Das COSY CAPE COTTAGE 3 bd, 2 Bad Privathaus verfügt über einen Salzwasser beheizten Pool, Lanai, Terrasse und ist professionell in einem Küsten Strand Stil eingerichtet. Der Meister ist auf der einen Seite mit einem privaten Bad; Die Gästezimmer sind auf der anderen Seite geteilt ein Doppelwaschbecken für maximale Privatsphäre. Alle Zimmer blicken auf eine seltene Aussichtsplattform mit vier Kanälen, die atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und den Zugang zum Golf bietet. Die geteilten Schlafzimmer im Florida-Stil haben Schieberegler, die auf die abgeschirmten Lanai und den Pool öffnen. Die abgeschirmten Lanai verfügt über einen Gasgrill, Pool Spielzeug, große Terrasse Tisch und Gartenmöbel und Liegen. Die Küche ist komplett zum Kochen bestückt. Wir haben keine Kosten gescheut, um dies zu einem Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis zu machen. Neu renovierte Badezimmer mit weißen U-Bahn-Fliesen, mit Regenduschköpfen. Täfelung, Zierleisten und italienische holzähnliche Porzellanfliesenböden vervollständigen das Cottage Look and Feel. Parken Sie Ihr eigenes Boot oder wir helfen Ihnen bei der Anmietung eines nahe gelegenen Yachthafens. Setzen Sie sich hin und beobachten Sie, wie Seekühe und Bootsfahrer vorbeischwimmen oder beobachten Sie die erstaunliche Springbarbe, die vorbeischwimmt. Wir liefern Kajaks, Paddelboote, Strandwagen, Sonnenschirme, Strandspielzeug, Fahrräder, Badetücher und alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigen. Our family of 4 had a great time staying here! It was just what we needed. A cozy home to stay in where we didn’t need to leave much (except for groceries). We enjoyed the pool! As a mom I especially appreciated that it had all that I needed for the kids. Booster, pack ‘n play, games, etc. We had fun using the fishing rods and gear available as well! Were a fishing family so it was nice to enjoy that and catch many catfish off the dock. Thank you for making our first time stay in Cape Coral one to remember!

The kids and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool and canal access kept the kiddos entertained. We loved having the kayaks and paddleboard available. The screened pool deck made relaxing by the pool and grilling out lovely. The house was as advertised, clean and well stocked. We would definitely rent again if in the Cape Coral area.

We had a blast in Florida, and this VRBO was perfect for it's location and size. We were able to go on a Gator hunt, and we spent most of our time fishing at local parks and canals and relaxing. The lodging was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay.

Our family loved staying at this property. We greatly appreciated how well stocked the home was. The neighborhood is quiet and felt remote, yet the home is just a short drive away from stores and restaurants. Pool was very nice and the veiws were spectacular. I wish I would've read the contract more closely, that we signed after booking, as the owners controlled the thermostat and set at 74. Fans were provided in each room, but kiddos we're still a bit warm at night. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

Our family loved the pool and the location was perfect to catch a Twins spring training game, golfing, and beach time. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at the Cozy Cape Cottage! Stu and Cathy are wonderful hosts and were extremely responsive when needed. The location is beautiful and perfect for toddlers. I would definitely recommend this property for a vacation for anyone looking to relax by the water.

The pool and views from the backyard are wonderful! The setting is peaceful and there are some amazing sunsets. The house is fully equipped and very clean. We hope to stay here again next time we visit the area.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The location was central to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool was perfect for swimming and the sunsets across the canal were fabulous. Check in and check out were easy and well communicated. Home is spotlessly cleaned and loaded with everything amenity possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cape Cottage. The house had everything we wanted and needed and the pool was GREAT. Stu was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property and any others managed by Stu and Cathy. We are already looking forward to a trip back next year for Spring Training.

My wife and I stayed five nights at the home. It was exactly like the pictures and very well stocked. Location was good as well as it. Kind of put us in the middle of the different things we wanted to do. We would stay there again.

What a beautiful house and great location! We found ourselves doing a one or two things in the area each day but rushing back to enjoy the house. Perfect spot for rest and relaxation with all the amenities one could enjoy for a variety of ages. Our family had a a great time and made memories to last a lifetime!

This house is located in a cute neighborhood on the canal. We are a family of six (kids ages 15 -20) and the house was a great fit for us. Super clean & well maintained inside and out. The pool was nicely heated. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. It's a great little property.

From the minute we started our vacation to the day we left we enjoyed the peaceful beauty of this well appointed cottage. The views are beautiful from morning to well after nightfall. Stu was readily available for any questions or requests we had. We plan to return next November. we recommend the cozy Cape Cottage.

Great holidays in this beautiful house in Cape Coral with wonderful views over pool and garden to the water canals. We have seen manatees and dolphins. The house is very well equipped with kitchen, living room and bed rooms and is also equipped to go to the beach. We rented a boat and have unforgettable memories of driving in the canals and the river. We also drove by car to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers (sunsets are phantastic). We already miss it!

We had the best time stay at the Cozy Cottage. The kids LOVED the pool, crabbing, fishing and animal watching. Every day we saw dolphins swimming in the canal. The house was packed with everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend!!!

The house was probably the most well-equipped VRBO home my family and I have experienced. We literally did not have to bring anything. The house was super clean and extremely comfortable. Our 3 kids spent most of their time going from the pool to the game area in the garage. We didn’t have to leave the house to keep them entertained. The hosts communicated very well leading up to the trip, and they made the check-in and check-out process simple and seamless. This was definitely a 5-Star vacation experience.

We just returned from our vacation in Cape Coral. We had a great time at the Cozy Cape Cottage, we have 4 children between the ages of 6 and 12, and the house was perfect! We all loved the backyard pool area, and had fun fishing off the dock. My son even caught a large Jack fish! We rented a boat for two of the days and it was great to have the canal in back. It seemed to be a great central location, we visited downtown Ft. Myers, FMB, and Sanibel. The house was super clean, and communication was easy and prompt. Thanks for the great home to stay at, we hope to stay at more of your properties in the future!

This clean, comfortable, well appointed house is in a quiet, convenient location with beautiful sunsets. The house is fully and thoughtfully equipped for everything from cooking and grilling meals to doing laundry to relaxing in the wonderful pool. Check-in and out was easy, too. The owners truly anticipated every one of our needs and more. Thank you for putting so much effort into the property so that we didn't have to!

Everything about our trip was great. From booking, to checking in, and finally enjoying our stay. We had more than everything needed to have a phenomenal time. The pool was amazing, especially the temperature. My children never once complained of "being bored". They enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and running in the yard. Thank you Stu & Cathy for a beautiful, and memorable family vacation! We hope to visit the cozy cape cottage again soon.
