Very unhappy with this condo. TV's are only streaming with no cable. (I don't have subscriptions to the channels that I wanted to watch. ESPN to watch Georgia vs Ole Miss.) Besides that, the condo is very old and not very clean. Also, the sliding glass door is very hard to lock. Have stayed at other Ocean Walk condos and thoroughly enjoyed those stays. I had this room booked for (2) nights, but ultimately only stayed (1) night due to the above negatives.

Ocean Walk T-3 was easy to book through real-escape properties. The unit was cozy,clean,and quiet. We enjoyed the easy walk to the pool and short drive to the beach. As with any condo we did kill a couple of bugs inside, nothing major. I definitely would stay again and would recommend this property. Very happy with our overall stay.

A chilly start and then a period of lovely weather in Saint Simons. Love the proximity to the village, the library second hand bookstore and restaurants. Such a great, dog friendly complex and community. Our favorite!My only complaint was that the condo was a bit musty when we arrived. However, a few boxes of baking soda and opening the sliding doors fixed it. The new refrigerator is great.

St Simon is one of my favorite places to visit. But had been about 9 years since my last visit. Condo very nice but very noisy neighbor across the hall and upstairs. And as I hurt my leg pretty bad on Christmas day was not able to get out and about so just planned on laying around and reading a good book However we left a day early due to the noise.Maybe next tripp will be better.

We are from Massachusetts and this was our first snow bird trip- two weeks in South Georgia with our spaniel/hound mix. The complex is very convenient to the dock and village center and very dog friendly. Just the right size for a couple and a dog with a nice outdoor porch. I would recommend this to anyone. We've already reserved for next year.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Easy to come and go from, quiet, and a good place for someone to stay if they know the island. The down side was the kitchen layout and the toaster is so old it is hard to work. It has obviously be re-designed to open it up, but is all wrong. For instance, the stove should never be next to the refrigerator, and the drawer next to the stove does not open due to the handle on the stove. However, it is functional, clean and in a good location. Tully at Real Escape Properties is a good guy to work with.

Great experience using Real Escapes Properties! They are very friendly and they found the accommodations we needed. From reservations, to check-in, to late check-out, everything went perfectly! The property itself is a little dated. It could use a cosmetic refresh and better furniture. Overall a great experience.

A couple of concerns
The property and amenities were great! However, there were two concerns. 1. There was a horrible smell in the condo. We had to keep the sliding door open most of the time we were there to help us breathe without the smell. 2. The cable service for the tv was horrible. It would go out after about 30 seconds. You had to reset it, but then it would just go back out. We didn’t let these things ruin our time as we were only there for two nights. However, had I been staying longer, I would have complained.

Our stay met our expectations. One queen size bed with TV in bedroom. Nice living room with TV. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook. No washer/drier in condo but they are in the complex to use. Nice quite area with 2 pools and a tennis court. The plus is that Ocean Walk is in walking distance from the village, restaurants and pier. Pets are welcomed too!

The property was for the most part updated. The kitchen appliances/Tv were outdated, and there were very little cooking pots/pans. There was a odor when we checked in of Dog smell and the floors were not moped well, we noticed dirty residue on our feet and little girls feet from walking around in the unit. That being said, We have stayed in Ocean walk several times and it is a really nice place. The furniture was nice, the bed was comfortable and the community was spectacular. We had a nice trip overall.

This was a great place for us and loved that we were able to bring our pups as well. It was a ground level rental so that was very convenient . We were down for a two day tournament so we didn’t really get to use the kitchen but it had everything you would need. The only thing I would recommend to make it a 5 star would be to install some lighter privacy curtains under the blackout ones. Due to it being a ground level unit there wasn’t any privacy if you wanted any light in the room. It was way to dark having them shut all day. Other than that it was perfect for us!

Nice condo
This condo was nice what we need for my daughters tournament. We had our pups with us so it was perfect for them. All tile flooring! No worrying about them getting dirt on rugs after going out side which is great. It was a ground level unit so that was also great. Easy checkin and checkout instructions which was also a huge plus. We would stay here again for sure.

The place is clean, bright and spacious. My only complaint was the living furniture was too soft and difficult for an older person to get out of. We are not as nimble as a 40-year old, and it was difficult to get out of. The bed was wonderful. I would stay again.

My husband and I took a mini-vacation, just the two of us and this was a wonderful place for us. The location was great, it was very clean and comfortable and decorated well. The grounds were very nice and the pool area was perfect. They actually have two pools, which is quite accommodating for the size of the place. The staff was a pleasure to talk to and work with. First, Real Escape Properties are fantastic. I have used them before and they go a great job. This property is in a great location tucked into the back of the complex. That being said it is a vacation rental and does not have the charm that we typically get when using airbnb. There is a lot of clutter, things that obviously are brought from a primary home and left here for renters. The unit was very clean but shows a lot of age and needs a complete update of all the rooms. We stay at Ocean Walk three to five times a year. If you are looking for a vacation rental this will work. If you are looking for something with a little more attention to detail and character there are other options at Ocean Walk and on the island.

We love ocean walk development. Perfect for walks, pool and beautiful landscaping. The condo has new living room furniture and bedroom furniture which is very nice. One problem is the blinds in the l iving room. They were missing two slats last year and it wasn’t replaced this year. It is awkward to be on the first floor and have people looking in your window when passing by in the evening.
