Diese erste Etage, slope slide Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Wintergreen mit Ski-in und Ski-out-Zugang. Wanderwege sind direkt vor der Haustür. Der erste Stock (Hauptebene) hat eine große voll ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über TV und Badezimmer mit WC. Der erste Stock verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV mit einem Blue Ray Player, WLAN-Internet, Kamin mit Holz, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung hat auch eine große Terrasse aus zurück mit einem perfekten Blick auf den Pisten und Platz für sechs. Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten, ein Vollbad und ein TV-Raum, das ein großer Raum für die Kinder ist, um weg einen Film anzusehen oder Spiele spielen.

We had a wonderful time this past week. The condo was clean, there were games and puzzles to keep the kids entertained and lots of sleeping space. We did a lot of hiking and enjoyed the scenery.

Got together with my two brothers for a little ski weekend! There is TONS of space. Being just the three of us it was nice each having our own rooms and bathrooms. But even for a larger group there would be plenty of room to spread out. But the real feature has to be the location. You really couldn't be closer to the slopes. It's amazing for popping back in for a quick lunch and right back out into the action. Nice big back porch for storing all of your gear. Parking was convenient and easy: 1 dedicated spot and 1 guest spot are included. We were already talking about a return trip before we even left.

Minor upkeep needed such as cleaner dishes/pots and working light bulbs in some of the rooms.

Scheduled a last minute stay on Wintergreen Resort and came across this condo. The property owner was very quick to respond and had the trip accepted in no time. The place was as described and very clean. The property is in a great location with it being a corner condo with a large back porch and close to the resort/restaurant. This was my 4th year staying on top and was the best condo. My family and I will be checking availability to a stay here next year!

We really enjoyed the location and layout of the unit, this is our new favorite location after visiting wintergreen for many years. Located right next to the main blue ridge express lift makes for easy entry and exit from the condo to the slopes, truly skin in / ski out. Perfect unit for kids with the downstairs area that they can have all to themselves.

This was our first time staying right on the slope, and it was much easier than past stays elsewhere. This unit is in a perfect location close to a short path leading to the slopes, and the unit is cozy with a nice view. Would definitely stay here again.

July 4th Celebration
Great 4th of July week-end! Plenty of music, family activities, fireworks and nice weather. Rental is on the upper ends of the slopes and close to the action. Watched fireworks from the deck. Accommodations were great with the exception that the shower curtains were moldy and refrigerator door only had one shelf.

Best location on the slopes
It doesn’t really get easier than this to access the slopes. The place was clean, well equipped, and met all of our expectations. A warm crackling fireplace to boot made this the perfect ski weekend. A great time was had by all. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice place with a view.
We enjoyed being close to the skiing, loading our gear on the deck and a short walk to the lift and slopes. The wood burning fireplace was a nice plus. The kids enjoyed their bunk bed and living room space downstairs. The host Bobby was terrific.

Sherman Family Ski Trip Perfection!
We had a wonderful time in this condo at Wintergreen. The layout was perfect for our family and the view was amazing each day. We will definitely stay here again. We have been coming to Wintergreen for over 30 years and this place was our favorite. You can ski right out the back door and walk to anywhere you need. Never got back in the car until we left to go home. The snow was perfect, the weather was amazing and this condo had everything we needed. Thank You!

Ideal Ski Getaway
This unit was ideally placed for the skiers and non-skiers in our family. Skiers could ski in and out or you could just sit and enjoy the view from the condo. It was spacious and well stocked for family meals and game time when we needed a break from the slopes.

Lovely location
We had a great stay. The location was perfect! Would have been more stars but there was a musty smell in the condo and the furniture was quite old and worn. We were also given only one trash bag for the garbage cans so when it was full we had none. We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities of the area!

Condo was well-appointed and the host , Bobby, was very communicative.
Comfortable stay with everything one needs.
Condo sits at the top of a ski slope with amazing views and access to hiking trails and the resort.
We went in the “off Season” and it was a quiet and lovely early fall retreat.
Very close to wineries and breweries to enjoy, but you almost can’t beat just having a glass of wine on the back deck!
We hope to make this an annual getaway.

Excellent stay on an excellent property! Stayed in mid October. Far enough away from the city to relax but close enough to the amenities close by (less than .25 mile walking) to the wintergreen restaurants. Lots of room here. Excellent stay all around. A+!
