My wife and I really enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach front condo. The condo was nicely updated, very clean and comfortable, and perfectly located. We enjoyed being on the beach in only two minutes for our morning and evening walks.. The sunsets from the balcony adjoining the living room and master bedroom were beautiful. We also enjoyed the sunrises each morning from a second balcony facing east, which adjoined the second bedroom and den/ third sleeping area. This was one of those properties that we really hated to leave.
But, we have already reserved this unit for a week next spring and are really looking forward to it!

Perfect place for relaxing vacation! Super clean! Stunning views from balcony! Appreciated quiet beach. 3 of us so we each had our own private space; I slept in den on sleeper couch which are notoriously uncomfortable but this one is comfortable; most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property. Have stayed at Somerset many times and this was the first time in an interior unit. We were surprised at how large it was. Michelle (owner) was very responsive to any of our requests. We arrived about two weeks after the hurricane and most of the beach furniture in the storage cage was rusted and smelly. Michelle sent new chairs and an umbrella immediately. The condo has a wonderful view and is a great location.

The condominium is very well cared for with nice furnishings. The view from the balcony was especially nice! The listing was accurate and the host was great at communicating all necessary instructions in a timely matter. We look forward to coming back!

Stayed here 2 years ago and liked it so much we booked again! Condo is clean, well stocked, great location, reserved parking and quiet. This was a quiet section of the gulf beaches, making it enjoyable throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful setting from both the balcony and on the beach itself. The condo unit was clean and updated. It offered everything we hoped for our vacation , and we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay!
The property was very clean, quiet, and met all of our needs. The location was perfect! It provided a great place for rest and relaxation and of course the beach/gulf view could not have been better. Michelle is an excellent communicator. She promptly and clearly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing get away on Marco Island.

Amazing vacation
We had the most amazing vacation and stay at this condo. It felt like a home away from home and then some! The condo was extremely clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. Easy to follow instructions upon arrival. The property is meticulously taken care of and it’s quiet and safe. The views and the beach are fabulous. Beds were extremely comfortable and the open floor plan made the condo feel so spacious. Our teen really appreciated having the pull out couch in the den (which was extremely comfortable as well) for his own space. Michelle is really easy to communicate with and responds almost immediately. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

This was our first time to Marco Island but it won’t be our last. The condo was perfect. Master bed is so comfortable! Great location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. There is covered lanai and it’s great for relaxing and watching the sunset. Highly recommend this condo. Cindy & Paul

Really nice updated condo with ample space for sleeping! Pull out in den is amazing(my 17 year old son really appreciated that). Large balcony, comfortable beds and everything you need for beach. Michelle is really easy to communicate with and answers questions almost immediately. Million dollar view!

Beautiful/relaxing stay
We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Our kids enjoyed swimming and riding bikes. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The condo is in amazing condition.
