Perfectly appointed apartment in such a great location, we loved our visit to Oxford. An easy short walk to the square, so our car remained parked all weekend! This beautiful, clean comfortable rental had everything we needed- including wonderful coffee!!

Tom and Carol’s property is a hidden jewel for parents visiting kids at college. It’s perfect for 1-2 people and it checks all the boxes: quiet safe location, very short walk to town square, walkable to campus, fully stocked kitchen with an eating space large enough to have your student over for a home cooked meal and it’s a clean and well cared for. Tom and Carol have a fluid check in check out system in place and made themselves easily accessible if you needed them. I did not because they are total pros and have thought of everything. I will be staying with them again!!!

This is a great place to stay. Only a short walk to the square and an easy 30 minute walk to the football stadium. The quarters are very clean and quiet and everything you need is there for you.

Great visit to Oxford and Ole Miss. This garage apartment could not have been more perfect for our stay. Parked the car and hardly moved it. Hospitality of the owners was outstanding. We had everything we needed for the two of us. We'll be back if available on our next visit!

Once again a great stay here. Always clean and fresh, and Tom is a very attentive host. He had replaced the former TV with a Roku TV, and I had "operator error" in finding the channel guide. I texted Tom, and he came right over to help me get to the channel I was looking for. Highly recommend staying here - it's just a short walk to the Square and even campus if you need to. Five stars!

Just enjoyed another pleasant long weekend in Oxford at the Sharpe's apartment. We were in town for my son's graduation, and as usual it was clean and comfortable. I graduated from Ole Miss years ago, so I'm familiar with the area, but it is easily accessible and just a few blocks from the Square....a bonus on busy weekends when parking spots are hard to come by. Very kind hosts - highly recommend booking with them.

The apartment was perfect for us! We spent Thanksgiving with our senior daughter and had a wonderful visit! It was very clean, had everything we could possibly need or want! They even left us a welcoming bottle of wine! We loved everything!

Lovely apartment behind a beautiful home on Jefferson Ave. in Oxford. All of the amenities - fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable queen bed with additional blankets/pillows if needed, comfy furniture, coffee and a bottle of wine and two glasses, thoughtful instructions on how to operate the TV to avoid problems - clean as a whistle - I could go on! Short walking distance to the Square in Oxford and easy to walk from the apartment in all directions

Perfect Oxford Accommodations
Stayed here for Ole Miss-LSU game. 31-17 Rebels! Hotty Toddy! A very good location- walking distance from the Square, we even walked to the game and back, although that’s a little further, perhaps a mile and a quarter. Hardly used the car at all, which is my definition of a great weekend!

Just Lovely!
This property is simply lovely in all respects! It's light and bright and VERY CLEAN! The space and furnishings feel brand new (or at least recently renovated), and the location is just a quick three blocks from the square. I thought it was even nicer, and certainly larger, than the pictures made it seem. Nice amenities too, including a coffee set-up for the morning with good coffee. Hope to return every time we visit our son at Ole Miss!
