Clean, great location

“Sweet Caroline” was perfect for our family of five plus grandparents. The bunk rooms are perfect for kids. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location to the beach was the best part! It was so quiet within the community, we often felt like the only people here. The first two days were quite chilly, and there was still plenty to do! Highly recommend “Sweet Caroline”.

Wonderful home in a perfect location. Our whole family enjoyed the lovely home and the neighborhood. So very close to the beach! Home was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a week together. Thank you for helping us create these family memories.

We had an awesome stay at Sweet Caroline. Theresa was wonderful to work with. Sweet Caroline is very close to the beach walkover and you can hear the sound of the waves from the home.

Casey was very responsive with the booking and any needs that we had. This is a beautiful house that is so close in proximity to walk over number 3. You will not regret staying here. Thoroughly enjoyed the Memories We made.

This vacation home was very well stocked with soaps & nice towels & bed linens . Nice and clean. Short walk to beach. Nicely decorated & spacious .

Very easy rental and check in process. Bunk beds were a little narrow but that was fully disclosed during rental. They worked out fine for the teenagers. Home owner provided everything you might possibly need. Great experience.

This trip was nothing short of perfection! We were so impressed with all the amenities the house had to offer! Boogie boards, bikes, every sand toy you could ever need, nets for shelling, cooler and extra chairs for the beach, tennis rackets and so much more! Our 5 and 8 year old boys had a blast! They never got tired of being at the beach. They even said this trip was “waaaaay better than Disney”. It was truly a relaxing vacation and we made so many memories! We are excited to make this our annual summer vacation spot!

Our family spent a wonderful week at Sweet Caroline. Perfect location close to the 3rd walkover. It was very spacious for our family of 5. Can’t wait to return!

Great location, great property.

We had a blast staying at Sweet Caroline. Can’t beat the location to get to the ocean and the house has everything you need and it is lovely. Pools are great and rent the golf cart to drive around. Our kids loved the golf cart rides and best way to go between the pools. We will be back. Thank you!

We have always loved staying in Carillon. Sweet Caroline is a lovely house with a great location. The owners were fantastic and really went above and beyond! Rebecca was such a great contact and made sure everything during our stay was perfect. Will definitely be returning!

The rooms are very small. Many lightbulbs were out; 2 remote controls were missing. The batteries were bad in one remote. No closet in one master bedroom. We were asked to start a load of laundry before we left. We used our own laundry detergent because there was not enough under the sink to fill a capful. Hopefully with Covid, the housekeeper has a detergent stash she can get to. One a good note, the furnishings were well done.

This home was stunning. High end finishes and beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood and beach. The stuff dreams are made of:) Just steps to the beach and steps to the pool. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time at Sweet Caroline. The house is very nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. According to my Fit Bit, we were 250 steps from the back door of the house to the beach lounges set aside just for us! Carillon Beach is a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed riding bikes and early morning runs around the neighborhood. The beach is perfect and even with a lot of the houses around us rented, not very populated at all. We will definitely be back!

This house was fabulous and so clean! The owner was easy to contact for my questions and responded quickly. Plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. The location was perfect, right across the walkway to the beach. I would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful week staying at Sweet Caroline @ Carillon Beach! We've been coming here for over 12 years and every trip has been something special. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and we had room to spare. Very clean, well stocked and supplied with everything needed for a fun beach trip!

My wife, our two kids and my wife's parents stayed here for a week and had an absolutely amazing time. The location is A+, the home was perfect for everything we needed, the bikes and beach accessories were a nice addition, kitchen fully stocked with everything, plenty of TV's, seating. We especially loved the 3 porches, especially the 3rd story "Crow's nest".

For our first visit to Florida, this couldn’t have been a better location. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable; a short walk to the beach or pool; and had a wonderful supply of outdoor toys that my family enjoyed. The owner was easy to contact, had clear set rules and was very responsive to questions. Overall, wonderful experience!

Sweet Caroline was everything and more! Walking distance to the beach. The rooms were all so spacious with very cozy and clean linens! House was so pristine and clean and we absolutely LOVED the furniture and decor. Location was prime to water, entertainment and dining. Sweet Caroline had everything we needed and more! Will be staying here again in the future!

The size of the house and the location were perfect, just off the beach. The layout of the house was a bit awkward and tight in some rooms, such as the downstairs bedroom not having an attached closet to store items and the bathroom had little counter space for storing toiletries. Both the bathrooms upstairs had better places to store toiletries. We used the downstairs bed/bath as the master since it had a king sized bed. However, the bedroom upstairs seemed to be a more appropriate master with having a closet, attached bath, balcony. Yet, only a queen bed. The bunkrooms were fine. However, the bunk beds are not the standard twin size. They are narrow and not meant for teenagers. They worked fine for our teenage girls since they are pretty slim and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of cleaning supplies, so that was appreciated. The bikes and beach toys were nice to have also. Overall, we would definitely stay in Sweet Caroline again. The layout was just a bit awkward for our family's needs (we had 7 people staying) and used the pullout couch too.

Sweet Caroline was perfect for our family and everything we could hope for and more in a vacation rental. Not only was it spotless and beautifully decorated, it was the most well equipped vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. It truly provided everything we needed and extra beach chairs and toys were especially appreciated. The proximity to the beach walkover was an added bonus. We would enthusiastically stay there again and are so grateful for a wonderful home to make our stay in Carillon both comfortable and memorable.

Beautiful house that really feels like home! We have rented a few different places in Carillon over the years and Sweet Caroline has the best stocked kitchen and bathrooms of all the places we’ve stayed. And the location is fantastic - especially with kids and all of the things that come along with trips to the beach! The only thing I would note is that the bunk beds are slimmer than a regular twin-size bed. They’re perfect for kids. We would for sure stay here again!

This house is located two houses from Beach Walkover 3! It truly felt like home and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. We hope to return soon!

Sweet Caroline was the perfect place to stay for my family's visit to Carillon Beach! The house was beautiful and modern. The beds were super comfortable; we always judge our stay by how well we sleep, and my husband and I both commented on how comfy the king bed was. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are perfect for the younger ones, with a common TV room and bathroom. The beach was very close and an easy walk. We also enjoyed the beach side pool which was close too. The crowds were light even for the week before a holiday. I'm not sure it ever gets too crowded as the neighborhood is gated and regulated by a guard at all times. This was our second visit to Carillon Beach and we will definitely come back to stay at Sweet Caroline!

Perfect for my family of 6! Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. Owner was very responsive on a few questions we had during our stay. We will be booking our next stay soon!
