Ana met us on arrival and gave us the location for the free nearby parking and helped us to carry our luggage! Ana also gave us recomendations for nearby restaurants which was very helpful. This apartment has a fantastic location and is very comfortable. If you have moblity issues I would not recommend because od stairs. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and clean towels. Breakfast is served just around the corner behind the bandstand which is very nice too. All in all this apratment is a great place to stay to visit Aranda de Duero without breaking the bank. Ana is a great hostess-thank you!

The breakfast is served at a nearby coffee shop, the coffee is good; the "eats" for breakfast are tortilla, a spanish sweetish cake, a sandwich, all prepared in advance. Not the usual style of breakfast, but OK. Wifi worked very well.

There is no parking at the property as it is located in a pedestrian zone. However, this is communicated when booking is made. There is parking around the corner, but one needs to check the times that you need to pay and when it is free; it is marked at the paypoint. It is best to check with the host re parking.

Host was very friendly and easy to arrange the check in with. When we had questions on the internet she was very quick to reply to our message.

It says it has air conditioning but it’s just a ceiling fan which meant the flat was extremely hot on our stay at night. Found an iron but no ironing board.

The app. is very cute and pretty, lots of details. It’s perfect for family or friends with the two bedrooms. It’s located right at the center of Aranda!
